Lease finance decision is one of the major decisions in the organizations because it affects the whole organization. Organizations need funds to operate successfully and conveniently in accordance to meet the financial requirements. Lease finance is one of the critical things which is included in the strategies of the organizations. This research article tried to assess and evaluate the impact of lease finance on the financial performance of the SMEs in Pakistan. Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) are evaluated in order to assess the performance of the organization in accordance to financial health of the organization. Content analysis is used with the help of a questionnaire. Total number of SMEs is 52 which will be the population for our research study. Pakistani entrepreneurs of SME's are the respondents for our research article. The association of lease finance and financial performance of the organizations is measured by using cross- sectional data. On the basis of regression results it has been observed that there is a positive and significant association between Return on Assets (ROA) and lease finance. There is positive and significant connection between Return on Equity (ROE) and lease finance. It is clear from the results that lease financing has enhanced the performance of the SMEs in Pakistan therefore it is recommended the it should be involved more habitually in SMEs of Pakistan.

Woman has not even been referred to in any of the state policies. Only through the court can she file for claim in the monetary compensation received by her husband. She will not been titled to a separate package. A deserted woman with three India has been undertaking development project to improve the quality of life of its people through “planned development” under the successive five-year plans. Such projects include dams, power, mining, industrial and allied infrastructures, transport network, urban development, commercial forestry and other projects. Some of these projects have brought adverse effects in the form of displacement of people from their original place of habitation due to large-scale land accusation. My study is to focus on women’s plight and suffering caused due to development induced displacement in mega projects such as Vedanta in Lanjigarh of Odisha. Some specific objectives are analyzed in the context of globalization vs development projects its impact on women on this papers.

Objective: The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of service quality dimensions on customer satisfaction and service loyalty in telecom industry. Design/Methodology/Approach: Service quality, customer satisfaction and service loyalty were measured using 5-point like rt scale from the literature. Exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling were conducted to examine the effects of service quality on customer satisfaction and service loyalty. Findings: Not all dimensions of service quality affect customer satisfaction and service loyalty. Only empathy and reliability have significant effect on customer satisfaction, whereas, empathy, assurance, responsiveness and tangibility have significant effect on customer loyalty. When it comes to mediation, customer satisfaction partially mediates between empathy and customer loyalty. Research Limitation/Implications: The main limitation of the study is that it was confined to the city of Delhi only. India is a big and diverse nation, so the findings of Delhi city cannot be generalized for the entire nation. Secondly, present study focuses only on Telecom Service Industry. Practical Implication: The findings clearly indicate the dimensions of Service Quality which the practioners has to focus to provide better service quality.

In upcoming years Blackberry waited for an opportunity to regain control over the market but, till today not much has been recovered.
