It is well understood that transportation improves the accessibility and transportation is needed in production and consumption activities. This study is aimed to describe the pattern of the movement of people and goods among districts/cities within the Province of East Java, to estimate the density of people and goods, and to measure the inequality of transport density. This study is also to test whether transport affects welfare. It is found that the Malang District and Surabaya City are the most destination of goods transport. Regression analysis shows that the density of transport only affects the welfare (as measured by the HDI) when together with other variables, namely poverty and GDP/capita. Shari’ah banking currently has a strong legal standing with the presence of the Undang- Undang 21, 2008 on banking Shari'ah. It is very influential on the existence of the banking Shari'ah are increasingly in demand by many. Islamic bank is better known by the profit-sharing system has a range of products that use Mudaraba and Musharaka contract, considered more equitable for all parties. But from the available data suggests that the financing is not dominant. Murabaha Islamic banks are greater than the modaraba. Islamic economics can not be separated from the real sector, especially SMEs, its existence requires the support of other parties, including Islamic banks. Financing products with modaraba it is appropriate to sustain the business capital of SMEs. Based on data from the central statistical agency that the growth of SMEs in 2010 amount to 55,206,444 units in 2012 to 56,534,592 units experiencing good growth, so it takes a good response for Islamic banks. This paper uses descriptive qualitative limitations in this paper is focused on products of financing in an Islamic bank and real sector SMEs. This paper uses literature study from various sources. The results of this paper that the potential for product development in Islamic bank financing is still very large. It is seen that the number of SMEs continues to grow, then the portion of financing products are still small. This shows that the products of financing in Islamic banks are very suited to the conditions and character of SMEs. Mudharabah product development potential is still very large and very spacious. Theaim at the study to examineandanalyze theimpact growth of profitability through its capital adequacy ratio, operating expense to operating income, loan to deposit ratio and non perfoming loan in the banking industry go public in indonesia. This study used 29 banking companies in indonesia were selected as sample. The results show that operating expense to operating income and loan to deposit ratio have significantly effect to return on asset while the capital adequacy ratio,and non perfoming loan not significantly effect to return on asset. Capital adequacy ratio, operating expense to operating income, loan to deposit ratio and non perfoming loan not significantly effect to return on equity. One of major commodity of horticulture in Central Java Province is chili (Capsicum annuum L). As a central area for agribusiness of Chili, Magelang needs the development to stimulate investment growth potential by involving all regional agribusiness, government, farmers/ agribusiness and private groups to work together in an integrated. This study aims to (1) Determine the feasibility of chilli farm; (2) Knowing the comparative advantage of the chili farm; and (3) Formulate developing agribusiness of Chili. This research uses descriptive analytical method. On farm analysis, quantitative data are converted and tabulated in the same unit. To determine the feasibility of Chili farm used analysis of R/C ratio. The greater the value of R/C ratio was more viable farm. Determination of comparative advantage of Chili is analyzed by the Policy Analysis Matrix (PAM). PAM results show the individual and collective effects of price and factor policies. Furthermore, this method can analyze the comparative advantage of a commodity. The result showed that Agribusiness of Chili is profitable both the private and social, and there are no disadvantage caused by the activities of Chili agribusiness. Thus agribusiness of chili can be further developed. The nontradeable inputs of chili farming have been used efficiently and provide added value for farmers. Domestic demand of chili is more profitable supplied by domestic production rather than imports. Farmers receive chili prices lower than it should and not get product price protection. Farmers pay the nontradeable input lower than it should. As for the tradeable inputs, farmers pay higher than it should. Economic development on a nation is possibly conducted by increasing the growth on industrial sectors. Job opportunities in medium and big industry is considered less than it is compared with the small and the medium industries. It is happened because the big and medium industries applies capital intensive. Labor average Reduction per small and medium industries on Lamongan region is significantly decreasing in the last two years. If the next year shows the reduction on the number of labor, so the employment is not conducted optimally since the small and medium industries play and important role in employment. The purpose of the study is to determine the influence of industrial total number, investment and production value on employment in small and medium industrial of Lamongan Region in 2009 – 2013. Analysis method applied is panel