The research was aimed to recognize emerging subjectivities by participating in a complex teaching strategy,on teaching students from a Venezuelan university. A qualitative analysis of the information captured in a naturalistic, phenomenological hermeneutics was performed. Through case studies, application of grounded theory associated with AtlasTi program and procedures triangulation and saturation theory was unveiled according to which : In an axiological dimension , interaction contextualized future teachers means the emergence of vortices of emotions and feelings : acceptance , support , honesty, freedom of action , motivation, responsibility , satisfaction and feeling of being useful . They experience a feeling of nerves and fears that are overcome when being undertaken in groups . The teaching strategy favors consolidated complex desirable values and betray their humanistic trend.

Curricular practices in the management of conflict and school violent behavior contribute to a culture of negative peace, these curricular practices only focus their attention on direct violence generated by students, they do not take into account structural violence, which may be rooted in institutional structure imbalance, hierarchical and authoritarian power, that encourage such practices. Also in this living coexistence, peace shows itself negative, because conflicts are not tolerated, to the extent that they are considered a problem, something difficult to handle, an alteration of tranquility. As a consequence,the main route for handling these is the authoritarian one, by way of punishing or penalizing, which far from improving conflict legitimize the increase, leading to a more violent behavior as a way of solvingit. In this regard conflict should be seen as a problem rather than an opportunity to promote coexistence.

The aim of this article is to determine the students’ and teachers’ perception on the use of Information and Communication Technologies in the teaching-learning process in the area of Urology. A mixed research was carried out. A pedagogic strategy based on a virtual tool that allowed to increase the appropriation of knowledge was implemented. The research was conducted by two major groups: experimental and conventional. The evaluation of students’ and teachers’ perception on ITC was performed with the use of different tools. Evidence of adequate knowledge in different fields was found with well conducted discussions and proper workshops. As a conclusion, it was found that students’ and teachers’ perception were very good in the Urology area in general terms. For instance, adequate learning, relevant topics, learning with patients, a positive concept towards a pedagogic strategy based on TIC’s, ITC, good rotation and great assistance, as well as little topic review and short rotation time were aspects remembered by three of the teachers.
