The competence is considered as a state, which gives efficiency, precision and safety in solving the tasks; it is a behavioral pattern that expresses what it can be etc. The innovation competence was defined as a component of profes¬sional competence, namely management competence being the basic aspect of this competence.
In the article is described the management innovative technology elaborated on the scheme of technology innova¬tions, the criteria of effectiveness of innovative activity monitoring, Web 2.0 technology as a mechanism of support.
Starting from the analytical synthesis of the domains analyzed in the process, based on the elucidation of the circum¬stances of the necessity to implement the innovations, the specific of the management- innovational activity, innovative personality characteristics and by modeling the ideas outlined above is motivated the managerial- innovational activity of managers, which is an activity of the creation subject, development, attributing innovations in content of management functions, using the methods, organizational structure, the practical implementation of the proposed objectives for the purpose of increasing the monitoring efficiency and development of institution.
