It is essential to search for a job for a lively hood for the maidservants and especially for female maidservants. Mrs. Indira Gandhi, the then prime minister of India introduced “GRIBI HATAVO”. The present prime minister introduced the NAREGA SYSTEMS with guaranteed minimum wages for informal sector workers and maidservants and also at the free cost given gas connection under Ujjwala scheme to the female members of the household to improve the living conditions. Compare to the pre-independence and post-independence and the modern present situation the female maidservants are more and they come out from their house for the lively hood

The study aimed to explore the intention to learn body painting. In this research, the questionnaire survey sampling was conducted via convenient sampling method. A total of 200 hard copies of the questionnaire were sent out, while 162 valid questionnaires were adopted. This study used SPSS for data analysis, where the research hypotheses were tested by regression analysis to verify the causal relationships between the mentioned variables, and to investigate the mediating effect of attitude and perceived behavioural control. The conclusions of this study were listed as follows: There are significantly positive influence on the students’ behavioural intention, attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioural control. Subjective norm has a significant positive influence both on attitude and on perceived behavioural control. Attitude has a complete mediation effect on the relationship between subjective norm and behavioural intention. Perceived behavioural control has a partial mediation effect on the relationship between subjective norm and the behavioural intention. Rather than direct influence, subjective norm has an indirect influence on students’ behavioural intention through attitude and perceived behavioural control.

In Recent Scenario, Insurance sectors are the victims of Cut throat market competition, consistent increase in the rate of employee turnover due to job satisfaction. These challenges identified as a growing critical issue before the HR Managers. The rate of Employee Turnover depends on the level of Job Satisfaction of the employee and has been proven that Job Satisfaction increases the chances of Employee Turnover within the Organization. To reduce the rate of Employee Turnover, many companies tried to adapt various strategies. The increasing work stress, unable to keep balance between professional and personal life, absence of mental peace etc., put a question mark on efficiency and effectiveness of the employees. Resultantly, the organization faces difficulty to retain the talented, skilled and well knowledgeable professionals. The paper is based on empirical study and deals with the major causes of employee turnover in this sector and suggests the useful measures for increasing the level of employee satisfaction. The Paper also focuses on various aspects of employee satisfaction which may cope off with the reduction in rate of employee turnover within an organization.

People do have different personality traits and they believes that these personality traits will be either healthy. Generally personality traits are characteristics of enduring behavioural and emotional patterns. So we don’t consider isolated occurrences because anyone occasionally can lose patience, feel angry so on. Myers- Briggs developed an introspective self –analysed questionnaire and discussed major personality traits Extraversion/Introversion, Sensing/Intuition, Thinking/Feeling, and Perceiving/Judging. In this present paper we would be discussing Extrovert and Introvert personality traits and would try to analyse their influence on risk taking behaviour with specific reference to Start Ups. If we talk about Extroverts are those who enjoy life. But things are not as easy as it seem. There are some negative aspects of extroverts also. Similarly if we talk about introverts, they too have positive and negative traits. On the other hand introverts are being alone.

The study sought to establish the effect of knowledge spins on capability divestiture of selected oil and gas upstream companies in Nigeria. This comes at a time when the oil and gas upstream companies in Nigeria have growing appetite for cleaner and more environmentally friendly energy. While the companies have tried to move from the energy system dominated by hydrocarbons towards the one in which low-carbon sources play the lead role, it is not clear whether they have embraced capability divestiture as one of the turnaround strategies, hence the need for this study. This study was informed by knowledge-based theory. Survey research design was used in the paper. The target population was the 9,437 regular and contract employees of selected oil and gas upstream companies in Nigeria. The sample size for the study was 807 respondents selected randomly from the three selected oil and gas upstream companies in Nigeria. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire. The collected data was analysed using inferential statistics. The findings revealed that knowledge spin had a significant effect on the capability divestiture of selected oil and gas upstream companies in Nigeria. The study concluded that knowledge spins is an important factor for capability divestiture to the selected oil and gas upstream companies in Nigeria and management of the selected oil and gas upstream companies should embrace divestment strategy through disposing some of their assets that are not generating profits and exiting any investment that is least performing or harmful to the health.

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important driver of economic growth in Vietnam. The role of SMEs is further enhanced through participating in global value chains. However, besides the opportunities that global value chains bring to Vietnamese SMEs, SMEs face many challenges. With research methods such as literature review, group discussion, indepth interview, this study has given a comprehensive picture of the current situation of Vietnamese SMEs as well as opportunities and challenges for Vietnamese SMEs when participating in global value chains. Since then, some policy implications have been proposed to support the participation of Vietnamese SMEs in global value chains.
