This quantitative, cross-sectional descriptive research aims to establish the demographic characteristics and reasons related to forced displacement of 200 families living in the department of Quindío in the period 2009-2013, for which a sociodemographic characterization tab was applied. The study found that the leadership of the home is especially on the young adult (42 %), women (63.5 %), with a partner (34 %), primary education (50 %), mixed ethnicity (87 %), of rural origin (72.5 %), from the Valle del Cauca (22 %), Cauca (8.5 %) and Choco (8.5 %). 82 % are between 1 and 3 individual displacements, and 88 % have been intra-displaced. The main reason is the threat of death and / or psychological abuse (47 %) and the death of a family member (30 %).

In the “Logic of Being-there”, Chapter 2, Hegel discusses Finitude, beginning with a preamble wherein he advances the moments of the whole logical path. In a brief methodological recapitulation, he reaffirms that the first part of being-there (being there in general, quality and something) has a structure in which affirmative determination is dominant; whereas the second part of finitude (something and other, being-in-itself, being-for-other, determination, constitution and limit and something as finite) has a negative structure, that is, the negation of something is within itself, introducing the theme of otherness from the category of the other. What is the logical structure of something as finite? Something and other at the moment of limit show themselves as finite, since they both negate each other as the negation of negation. Then, the limit of something and other manifests itself as negation of negation, becoming contradictory and precarious. Hegel, in writing this dialectics of something and other, explains the objects in the world elaborating a new concept of substrate through the relationship between substrates and the idea of processuality, which dissolves the substrates and provides them with a new identity, substrates in movement of relationship and otherness. Whereas conventional thinking depicts the world as static substrates, dialectic thinking reveals the dimension of processuality in the world with meaning.

The human being is a being in development, so its understanding requires a study of the process. Here we present a perspective on how humans develop as bio-cultural beings and a solving model. We worked with a biological, semiotic and complexity base. On these theoretical foundations three phenomena interact to build the identified human bio-cultural characteristics. The phenomena are: the development of the human body, the brain and the nervous system in the development of body and within a sociocultural matrix. The model was applied to understand that the outcome of the processes of semiosis is a bio-cultural being. Ontogenetic origin of the signs is the product of semiosis that happens in the first moments after birth. This process is called biocultural semiosis to emphasize the process that gives structure.
