The author presents results of the sociological research conducted by the author among higher educational institution students in order to reveal the motives that explain the desire of university students to engage into business upon graduation. The results lead to the conclusion that positive professional identification of students in the sphere of entrepreneurship is shaped in the Nizhniy Novgorod region.
The article is devoted to the problem of knowledge in the correlation of rational and irrational in the modern world. The study revealed that rational knowledge is inseparable from the irrational. It is possible to achieve full knowledge only in their unity.
In this scientific paper the author considers aspects of interrelation between the society, public opinion, state and international legal policy. The author indicates the following: reaching the totally different, more integrated level of cooperation between states, it is necessary to pay special attention to public opinion of nations and people. Certain values are changed in the changing world, but there is a range of factors and values (in different senses) stable for any state of present and future world.
The author considers experience in organization and activities of foster families in Germany, USA, Italy and Russia. The emphasis is placed on the global tendency to return children temporarily transferred to foster families to their biological parents. Scientific approaches and technologies of preserving the relationship between a child and his or her biological parents are identified. The author presents methods and technologies of finding and teaching foster families. National specificity of social and pedagogical support of an adopted child is presented.
The author presents certain results of a sociological study of youth in Eastern Kazakhstan. Sociologists were able to trace changes in life values of young people arising as a result of profound social changes the majority of them lived in for over twenty years. However, the survey has shown that many basic values such as family, culture of interpersonal relations etc. have remained stable in minds and behavior of the majority of young people.
Studies have shown that the system of moral and patriotic education of youth people should be dynamically changed as changes in the spiritual life and social behavior among young people occur.

Azerbaijan is an authoritative and independent agent. Azerbaijan is presented in accordance with its national interests in the process of globalization.
The author shows that now the driving problem of global development is the contradiction between the biosphere, as the natural system, forming the environment, and the artificial human habitat - the technosphere. This contradiction will be resolved through civilized ecological revolution. In the course of this revolution the mankind will have to reject anthropocentrism in relations with the nature. It will be replaced by the ecocentrism. National states will launch the policy of radical ecological transformation - reorganization of the society, industry and the habitat on the basis of ecological requirements. That is the way such revolution will begin.
In 1920 after establishment of the Soviet authority in Armenia eminent figure Vahan Navasardyan was forcibly displaced. In his publicistic works he pays major attention to the idea of rebuilding the independent Armenia. Independence is given from above. It is the adorable value of the civilized world. Vahan Navasardyan declares that peaceful and actual development as well as co-existence of humanity can be reached only through existence of independent nations.
The dynamics and challenges of the XXI century are fast and unpredictable. The first decade of the XXI century sets new spatial-temporal parameters defining the nature of the essence of international relations. Central Asia lies at the nexus of three great cultural regions: Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Energy security is on the agenda once again. Once again, the impact of energy on foreign policy and the global economy is clear. The problem is not one of those running out. Though some worry about possible close peak of the world oil production, the real risk to supplies over the next decade or two is not geology, but geopolitics.
Correspondence of the development strategy in scientific and educational sector through the transformation of leading universities into research universities to the national priorities is presented. Authors present methodological aspects and principles of formation of research university and the innovation cluster as the main organizational mechanism in the basis of its work. Suggestions concerning further development of these universities and their financial mechanisms improvement are given.
Despite the fact that slogans related to ethnic-cultural and geographical disunity of modern Ukrainian society are often used in modern Ukrainian mass media and especially in presidential and parliamentary electoral programs, this problem has not become an important part of social and political thought in Ukraine. That is why the average citizens and even intelligentsia often do not adequately percept such an idea. In the present article the author demonstrates historic, geographic and cultural grounds of ethnic-cultural disunity of the Ukrainian society.
