There have been examined results of works on introduction of Chinese carps into the Kakhovka reservoir from the point of view of their commercial stock formation. There has been analyzed the dynamics of structural-functional indices of commercial stocks of the introduced species and determined actual coefficients of the commercial return. A conclusion was made about sharp decline of efficiency of works on artificial propagation of ichthyofauna during last years.
There are presented results of a study of structured-functional indices of natural food base and fish fauna of a fish pound near v. Belokuzmynivka of Donetsk region. There has been proved its suitability and outlooks for creation of a special commodity fish farm on its base.
The article examines basic biological indices of zander (Stizostedion lucioperca) of the Kre- menchuk reservoir. There were established the time of its length and biomass culmination. For the purpose of rationalization of fishing load and ichtiomass conservation, it is recommended to shift the commercial fishing pressure on the time of the weight gain culmination.
The article examines the diet of European perch (Perca f luviatilis) of the Kaniv reservoir during spring period. According to obtained data, its ration included 28 food components. The basis of perch diet consisted of fish objects, among which monkey goby (Neogobius fluviatilis) dominated. Among invertebrates found in perch stomachs, leeches were the most significant food item. Despite spawning of the majority of commercial fishes, fish eggs in perch stomachs were in insignificant quantities.
there has been examined the biological state of fish populations, which compose the basis of commercial stocks in the Velykoburluksky reservoir. There have been analyzed ichthyofauna structure, individual and population indices, which characterized conditions of fish stock forming. There have been proposed ways for optimization of fisheries exploitation of this water body.
The ecological state of plant-breeding pond of experimental economy of Institute of fisheries NAAS of Ukraine “Nivka” is investigational on hydrochemical indexes and maintenance of heavy metals in water at growing of pedigree carp.
There has been investigated species diversity and quantitative development of invertebrate organisms (Rotatoria, Cladocera and Copepoda) in the water column of the Irshava River and its tributaries. It was found that potential fish productivity of these watercourses at the account of Rotatoria and Crustacean development can be in average 0.19–0.33 kg/ha for three years.
Found that waste of brewing as an alternative of organic fertilizer timulates development of bakterioplankton, an important component of natural forage fish ponds. Proved that the using products of brewing, particularly beer pellet as dressing Fish ponds bakterioplankton intensifyde- velopment of bakterioplankton, and resolve the problem of waste brewing.
The state of macrozoobenthos in cooling basins of Zmievskaya power-and-heating plant and І-ІІ-stage Kurskaya nuclear power plant under impact of cage fich farms has been considered. Data were obtumeimed on augmentation of the “soft” zoobenthos biomasses in areas unimpaeted by the fish cages and its sharp reduction under the cage.
A checklist of monogonont rotifers belonging to the Order Ploima found in Ukraine is completed on the base of literature and authors’ data. Its first part includes 342 species-level taxa belonging to 41 genera and 11 families (Notommatidae, Ituridae, Scaridiidae, Trichocercidae, Gastropodidae, Synchaetidae, Lindiidae, Dicranophoridae, Asplanchnidae, Microcodidae, Lecanidae); the list of localities and habitats for each species along with modern synonymy and notes on species taxo- nomy is also provided.
There are presented generalized data on some aspects of pond acuaculture development in Ukraine. The pond fish farming was formed in Ukraine during several centuries and survived both prosperity stages and decline stages depending on the complex of political and social-economical factors as well as peculiarities and dynamics of development of other areas of agrarian production. In the last 50 years, the domestic aquaculture underwent a number of significant changes caused by processes of scientific and technical progress and drastic changes in the enterprise manage- ment system and nature of economical relationships in the country. Last years, there was arisen a necessity for revealing reserves of fish industry development, in particular, a search of new economical economically justified approaches of fisheries activities. Priority tasks of aquaculture are decrease of expenditure of technologies, resource saving, quality improvement and provision of competitiveness of production with concurrent increase of production effectiveness in condi- tions of environmentally safe management.
A literary review of the value of ultrasound diagnosis in aquaculture. The problems concerning the implementation feasibility of ultrasonography in the sire of sturgeon, trout and endangered species. As well as the possibility of using ultrasound to diagnose certain diseases of fish.
The data values of allele and genotype frequencies for the loci malate dehydrogenase, malic enzyme and carbonic anhydrase in sires of “Donrybkombinat”, of “Sumyrybhosp” and of “Velykyj Lubin” are given. It is established that the genetic structure of populations of common carp stud- ied by genetic-biochemical systems closes to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. It is revealed that the actual heterozygosity tended to increase in relation to theoretically expected heterozygosity in the studied loci. We came to the conclusion that the assessment of polymorphism of these genetic- biochemical systems can help control objective genetic structure of investigated populations of a sazan in the future.

It has been presented short literature review of advantages use of the Danio rerio as a model system for investigation p53.The structure and function p53 of Danio rerio, interaction p53 with cancers, the processes of regulation p53 have been described. The involvement of p53 in the on- togenesis and carcinogenesis has been considered.
In the liver two-year grass carp, which were grown in ponds with landscaped fodder in places that restrict their access to artificial feed, the marked trend towards a higher content of fatty acids of total lipids, which is manifested mainly by a family of polyunsaturated fatty acids n-3. They found higher content ratio of polyunsaturated fatty acids family n-3 to the polyunsaturated fatty acids family n-6.
The article presents the results of physiological and biochemical analysis of fish of different species grown in polyculture. The data of calculations of the energy value of fish meat and ana- lyzed the factors determining it.
In the article is resulted the information in relation to the use of enrofloksu for treatment of bacterial german measles of carp. The therapeutic action of enrofloksu has been investigated for this disease, what is confirmed by the sensitiveness of the selected micro flora to preparation. During the treatment the negative influence on basic physiologic-biochemical indexes of organism of the fishes is not discovered.
