The possibility of gathering enough of ichthyological material for morphometric properties research in the field conditions when using of traditional methods is complicated or impossible had been studied. It was concluded that derived digital images of studied fishes were sufficient for morphometric properties study by classical measurement schemes.
The development of aquaculture direction in the conditions of spacef lights in Ukraine is shown. Authors pointed the role of ichtyology school headed by Professor G.B. Melnikov at the Dniepropetrovsk University as a provider in that scientific field.
Developed method of prognostication of concentrations of Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd in organs and tissues of carp and tovstolobika, at growing in ponds. The statistical analysis of long-term researches (1990–2008) of content of heavy metals is resulted in water and organs and tissues of carp fin- fishess. At vikorimstanni programs “Statistica 6.0” the developed formula for the calculation of concentrations of Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd in fish in relation to to the certain concentration them in water. Method of prognostication of concentrations of Zn, Cu, Pb, Cd for carp finfishess recommended at extreme situations, monitoring researches, and also ribovodnikh and ichthyological researches, when determination of heavy metals in fish next to other indexes appears the estimation of the physiology state of finfishess.
There has been studied the effect of intensification methods, which were used during growing breeding material of carp and herbivorous fishes in a fattening pond, on formation of natural food base and toxicological state of all parts of ecosystem of the pond. There has been determined the content of heavy metals in natural food base and in the organs and tissues of the pedigree fishes.
The basic problems of ichthyofauna transformation of the river systems after water reservoirs cascade formation are considered. The ways of rational exploitation of the created artificial aquatoriums are offered, the necessity of consolidation of fishing and fish-farming efforts with the purpose of formation of the original system of fish economy, which along with the receipt of considerable volumes of high quality fish production will answer the modern resource-saving requirements is resulted.
There are presented results of experiments on growing of paddlefish fry (Polyodon spathula (Walb.)) in conditions of repoductors of carp fish farms of Ukraine. For 15–35 days of growing in basins with a stocking density of 2–5 thousand individuals/m3, paddlefish fry reached average weight of 299,16–1823,60 mg. Average output from stocking by experiment variants varied within 35,73–77,23%. The highest level of fish survival was in experiments with feeding of fish with live zooplanktonic organisms, the biomass of which was in average up to 30 mg/l. High indices of fish survival were also obtained in experiments with mixed variants of larva feeding (up to 70,35%). There were analyzed particularities of growth and nutrition of paddlefish larva during growing period. There were determined the effect of environmental conditions on efficiency of the pad- dlefish larva growing till viable stages.
The idea of increasing the viability of fish embryos and larvae was proposed and experimen- tally substantiated at the Institute of Hydrobiology of NAS of Ukraine by professor V.I. Vladimirov at the beginning of 60-ies of XX century. He examined effect of biologically active substances on fertilized fish eggs, embryos, and larvae as a way of their quality compensation caused by different quality of broodfish. Further studies showed that such biologically active substances as biomet- als, amino acides, biooxidants, and others significantly increase survival rate of fish embryos and larvae during industrial mode of their reproduction.
There is reviewed the question on grass carp stocking for amelioration of water bodies, where high aquatic vegetation is excessively developed, with the goal of amelioration of their ecological state and further use for fishery and recreation purposes as well as for the use of grass carp as an object of sport fishing.
Analysed set in the fish-farming correlation in the fish sterns of vitamin В12, raw protein, cal- cium and biological activity additives (vitamin B12 — cyancobalamin). New dependences of these components are got, that will be instrumental in the rise of produktivіty of carp fishes on 20–25%. The resulted produktivіty facts got at different technologies of growing of carp fishes.
It is analyzed an iodine influence in a form of KJO3 and KJ combinations on the general ac- tivity of the scaled carp digestive system carbohydrases. It is revealed that iodine combinations after their penetration with fodder into carp body cause stronger impact on carbohydrases activity than when they are adding to the fish-breeding ponds water. This impact is expressed in reliable increasing of the enzymes activity. It is shown that KJ introduction to the fodder leads to the activity growth of carbohydrases which are localized on the membrane surface in the distal area of intestine and promotes better assimilation of the hydrocarbon products.
It was showed the influence of fenaron nutrition on the content of the fatty acids in the liver and carcass muscles of this years carps. It has been established that the content of mono fatty acids n-7 and n-9 and poly fatty acids n-3 and n-9 in the carcass muscles ant in the liver of carps rise with the fenaron nutrition.
In the carps liver, whom near starch paste in addition per os brought different doses alcoholic extract of echinacea purpurea at main increase concentration of polyunsaturated fatty acid n–3 and n–6 family. Increase concentration saturated, mono unsaturated fatty acid n–7 and n–9 family and polyunsaturated fatty acid n–3 and n–6 family in the carcass muscle. Concentration higher fatty acids of total lipids in the carps liver and carcass muscle was the most higher at carps, whom brought per os 0.5 ml. alcoholic extract of echinacea purpurea at kg living masses.
As a result of stay of carp in water with the promoted concentrations of lead (0,2 and 0,5 mg/l) the common amount of leucocytes in blood decrease in 1,5 and 1,6 times in comparing to the con- trol. Both concentrations of toxicant drew changes in a percentage of blood leucocytes: decline of number of mature forms– neutrophils, basophils and monocutes, increase of maintenance of young cells, in particular lymphoblasts, promyelocytes, myelocytes and metamyelocytes. Subject to the condition presence in the environment of lead ions in concentration 0,2 and 0,5 mg/l phagocytic activity of neutrophils decrease in 1,5 and 1,4 times in comparing to the control.
The economic estimation of efficiency of cultivation of the new scaleless type of Ukrainian frame breed of the common carp is presented at the article. Advantage of commodity cultivation of carps of Nyvka’s, Lebedyn’s and the Transcarpatian’s factory lines in comparison with traditional objects of carp cultivation is shown.
