EVALUATION OF THE PROCESSES METABOLIC IN THYROID DISORDERS ON THE BACKGROUND ADMINISTERING LOCAL PHYTOPREPARATION

Thyroid pathology in Moldova ranks second among endocrine pathologies and accounts for 32% of all endocrine patients (as of 2006). In 2000-2006 the number of patients with thyroid pathology increased twice. Clinical primary hypo¬thy¬roi¬dism deals accounted for 6.5% of the female population and 1.2% of the male population. The women suffer from hypo¬thy¬roidism 10 times more often than men. Two points maximum occurrence of this pathology are puberty and the age of 50-80 years. These people are treated by a combination therapy, custom each time, for different causes may be hypo¬thy¬roidism. The research literature we can mention that thyroid hormones have a major influence on intermediary metabolism in various pathological conditions. Most thyroid diseases are associated with defects not only of homogenizes, secretion, transport or degradation of thyroid hormones, and defects in the metabolism of lipid, protein, carbohydrate, hydro mineral.
