Securitization is a process in which commercial banks can raise low-cost financing by assigning asset risks to investors’ appetite for risk. This has been one of the most dominant and fastest growing means of capital creation in the United States and the world over. After introduction of securitization, the banking industry in Kenya has recovered from a long period of poor performance. The aim of this study is to aim of study was to tests for the moderating effects of bank ownership on relationship between securitization uptake and financial performance of forty three commercial banks in Kenya, over a five-year period from 2009 to 2013. The researchers dominantly relied on secondary data from most recent annual published financial statements and banks supervision records at the Central Bank of Kenya. The data was complimented by use unstructured personal interview from 172 banks key officials; the mortgage, credit, risk and compliance and debt recovery who were identified by simple random sampling from each of 43 banks. The data were cross validated with information from secondary sources; five years annual published financial statements and bank supervision records at the Central Bank of Kenya so as to avoid premature conclusions. In line with the previous studies, the results indicate that the banks’ financial performance had been almost progressing over the operational periods considered for the study. The commendable performance in profitability of the banks was attributable to securitization uptake among banks. The study recommends banks to use securitization in ensuring they have adequate capital and bank managers to be allowed to invest their liquid assets so that can generate more income to boost their performance.

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between personality traits of HSE managers and burnout. In this order, a general hypothesis and five secondary hypotheses are formed. Research method is applied kind and is descriptive aspect of data collection and cross correlation and model-based structural equation. The sample of study has been considered using Cochran formula and included 200 industry executives in Karaj road. The research data were collected using a questionnaire and the validity and reliability is appropriate. Alpha Cronbach coefficients of questionnaire for burnout and personality traits of managers are 0.85 and 0.79 respectively. Findings show that there is a significant relationship between personality traits of managers (OCD - extroversion- Flexibility - Adaptability - Generosity) with burnout and are -0.27, 0.38, -0.41, -0.25, 0.36, and 0.49 respectively. Results suggest that whatever the personality traits of managers be more positive and productive, job burnout in managers becomes less and equals 0.27. In other words, with an increase of one unit in the personality traits of managers, burnout in these people decreases to 0.27.

This study aimed to: (1) analyze the characteristics of households affecting energy consumption of simple household electricity, (2) analyze the probability of each of the factors affecting the energy consumption of small household electricity. The study was conducted in city of Medan in the period of January 2014 to September 2014 with samples of 143 small households as the customers of PLN (State Electricity Company) Medan, which use the low voltage of electricity named TR-1/450VA. Data were analyzed by using the logistic regression model. The estimation results indicated that: (1) the higher the willingness to pay (WTP) of households, the higher the tendency to consume electrical energy >100 KWh per month by 4.694 times than of the households with willingness to pay < Rp 100 thousand per month, (2) the closer the households residence to the city center, the higher the tendency to consume electrical energy > 100 KWh per month by 2.288 times than of the households residence in the suburbs, (3) increasingly unfavourable response to electrical quality, the higher the chance to consume electrical energy > 100 KWh per month.

This study examines the level of customer satisfaction and service quality of e-reader devices has stores and SPSS22 software was used for data analysis and correlation tests to determine the relationship of variables, the analysis of the test for identification of direct and indirect effects of variables has been used on customer satisfaction. The population of this study, shoppers and stores are Ardakan, Iran and sample its 200 stores and shops in the city which has customers randomly selected. The results show that the security apparatus reader has the greatest impact on their satisfaction. In addition the low cost; it is most concerned with customer satisfaction. The remarkable thing is that the devices meet the customer's card is the least that should be examined. Authorities can resolve individual complaints, the better the card reader devices can capture and customer satisfaction.

This article analyses the ratio evolution of the non-performing loans obtained by the privately, Romanian and foreign-owned credit institutions, in Romania, during the period December 2007 - June 2015, depending on the change of the legislation regarding the reporting methodology for the purpose of the institutions surveillance according to the prudential regulations of BNR (National Bank of Romania) and EU Regulation. The results of this analysis highlighted the fact that the non-performing loans ratio went through a spectacular increase during the period 2007-2013, reaching 21.87% following the promotion of a strategic plan based on the recovery of the debts by restructuring actions, rescheduling or enforcement. In 2014, the non-performing loans ratio decreases to 15.33% following the modification of the debt recovery strategic plan by taking them out from the balance sheet and by their integral provisioning.
