There are presented results on herbivorous fish introduction into Dnieper reservoirs for the entire period of their existence. Indices of efficiency of this measure are quantitatively assessed and analyzed for different reservoirs. A necessity for establishment of minimum amounts of in- troduction for achieving the planned commercial fishing return is shown.
There are presented some aspects of recreational fishing in the Kakhovka reservoir as a factor of impact on the ichthyocenosis state. There have been determined the number of recreational fishermen on the reservoir on the whole and assessed its impact on some its parts, investigated various social-economical aspects of modern recreational fishing.
The results of research of the ecological state are resulted on the hydrochemical indexes of the Kiev reserve after a flood by the spring of 2010. It is set that quality of water of this reservoir, mainly, corresponds existent norms and it is suitable for development of hydrobionts.
In article results of relative analysis quantitative and quality indicators of development of a phytoplankton and the zooplankton in rearing ponds, law of formation of the given groupings and their mutual influence in an ecosystem of ponds in the conditions of application for their fertilising of a vermicompost and “Riverm” are resulted.
In 1988 and the first half of 1989 the free-living plankto-benthic ciliates (Ciliophora) of fish waters (the Dnieper basin, Kyiv Province) were investigated. Two fish ponds and one reservoir of complex assignment were investigated. In these waters 106 species and varieties of ciliates were found, two of them were new for Ukraine. Seasonal dynamic of quantity and biomass, as well as production and destruction of organic substances by ciliates were studied. The average data of quantity and biomass of ciliates, and their functional activity in fish ponds do not differ statistically reliable from the reservoir of complex assignment, but their seasonal changes differ significantly (substantially higher in the summer time).
Lipid composition of mature eggs of striped mullet, grey mullet and Pacific mullet in the Azov- Black Sea basin was studied. Their most part was shown to be comprised by waxes — 57–80%. Fatty acid composition is species specific and related to biological features and adaptation pos- sibilities in the early ontogenesis.
The checklist of monogonont rotifers of the Superorder Gnesiotrocha found in Ukraine is com- pleted on the base of literature and authors’ data, and includes 69 species-level taxa belonging to 16 genera and 8 families; the list of localities and habitats for each species along with modern synonymy and notes on species taxonomy is also provided. Total list of Rotifera of the Ukrainian fauna consists of 816 species and subspecies, out of which 634 ones belong to Monogononta.
The article concerns fisheries characteristics of Zaporozhian Reservoir, characteristics of fishing, size-age composition, reproductive figure, magnitude of replenishment fry fish of common species of fisheries ichthyofauna and characteristics of infection fish parasites.
Basic work of industrial fish-breeder economies assignments are considered. The flowsheet of the reserved fish-breeder fluidizers is shown incubation of caviar and growing of young fish of Salmo salar.
This article represents the results of the researches about the growth of fish material of carp when there is a high density of fish planting in 2 stages with the usage of the experimental all- mashes of different nutritional value with the increased content of protein and amino acids in them. The received piscicultural data showed that during the vegetation period man can grow high-quality uderyearling of carp with the individual mass more than 100 g.
Analyzed the calculation of carp fish density in polyculture by the food base: phytoplankton, zooplankton, zoobenthos, higher aquatic plants (HAP). We propose a calculation taking into ac- count the silt ponds and epibioses (periphyton) on higher aquatic vegetation.
The results of the studies identified for the conditions of Belarus, the technological parameters of translation Lena sturgeon larvae to artificial feed. It is established that the transition of larvae to artificial feed is of great importance for required number of entering the food of zooplankton. Planting density of 2 individuals/m2 is optimal for industrial use in the Republic of Belarus, with the survival rate is over 69%.
Research on basis of six- and eight-year-old Lena sturgeon valuation, bred in the farmstead Public limited company “Experimental Fishery Co-Op “Selets” and in the fish-breeding center Chashnikskij ММС “Experimental Fishery Novolukomlskij” was conducted. As a result regularities in morphometric indicators were revealed. The possibility of gender classification of replacement — spawning school within one generation by means of main morphometric indicators measurement was established. It was noticed that animal units distinguished by maximal characteristics within one selection are females.
The ratio of outwashing of heavy metals (Fe, Zn, Mn, Cu, Ni, Co, Pb, Cd) from the intensifiers (all-mash, organic fertilizers, ammophos, saltpetre, superphosphate and lime) was measured by laboratory experiment. Moreover was evaluated the risk of ponds contamination by the heavy metals of water under the conditions of intensive fish growing.
The complex analysis of genetic structure and exterior indexes of ukrainian scaled and framed carps has been performed. There were used eight genetic-biochemical systems of blood and detect breedspecificity peculiarities of genetic structure of Antoninsky-Zozulenets carps and studied the degree of fenotype variation some quantitative feature of fish. It is observed predominance of actual level of average heterozygosity by every locus comparatively with expected heterozygosity for investigated carps.
The features of genetic structure of population of Amur carp are investigational from a herd, contained to fish farm Konotop of “Sumyrybkhosp”. ISSR-PCR analysis in a fish-farming — it outage and in relation to inexpensive method which can be used for the study of genetic change- ability in the future. The optimized ISSR-PCR method can serve an effective instrument in further population — genetic researches of herds of Amur carp.
By the release of juveniles in natural water the 7–8 g female Chinook salmon have gonads at the late 2nd stage of maturity: in the phase of protoplasmic growth of oocytes for 3–5 classes. The hatchery juveniles of Kamchatka salmon have more developed gonads, more often — for 2 stages of maturity than wild juveniles, and are ready to ramp and for food competition when feeding at sea.
The article analyses the construction of the most widely used fishing nets according to the mesh pitches and organization of the commercial fishering by fish-harvesting organizations in Kremenchuk reservoir.
