The analysis of cytogenetic anomalies frequency in peripheral blood cells and bone marrow cells at three groups carp was carry out. Groups carp belong to various intra-breed types (scale carp, few-scale carp, frame carp), which breeding in economy “Nivka” of the Institute of Fish- eries of the UAAS. Not observed intra-group and inter-group differences to frequencies of cells with micronuclei and binuclear cells. However there is wide individual variability to number of chromosomes in bone marrow cells. Thus, for fish the frequencies of cells with micronuclei and binuclear cells are objective character of cytogenetic stability.
Experimental materials are presented on the recreation of Russian sturgeon with the purpose to create collection mother herd and its replenishment at Azov Sea and Black Sea. Biological description is given of spawners fished-out in Azov Sea, as well as results of caviar incubation and growing of larvae to the viable stages.
The analysis of the development state and prospects of “Lviv oblribokombinat” fish-farming is conducted. It is shown, that rise of pond fish-productivity , improvement of fish gravimetric standards and its quality it is possible by during realization of industry intensification measures only. It is shown that commodity two-year carps weighing 0.8–1.0 kg can be got having of finger- lings weighing 59 grammes.
In article are brought given about test preparation “Izatizon” on contemporary of carp. As a result of studies is installed that beside fish, which took the preparation “Izatizon” exists increa- sing of the contents of the haemoglobin, the general squirrel, phagocytic activity neutrophils, bacteriostatic activity of blood serum, became stabilized the picture white shelters, increased the functional activity T- and B- lymphocyte. Preparation “Izatizon” can be recommended for increas- ing immune status contemporary of carp.
After treatment of carp, ill оn aeromonosis, ву bringing in water preparation “Vitane”, the significant higher level of total protein in blood serum and the higner activity of antioxidant en- zymes (SOD, glutathione peroxidase, katalase) in erythrocytes, than in ill control fishes without treatment, were revealed. After treatment of ill carp perorally ву preparation of vitane, the greater content of peroxidative oxidation products in blood plasma and the higher activity of antioxidant enzymes were discovered, in comparison with the fishes of control group.
There have been presented particularities of peled Coregonus peled (G) biology in mother wa- ter bodies, its requirements for habitat conditions as well as considered technological schemes of fish raising in various types of fish farming enterprises. There have been proposed ways of peled introduction into water bodies of Ukraine.
There have been analyzed biological parameters of pikeperch in commercial and control catches on the Kakhovka reservoir. We showed unrational distribution of commercial fishery load by age groups, which affects mortality parameters and significantly decreases expected commercial return from each generation. Measures of pikeperch harvest optimization were proposed.
There have been presented results of a retrospective analysis and assessment of current state of fishery in the Dnieper River reservoirs. Efficiency of measures on creation and exploitation of the reservoirs’ resource base were analyzed. Priority trends of scientific researches on the cascade of the Dnieper River reservoirs were defined.
There have been presented quantitative and qualitative parameters of phyto- and zooplankton of the Kremenchuk reservoir at current time. With the aid of regression analysis, we found statisti- cally significant dependencies between vegetation level of different size groups of phytoplankton and quantitative and qualitative composition of major systematic zooplankton groups as well as among its dominant organisms.
The study reveals results of researching the ecological state of the Bug estuary hydrosystem in the zone of bottom excavation operations conducted by the potassium terminal “NIKA-TERA”. Damages to the hydroecosystem are theoretically grounted and calculated; ways of paying the damages are proposed.
