This paper presents mathematical model of target tracking based on angle and target range determination by analyzing video frames during the tracking. The multiple model approach is performed using Kalman filter, and estimation and target motion prediction accuracy is determined using concrete example.
This document introduced software for calculation of an axial static stability and management of airplanes for basic pilot training. The purpose of this software is to provide a quicker and an easier way of getting results regarding preliminary calculation of stability and management for these types of airplanes. The program is based upon analysis of data gathered from a large number of tested airplanes of this class. The accuracy of the program has been tested on the airplane type 'Lasta' and results were more than satisfying, especially regarding the fact that the program is meant to be used for preliminary calculation.
Conventional FM radio broadcasting can offer additional services by means of a subcarrier placed in a clear part of the beseband multiplex signal. This paper contains elementary characteristics of DARC service conventional FM radio broadcasting and possible applications.

In this paper, the approximative method for determination the reliability and availability of a telecommunication system is described. This approximative method is based on the Monte Carlo method. For this purpose, the specially computer program was developed, by which the validity of this proposed method was verified. Application of this method is illustrated by one example.
In order to achieve top combat readiness, it is necessary that military system provision top management recognize need for quality management system establishment based on 'process approach'. Whole organization and orientation of top management and employee must be subjected to quality management system. For efficient (rational) quality management system consolidation it is necessary to assure contemporary approach quality assurance, excluding eclectic approach to 'documentation'. 'Documentation' is only one condition among many difficult elements (process) for quality assurance which is necessary to create top combat readiness, as a final result.
Pyralen is used as a cooling fluid in high voltage electrical transformers. It belongs to a group of the most dangerous polluters of the environment. In the article it is presented pyralen's physical and chemical characteristics, procedures of decontamination and procedures in cases of leaking of pyralen from package or transformers, as well as procedures of firefight on pyralen and pyralen transformers.
Geographical information systems (GIS) can be defined like a system f or spatial visualization, data management, decision modeling and spatial decision support. Mobile Geographical Information Systems provide GIS functionality in the field. This type of GIS is very important for C4I2 systems and for decision makers people in military forces. In this paper will be described position and importance mobile GIS in C4I2 systems. Also, the discussion will be extended with the architecture of mobile GIS.
