The paper contains results of measures of artificial restoration of native ichthyofauna of the Dnieper reservoirs. It was shown that according to actual indices of fish stocking, one can expect significant recruitment of certain commercial species. The performed estimations of commercial return from yearling Chinese carp stocking indicate on sufficiently high prognostic efficiency of this measure. A procedure of stocking of the Kakhovka reservoir with yearling Chinese carps is proposed.

The analysis of the dynamics of the age structure of the Lower Dnieper population of bream under increased pressure fishing is carried out. The data on the dynamics of indicators of the middle?weighted age of bream catches in the last ten years are determined.

The current state of crucian carp population of the Kakhovka reservoir indicates on high potential opportunities of this species in forming the commercial fishing base. Population and individual indices of crucian carp in interannual aspect are characterized by sufficient stability, the dynamics of the system “recruitment?remain” has positive character. The introduced system of special regimes of harvest will allows significantly increase the efficiency of commercial exploitation of this species in the Kakhovka reservoir.

Maintenance of heavy metals is investigational in organs and fabrics of the fishes bentophages ? bream (Abramis brama L.), roach (Rutilus rutilus L.) and white bream (Blicca bjoerkna L.) of the Kremenchug storage pool. It is set that after maintenance of heavy metals in organs and fabrics in the direction of increase of their concentration it is possible to present such row: bream < white bream < roach.

The paper contains results of brown trout growing in industrial conditions of the fish farm “Ishkhan” during three years. It was found that linear growth and weight accumulation of fish after reaching the one?year age increased and were superior in comparison with natural populations.

Feeding and growth of carp yearlings in nursery ponds of the experimental farm “Nyvka” at the directional formation of natural food base have been studied. It was found that application of methods of directional formation of natural food base, including fertilization of nursery ponds with different organic fertilizers, resulted in supplying juvenile carp with natural food. The content of live feed objects (zooplankton, zoobenthos) in carp gut in the experiment was 48.3?50.4% versus 32.6% in the control. Survival of carp yearlings from stocked non?grown larvae was higher in the experiment and composed 31.5 ? 48.6% versus 21.0 in the control; fish productivity was 326.0 - 736.3 kg/ha and 232.1 kg/ha, respectively.

With an increase in feed hull?less oats in the liver of carp increased content of fatty acids. Particularly in the liver of carp grows in saturated fatty acids with an even number of carbon atoms in the chain and polyunsaturated fatty acids families ω–3 and ω–6. Along with the increasing number hull?less oats in the grain mixes in carp liver increases the intensity changes of linoleic and linolenic acids of total lipids in them more and more long?chain unsaturated derivatives.

Implementation of deep freeze genital products (cryopreservation) in fish practice the need of continuation of optimizing process of defrosting parameters. The important defines element is the proper matching of the temperature water bath and exposing inside.
This research was carried out for the purpose of investigation investigate the effect of different thawing procedures for motility and fertilizing capacity of frozen/thawed grass carp sperm. The studies were conducted during the spawning company in 2012 at the experimental farm "Nyvka" and Institute Fisheries NAAS.
The optimal mode of defrostation was conducted among nine variants of the
experiment. The conditions of each experiments are determined combination of three temperature water baths: 30, 35 and 40°C and the corresponding exposures of the holding inside it with frozen sperm microtubules of grass carp ? 10, 20 and 30 seconds.The best result for parameters such as total time of motion and percentage of live sperm during thawing and activated sperm were obtained at 35°C and 30 seconds of exposure. Number of live spermatozoa’s reached 77,4±0,57% and time of their movement 75±2,0 seconds. Eggs after ovulation were fertilized by received sperm for the purpose of checking of semen fertilizing capacity. Artificial fertilization was 85,6±2,8% that to confirm fertility received sperm.

A new method of bred larvae selection on the base of their reaction on stream in hydrodynamic gutter was established and offered to fish production. Differences of economically useful and biological indices in one year old selected groups were also established.

We investigated genetic structure of the Ukrainian scaled and framed carps based on six genetic?biochemical systems of blood – TF, ALB, EST, СА, MDH, МЕ. Their level actual and expected heterozygosity per locus has been determined, genetic distances and identity index have been calculated. Differentiation of carp groups of different rearing conditions is possible based on the distribution of allele variants of TF, EST, СА, and ME loci.

The complex method of polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) targeting to the 16S rDNA gene was developed for identification of the most widespread gram-negative bacterias of fish. The specificity and efficiency of flexible oligonucleotide primers for 16S rDNA gene of gram-negative bacteria and also possibility of differentiation of these bacteria by use of the restriction endonuclease sets were shown.

Fertility of the perch (Perca fluviatilis L.) in Shatskyh lakes has been investigated. The control catches of fish were conducted at the beginning of 2009 – 2011 in obedience to the given permissions. A significant difference in the size?weight indices and individual absolute fertility of infested and not infested fish of the same age group has been determined.
