The article discusses the features of the physical condition of students, male and female have different levels of fitness. It is shown that the physical state of untrained students have poorer performance in comparison with their male peers. Revealed that untrained students dominated the low level of functional health, reduced performance capability of the cardiorespiratory system, registered an average risk of developing high blood pressure, reduced activity of endocrine function.

Sophisticated criminal situation with juvenile delinquency in Arkhangelsk region has prompted practitioners to find new ways to counteract. The basis for the acquisition of new knowledge in the field of prevention of juvenile delinquency was the phased introduction of social support for the pre-trial juvenile in conflict with the law. Based on the survey of investigators, investigators, judges and social workers involved in the experiment, the analysis of materials of criminal cases involving young offender’s conclusions about the positive results of the experiment revealed the difficulties and challenges faced by law enforcers. The article provides suggestions for optimizing the procedure of pre-trial support.

Agriculture is the basic economic sector in Russian Federation as it provides food safety of the country. The main importance for the growth of all the sectors of the agriculture has the growth of grain production as it is the base for both plant growing and animal husbandry and consequently, of the agriculture on the whole. The increase of grain yield is the primary way to raise efficiency of grain production and its inventory. The grain yield is mainly influenced by the introduction of highly productive zoned grain sorts, by the use of a highly qualified seeds, fertilizer application. Currently in the Rostov region the decrease of the yield and grain deterioration are observed. It is closely related with carrying-out of nutritive materials which are not reimbursed by the facilities of humus renewal, deficient attention on technologies of preparation and application of organic fertilizer. The crop yields in the Rostov region are formed mainly at the expense of the natural soil fertility and nutrient stores created in previous years. A high level of wearing out of fixed assets is caused directly by insufficient investment of agriculture. It is required to apply modern technologies including watering system, concentration and fertilization for support of soil quality for the compensation of destructive effect. Thus, at present, the qualitative development of agriculture is objectively associated with the development of capital-intensive areas in the grain industry. Special attention in the paper is devoted to the agricultural sector of Ukraine, which is currently in crisis.

In article the political and economic innovations connected with the transformation of the region "Donbass" in the context of decrease of the risks caused by a military-political and economic conflict in Ukraine are investigated. On the basis of creative synthesis of theoretical and practical approaches of studying the evolution of nonlinear economic systems and the formation of megaregions, and also the analysis of the geopolitical situation developing on the world scene between Russia, the USA and China provisions are developed according to which the region "Donbass" can be considered as "a critical point" of the European regionalization. Authors believe that the important strategic prospect of border cooperation of Russia and Ukraine is connected with the formation of a cross-border agglomeration "Nizhnedonbassky" and "Verkhnedonbassky" the creation of which consists in realization of the linking function between Nizhnedonbassky, Volga region, Moscow and Petersburg transport corridors. One of the condition of social and economic stabilization in the subjects of the foreign Caspian and the Black Sea zones is the realization of geotransit capacity of the region "Donbass" with the formation of a geotransit architecture of its economy. Strategically realization of the processes of an international city formation is possible either on the basis of federal principles or by a geopolitical split of the territory of the region “Donbass” on the line Kharkov – Donetsk – Lugansk with a bent to Russia.
