There has been studied current dynamics of basic abiotic factors of fish habitats, which deter- mine reproduction efficiency of fish fauna of the Dnieper-Bug estuary system. There have been analyzed qualitative and quantitative changes of the composition of juveniles of major commercial and mass fishes of this water body. It was determined that the main factor, which determines fish juvenile yield indices is the Dnieper river flow, which currently depends in a full degree on water discharges in lower race of the Kakhovka HEP. In little water years, there has been observed penetration of salt seawaters into estuary parts of the Dnieper River that results in decrease of fish juvenile number and as a result in formation of scanty generations. It is recommended that the water discharge into lower race of the Kakhovka HEP during summer period stabilized at the level of not lower than 1000 m3/s.
Methodical development concerning standardization of a choice of stations monitoring re- searches water organisms in reservoirs of different types  are presented. The new procedure has been used for monitoring water organisms in reservoirs of different types and the area: Dnieper river — Kiev (2009–2010) and Каnev (2006, 2008), Southern Bug river — Aleksandrovsk (2006, 2008–2010) and Bahchalinsk (2008–2010).

A characteristic of a trophic interactions between five species of fishes which were grown up by an intensive method in polyculture are described. The greatest competition for compound feed between common carps (60%), the grass carp (30%) and tench (10%), for bottom dweller — between common carps (62%) and tench (38%) is shown.

There has been analyzed genetic structure of three groups of paddlefish from different pedigree stocks by genetic-biochemical systems of transferrin, albumin, esterase, malate dehydrogenase, malic-enzyme, and carbonic anhydrase. From the examined genetic-biochemical systems, the most informative for determination of inter-group differences of paddlefish by genetic structures were enzymes MDH, ME, CA. Genetic differentiation between examined groups of fish corresponds to the history of formation of these pedigree stocks of paddlefish.
Features of the exterior and reproductive indexes of the scaleless common carp of the Lebedyn’s plant line of the third selection generation are presented (USCLF3). Reproductive potential of the breeders of the new type answers the required target standards was determined.
The features of the genetic structure of the Amur carp by some polymorphic genetic and bio- chemical systems is investigated. Specificity on values of indicators of an ex-terrier of fishes and genetic structure is revealed. Levels of observable and expected heterozygosity are calculated.
According to the results of two variants of wintering interbreed crosses obtained governmen- tal the mirror and scaly lines tremlyanskogo carp, the comparative characteristic of survival and loss of body weight of yearlings different observation. As a result, a comprehensive assessment established the most winter-hardy of the group and individual crosses.

Studied composite cost of individual fish species grown in polyculture, and their sales prices and revenues in fish farm “Rudnyky” JSC “Lviv oblrybokombinat” for 2007–2010. It was obtained that the growth in the ponds, except carp, additional fish (white silver carp, grass carp, pike, sheatfish, tench and paddlefish) provides a profit of 647.8 to 2905.9 UAH per hectare of pond.
