The аrticle is devoted to study linear and weight rates of the silver prussian carp Carassius (superspecies auratus) (Linnaeus, 1758) in small water bodies with equal conditions of existence. Was established the presence of different growth rates of fishes in explored populations which indicates that living conditions of this species isn’t a limiting factor, which defines the rate of growth. It was identified that the populations of the silver prussian carp from the ponds “Avra- menskiy” and “Nina” farm enterprise’s have sufficient measure-weight indexes and undoubted commercial fishery value, but population of the pond “Vodyanikivschina” has no economic value because of low growth rate.
The article analyzes the dynamics of length, weight and age structure of population of the roach (Rutilus rutilus L.) of Dneprodzerzhinsk reservoir in 2006–2010. It was found that increased commercial fishing of this species didn’t due to organizational factors.
Definitely conditions of formation of river-beds structure to a native fish fauna in the condi- tions of segmentation the small rivers Ustya and Ikva and their river-beds reservoirs with different level of the anthropogenous loading, the developed recommendations concerning preservation of specific variety and natural conditions for a reconstruction to their native fish fauna.

The results of growing of grey mullet and flounder finfishess are resulted in pools and isolated areas of lagoons of north-western Prichernomor’ya. It is rotined that such methods of the control- led growing of marine finfishess provide a high output and products of commodity fish.
The results of investigations on growing planting material of carp fish in conditions of Kherson Experimental production and plant on breeding young fish chastykovyh are presented and the effect of application of fertilizers on the results of growing is analyzed.
Analysis of paddlefish genetic variability with the use of DNA-markers in pedigree stock, which is reproduced and reared in the fish farm “Gornyi Tikich” of Cherkassy region, has been analyzed. It was found high degree of polymorphism by individual microsatellite loci. The obtained results of DNA-markers indicate about possibilities of their use further for certification, identification, and clarification of origin of paddlefish pedigree groups.
The fisheries and biological parameters of carp by adding to the diet of different varieties of oats are studied. Found that feeding simultaneously both foodmixture 30% an hull-less oats increases the average weight (by 34.6%), the total ponds fish productivity and reduce feed spending. It is shown that the use of oats reduces the intensity of lipid peroxidation.
The analysis of the effect of the introduction of hatchery trout feed carotenoids. When grow- ing trout in tight traffic introduction feed ?-carotene has a compensatory effect. Establishment of equal amounts of additives in food karotene additivites provides sustainable positive effect in various conditions of different initial mass and fish in the experiment.
In experimental terms defence of vakcinated in abdominal cavity is in the system “parasite– owner”. The haematological and immunological indexes of carps which did not become ill after an infection but became ill on a sharp flow aeromonoza are studied.
The parasite fauna of fish species, acclimatized in the reservoirs of Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Ru- ssia, and Vietnam basin is reviewed and compared to that in the rivers of Amur Basin and water reservoirs of China, where they were brought from. The characteristic of the new-tenants parasites is given and their pathogenous forms are recorded. Totally, 112 and 101 parasitic species were recorded in Ctenopharyngodon idella and Hypophthalmichthys molitrix within these regions.
