The study presents basic tasks of a command at the operating level and logistic support bodies in operation planning. It stresses out the importance of estimating a situation, gathering information on enemy forces and possible effects on one's own forces, supply support and infrastructure. It also contains a useful memo with a help in calculating time needed for submitting proposals and intended for planning sector work at the corps command level.
Through this paper -we try to give a comprehensive approach of a software development process based on technological improvement of telemetry and teodolite systems. Modeling is focused on an objective-oriented approach. Control for an iterative and incremental life cycle is provided in the rational Unified Process - an extensive set of guidelines that address the technical and organizational aspects of software development, focusing on requirements analysis and design. We present in detail all requests for technological improvement of telemetry and teodolite systems with a special software solution approach.
This paper presents a basic theoretical scheme and a mathematical model that is used to calculate jet aircraft noise level for certification purposes in accordance with the international standard ICAO Annex 16. In this process acoustic and nonacoustic data are used. The process also includes the procedure for eliminating ambient noise effects out of the aircraft noise signal. This procedure was applied in the case of noise measurement results for the G-2Ajet aircraft.
This paper contains elementary characteristics of materials such as silicon-germanium (SiGe), gallium-arsenide (GaAs) and indium-phosphide (InP), procedures and technologies which support development of modern and future Radio Frequency (RF) and Fiber Optics (FO) applications operating at ever-higher frequencies and speeds. Market requirements, possibilities of modern materials and technologies dictate to designers improvement of the product design the access through higher levels of circuit integration, new packaging and testing of integrated circuits (1C).
Owing to different functional possibilities, there are many content management systems (CMS) on the Web and in the local networks of different organizations. They provide administering of different information content (delegation of content authoring and content using grants), as well as dynamical content composing and distribution. They are focused on their content. Although there are technology prerequisites, these systems lack content personalization. This paper describes the possibility of the CMS functional extending to adjust data structure and content with particular users' skills, interests and demands.
The Medical Military Academy (MMA) in Belgrade cannot be imagined without a high-quality information system implemented in a corresponding computer network. The aim of this study is to show guidelines and possible solutions in implementing a computer network in to the MMA in the future. The main part of this study describes the implementation of the first three levels of the OSI model into the complex MMA computer network.
This paper shows an approach to optimizing transportation processes by using the route model. For solving a problem of transportation process optimization -we present a savings algorithm and its modifications, -with a special emphasis on fixed costs of transportation means.
This paper presents noise sources on ships and the ways of its distribution inside the ship structure. The influence of structure oscillations on the noise intensity has been also explained. There is a review of noise spectrum characteristics of common ship engines, marine noise standards, noise protection equipment (overall, local and individual) as well as basic methods of noise prevention.
