Most times people tend to associate emotional abuse with content of institutionalization syndrome, and this perception is due to many variables, some of them extrinsec (organizational culture, collective memory), and other intrinsec.
Unfortunately, the primary forms of emotional abuse on children are all around us in any living space. Hostility, con¬flictual relationships models, mental patenting of a nonfunctional enviroment as normal, where the attachment needs and recognition of their identity are violated, all of them can become forms of emotional abuse at different intensities, with disharmonic effect in psycho emotional and social dynamics.
Extreme forms of manifestation of abuse, such as murder atempt and murder, from all kind of crimes, have the most etiology in chronic emotional abuse suffered by the offender. This way, mental traumatized contents find an unfair path for outpouring dynamics, element met in the criminal matrix structure from specialized literature.
Nevertheless, in the background of the offender there is a mythological tresure of the unconscoius, intrapsychic sym¬bolism of the act being often different from the connotation received through the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Therefore, in the present work, we meet the case of a teenage girl, who by the suppressure of her mother’s life, did not want to do anything else but to preserve the maternal image for eternity.
