In this article the theory of mass servicing is used in the analysis of efficiency of antiaircraft system in the conditions of electronic warfare. The model for analysis of the antiaircraft system efficiency has been shown and formulas for qualitative analysis of antiaircraft system efficiency have been presented in the conditions of electronic warfare.
Spatial position of vehicle C.G. as well as angular parameters of body rotation are of major importance for analysis of vehicle dynamics, handling vibrational comfort, safe service in traffic etc. The mentioned parameters are determined by use of methods of dynamic simulation in phase of development, and by means of test measurement for vehicles in real service conditions. The problem that is to be taken into consideration here is related to practical measurement of vehicle motion parameters. Translational coordinates of vehicle C.G. are usually measured on the basis of registered linear accelerations of vehicle C.G. (once or twice integrated later, for calculation of displacement or velocity) and body angles are usually measured on gyroscope-stabilized platforms. The problem which occurs in these cases is the platform price (up to 100.000 EUR), not easily affordable for researchers. This paper attempts to determine vehicle motion parameters on the ground of six registered linear accelerations of specific body spots.
Ecology problems of transport appertain "first class" pollution in urban environment. The forecast about the reserves of crude petroleum have always imposed the need for intensified researches on substitution of conventional mineral fuels. The trend of research of renewable sources is more and more actual in the world. Environmental preservation and the reduction of energy consumption are the main directions for future engine and vehicle developments. From that aspect, emissions produced by certain fuels have been analyzed and compared with natural gas and biodiesel RME.
In this paper the concept is presented and expected summary and feasible performance of Next Generation Networks are given. Main characteristics of the components of next generation Networks and specified most important protocols are described. Also, characteristics of Quality of Service (QoS) in multimedia telecommunication networks are presented and major characteristics of network protection are analyzed as well as possible threats and corresponding countermeasures.
Software radar concept is described in this paper. Because of high level of flexibility software radar has many advantages in aspect to conventional radar. Also, service of the software radar system is much cheaper. Theoretical and technical basis of software radar is presented and its architecture is proposed. Organization method of the software radar network is specified. DSP (Digital, signal Processing) board is central part of the software radar and its role is described in details. Quatro 6x platform and PCI-9812/10 acquisition card are described. Result of the given techno-economical analysis approves that it is necessary to invest around 20 000$ and that is much less than the price of modern radar systems.
In this paper the specialties in interception of spread spectrum radar signals are exposed in regard interception of conventional pulsed radar signals. According to [1-3] and exposed examples it follow that future intercept receivers need 10-30 db selectivity enhancement to cope with modern LPI radar systems. One way is to use narrow beam, high gain antennas. Another way is trough signal processing. There is a review of existing algorithms in detection and parameter estimation of spread spectrum radar signals in non-cooperative context. Coherent methods and cross-correlation methods are put in the focus.
This paper studies five different methods proposed for change detection thresholding. Methods were tested on synthetic and real pictures and results are quantitatively and qualitatively presented. Quantitative analysis is performed at pixel level and the following measures were used: the percentage of correct classification, the Jaccard coefficient and the Yule coefficient. We test the performance of thesholding methods in four experiments and Kapur was the best performing method both quantitatively and qualitatively.
One of the information flows in a computer communication domain is accomplished by sending an e-mail, but in order to accomplish demands for information qualitativity that the e-mail contains, it's necessary for a computer network to provide the major four security services confidentiality, data integrity, authentication and non-repudiation. This work represents one of the possible solutions of secured communication applying a secured e-mail client with advantages that PKCS standard brings.
Using palletization as one of the modern technologies in the integral transportation and supply has many advantages: liberation of manpower humanization of work, increasement of productivity and better use of cargo space in means of transportation and in storage space and all this leads to the increasement of the transportation economy. Using palletization in the Military of Serbia enables better mobility of materials, which is very important in conditions of specific transportation demands such as delivery evacuation, migration, maneuvers and etc.