data method which is used to determine the number of industries, investment and production value hypothesis on small and medium industry’s labor demand in 2009–2013. The result of study shows that the number of industries, investment and production value variable have positive influence and significance on small and medium industry’s labor demand at Lamongan Region in 2009 – 2013. The conclusion of study shows that the overall independent variables (number of industries, investment and production value) all together and simultaneously influence the dependent (labor demand on small and medium industries) variable at Lamongan Region in 2009 – 2013. This study tried to look more closely at market integration, through export prices channel, in Indonesia and Malaysia. Several previous studies tend to reject the existence of law of one price (LOP). The law of one price (LOP) states that price a given product should be the same in different parts of the world if valued in common currency. However, empirical studies uniformly shows LOP does not describe most markets. Some important factors that are considered instrumental in this regard are transportation costs and price stickiness. However, there is one characteristic that is often overlooked in the discussion of LOP, namely changes in comparative advantage. The specific objective of this paper is to look at comparative advantage correlation between the two countries and their effect on price convergence. Correlation of both selected commodities – using the rank spearman's test - indicates the nature of the mutual substitution of products that carry the possibility of "price competition" so that the price point to converge to one another. Tests on the export price of some selected products in both countries indicated the occurrence of price convergence, seen from the two analytical techniques: σ convergence and co-integration using Johansen's test. The objectives of this study is to identify and to know policies released by government which is related with demarcation of cigarette circulation and explaining maintenance strategy of tobacco’s farmer in Panaguan village, Proppo district. Research method of this study is descriptive qualitative method. Observation, interview, library research, and documentation are used as technique of collecting data. The result of this study indicates that government has released some policies of cigarette circulation demarcation. However, those policies have given negative impact for cigarette industry and its perpetrator. They have caused scale degradation of tobacco absorption from warehouse. That condition begets tobacco’s price not stable. Moreover, development of Indonesia’s cigarette industry descends progressively every year. Maintenance strategy applied by Panaguan village’s inhabitant is intensification and efficiency strategy, tumpang sari strategy, double maintenance patterns, commodity manipulation strategy, migration, and also exploit local institute.

Regional economic growth structure in Regional Unit Development (RUD) IV East Java Province are different. It is caused by different of natural resources, demography, and different potential of its regional so it can make the disparity of economical development. This research uses secondary data PDRB to know how the economical development structure, the best sector, and the disparity level that is occur in each regional. Shift Share-Esteban Marquillas Analysis showed that in Jember, Bondowoso, and Situbondo Regional occur the changing of dominant sector that dominated by agricultural (primary sector) to tertiary sector due to the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural sector . Disparity in development using williamson index analysis , the results fluctuated with a declining trend and has an average inequality is quite low . Overall position of the economy in the district of East Java in the RUD IV included in the relatively underdeveloped regions. Based on the relationship between economic growth and development imbalances stated that the Kuznets hypothesis ( curve U - Reversed ) turned out to be valid in the RUD IV East Java Province. The fisheries sector is one sector of the economy that became the foundation of life of many residents, especially fishermen. One strategy that is done for the development of this sector is the minapolitan concept, where fisheries and marine sector became the driving force of the economy in the Minapolitan.This study intends to examine whether the fisheries sector is a sector - basis which can be developed without constrained by the capacity of the local economy - in areas designated as Minapolitan. Furthermore, this study also intends to find out whether the factors that drives the development of the fisheries sector, so expect the resulting findings can serve as a reference for decision makers in the field of fisheries.Results of research by using location quotient (LQ), found that almost all regenciesMinapolitan really have the advantage in the fisheries sector. However there are some areas that do not excel in this sector when viewed from the LQ coefficient. The area in question is Malang, Tulungagung, Pasuruan and Tuban Region. By using regression methods, can be found that fisheries production is influenced significantly by the number of fishermen, boats and outboard motor boats. The factors that most influence are motorboats. As for the production of farmed fish, is affected by the number of fish farmers and land cultivation.
