One approach in the analysis of efficiency of radio communication centers of functional telecommunication systems (for example Military Systems) has been shown in this article. A radio communication centre has been presented as a model of mass service systems. The system states and its parameters have been described as well as the resulting formula for determining service probability as a criterion for efficiency evaluation. A model and the formulae for quantitative analysis of efficiency in electronic warfare have been presented as well.

One of the most important devices for chemical protection in a highly toxic environment is chemical protective overgarment (CPO). This suit is designated for protection against highly toxic materials. The suit construction offers better physiological suitability than protective equipment based on insulation materials. This work explains methods and results of experimental validity of physiological suitability of a few different protective clothing models that should be used to equip the Army of Serbia and Civil Protection units. The investigation of tolerance to uncompensated stress of volunteers during wearing four different CPO models was carried out. The investigation simulated performance of main military tasks under high temperatures - at a climatic chamber and in all-terrain conditions (based on telemetry observing). The parameters of heat stress were compared and the conclusions about the CPO effects on heat stress intensity and neurophysiological functions were drawn.

Every invention established to be of significance for defense or security of the Republic of Serbia is considered to be a classified invention. For the purpose of patent protection of classified inventions, a confidential application must be submitted to a relevant defense authority having the exclusive right to deal with classified inventions3. An organizational unit competent for scientific and innovation issues carries out the examination of classified patent applications. In order to evaluate classification of the submitted invention, regarding its significance for defense or security of the country as well as to make the final decision on the application, the examination procedure should be carried out through several phases. A classified invention is not to be published and once the patent has been approved, the inventor enjoys moral and material rights in accordance with law.
