There was studied the current state of fish fauna of the Irshava River (Danube basin, Transcar- pathian region). Fish fauna of the Irshava River comprises 16 species, which belong to 8 families. It was found that the base of ichthyocomplex of upper part of the river consists of salmonids, which compose up to 68% of total number of fish. Cyprinids (62%), cobitids and percids prevail in the part, which precedes the river mouth and in the mouth.
The new method of investigation of zooplankton and young fishes was used in two stations of the upper part of Kremenchug reservoir: the unflowing water station of Distorting lakes and the flowing water station of natural Kaniv reservation area. As a result the thirty research series were collected.
Paper containes the results of study the pecularities of radionuclides accumulation of the 90Sr and 137Cs by aquatic plants of the rаight-bank area of Kiуv water reservoir from 1991 to 2008. The modern state of vegetation coverage of Kiyv reservoir are estimated.
Practical use of coefficient of concentrations of 90Sr and 137Cs in fish and other hydrobionts for calculation of control concentrations of this radionuclides in water of Kiliya delta of Danube river and doses of ray of fish, other hydrobionts and man are show in this article.
In the article the results of researches of pond polyculture efficiency as a factor of fish economy intensification are given. It was found that growing in polyculture as fishes as carps, herbivorous fishes, and also paddle-fishes, pike, sheatfishes and tench provide fish-productivity at the level of a 1,5–1,7 ts from one hectare of pond. Due to additional fishes for 2007–2008 it is got over 5 cen- tners of commodity fish.
The piscicultural and biological evaluation of common carp of the Scaleless Intrabreed Type of the Ukrainian Frame Breed of the first-second years of a life in industrial conditions of cultivation is shown. Significant advantage of common carps of new type of the Zakarpattya plant line con- cerning of the traditional normative parameters in the specific conditions of the Transcarpathian region is established.

The article contains the results of researches on influence of preparation of the gumata po- tassium “Torfovit” on incubation of caviar, growth, development and survivability of larvae of channel catfish.
It was experimented that the fenaron nutrition (100 gr of fenaron on 1 t. of the fish nutrition) during two months rises the fishproductivity of the fishponds in 2.02 c/h. The rising of protein in blood of the experimental fishes because of the ? and ?1-globule fractions shows the rising of the resistance of this years carp.
It is proposed to use barda, which is the waste of spirit industry in fishery for massive zoo- plankton cultivation aimed on increasing of ponds fish productivity. The best results of daphnia cultivation were received using of barda from settling pit.
The literature data and the results of own investigation about biological role of ?-3 polyun- saturated fatty acids in the marine and fresh-water fish are presented in the review. The anti- cholesterogenic antilipogenic action of eicosapentaenoic and docosahexaenoic acids of marine and freshwater fish oils and their significant role in prevention of human cardiovascular diseases were shown. The data about fatty acid composition of freshwater fish and about their usage in prophylaxis of some human cardiovascular and oncological diseases are grounded.
It is demonstrated cobaltum and zincum influence on activation SOD and CAT and the inactiva- tion contents TBA-active products at the carp. We hawe the conclusions bat cobaltum microadding stimulated the system of antioxidant deffence, but the zincum influence inactivated this system.
Distributing of heavy metals in the organisms of fishes of the Kiev reserves is characterized heterogeneity and depends on their physical and chemical properties and functional features of organs and fabrics. In most a copper, iron and zinc, accumulate in a liver, manganese and cobalt — in brachiates. Toxic metals (lead, cadmium) are in a greater degree concentrated in brachiates and skin. Iron and zinc prevail in all of the considered organs and fabrics, minimum concentrations are characteristic for a cobalt and cadmium.
Data of practical application of an alternative method of colouring of tissues of hydrobionts are cited. The expediency of use modified recept Mayer’s carmine is shown, the question of the further introduction of histologic dye in research practice is brought up.
Experimental infection indicate that mosquito iridovirus (MIV), a chloriridovirus, is patho- genic for carp Cyprinus carpio. The cumulative mortality reached up to 60–100% within 8–14 d. Symptoms of inoculated carp included cessation of feeding and decreased ventilation. Just prior to death, the fish were lethargic. The infection was characterized by focal necrosis of the gill, kidney and liver. In inoculated carp, MIV was reisolated on larva Galeria mellonella from gill, kidney, spleen and liver. This is the first time that a virus isolated from a mosquito has been shown to cause mortalities in a fish species.
In the article the computations of possible volumes of market fish growing in the natural and artificial reservoirs of the Kirovograd region on condition of their stocking by valuable types of fishes planting stock to the accordant existent norms are resulted.
The biological features of objects of growing in pond economies and methods of fishing-out of stocker ponds are studied, the analysis of the applied instruments of catch is conducted and on the basis of experiments the optimum instruments of catch of fish are chosen in ponds on the different stages of growing.

As consequence from all that we received more high-quality animal husbandry . It next studying and usering at the animal industries is actual and necessary from economic and consumer point of viev.
In this article is considered a general characteristic of the system of antioxidant protection, namely its feature and its role in the vital activity of the organism, the ways of the classification, and also the perspectives of using the indexes of the antioxidant protection system’s condition in the realy modern fish farming development.
