New methodologies in the teaching process and scientific thinking in natural sciences (including mathematics) in the classroom activity of future engineers by means of ICT (information and communication technologies, including graphic calculator) are presented: visual modeling, research activity with the graphic calculator, insight in the classroom, communication and reflection in the integrated environment. How can we show our students the beauty of science (and mathematics) using ICT and thinking of scientists in the search for mathematical truth? Is it possible to create the high educational motivation for students in the science teaching process using ICT or the graphic calculator? How we can organize effective professionally-focused activity of future engineer by means of mathematics? In this article we will try to answer these questions, using the methodology of visual modelling and technology of designing resource-based classes in higher engineering school, including remote E-learning environment.
