Özet Ġslâm hukuk biliminin teĢekkül dönemi Hanefî müçtehitlerinden Ebû Ca„fer et-Tahâvî‟nin, talî delillerden olan istihsan delililini kullanıp-kullanmadığı tartıĢma konusu olmuĢtur. Tahâvî, önceleri ġâfiî düĢüncesinde iken daha sonra Hanefî düĢüncesine geçmiĢtir. Ġbn Hazm, istihsanı, dinde ihtilâfa yol açtığı, hevâ-hevesle delilsiz hüküm verme ve müçtehidin/bilginin kendini ġârî yerine koyma anlamına geldiği Ģeklinde tanımlamıĢtır. Bu düĢüncesini ispatlamak için ortaya koyduğu, „istihsanı ġâfiîlerin hepsi ile Hanefîlerden Tahâvî‟nin toptan reddettiği‟ önermesi sorun teĢkil etmektedir. Tahâvî‟nin usul yönünden Ebû Hanîfe ve onun talebelerini takip ettiği fakat yer yer onlardan farklı görüĢler ileri sürdüğü bilinmektedir. eĢ-ġeybânî‟nin “el-Asl” isimli eseri ile el-Cassâs‟ın “ġerhu Muhtasaru‟t-Tahâvî” eserleri, Tahâvî‟nin “Muhtasar” adlı eseri yan yana getirildiğinde Tahâvî‟nin istihsan delili ile verilmiĢ hükümlere yer verdiği, bu hükümlerin istihsan deliline dayandığını zikrettiği gibi zikretmediği yerlerin olduğu tespit edilmiĢtir. Ama yine de Tahâvî‟nin, usûl bağlamında istihsanla ilgili herhangi bir görüĢü bilinmediği için bu hususta kesin bir yargıya varılamaz. Tahâvî‟nin, Hanefî usulcüler tarafından istihsan tarihi bağlamında istihsanın tanımlamasından önceki son aĢama olduğu kaydedilebilir. Abstract Whether Ebu Ca„fer et-Tahavi who is one of the interpreters of Hanafi denomination of the entity period of Ġslamic law science used istihsan evidence which is one of the subsidiary evidences has been a matter of debate. While et-Tahavi was in the opinion of ġafii before, he transferred his opinions to Hanafi thinking afterwards. Ġbn Hazm identified the term istihsan as it leads dispute in the religion, adjudicating fancifully without evidence and putting the interpretor into ġari‟s shoes. The theorem that he reveals to prove his idea which is „all ġafiis and et-Tahavi among Hanafis refuse istihsan‟ constitutes a problem. It‟s known that et-Tahavi followed Ebu Hanife and his students in procedural aspects however he submits different ideas in patches. When eĢ-ġeybani‟s work named „el-Asl‟ and the work of el- Cassas named „Şerhu Muhtasârut-Tahavi‟ are come side by side with the work of et-Tahavi named „Muhtasar‟, et-Tahavi included the provisions that was given with istihsan evidence, it‟s determined that he mentioned these provisions grounded istihsan evidence but there were some places that he didn‟t mention istihsan evidence, either. But even so; because it isn‟t known that et-Tahavi has any remarks about istihsan within the the context of method we can‟t reach a definite judgement in this respect.

Özet Klasik edebiyatta tipler ve kişilikler edebî bir metnin kurgulanmasındaki temel öğeler olup metnin tüm aksiyonu bu temel ögeler üzerinde oluşmaktadır. Bu sebeple metni tam olarak anlayabilmek için tip ve kişiliklerin doğru tesbit edilmesi önemlidir. XVI. Yüzyılda yaşamış olan Sehî Bey, daha çok Heşt Bihişt adlı tezkiresi ile ön plana çıkmış olsa da, Necâti Bey’in etkisinde kalarak yazmış olduğu bir dîvânı mevcuttur. Dîvân’daki şiirlerin tamamı tasavvufî tarz ile yazılmamış olsa da Sehî Bey, şiirlerinde tasavvufu kullanmıştır. Şiirlerinin birçoğunda tasavvufî tiplere yer vermiş ve şiirlerini bu tipler üzerine kurmuştur. Bu çalışmada Sehî Bey’in, şiirlerinde tipleri nasıl işlediği ve bunlara yüklediği roller incelenecektir. Abstract In the classical literature, individuals and character types make up the main factors to determine the fictionalization of a writing that the whole story of the work of arts has been shaped around these regulating factors. In accordance with this point of wiev, when reviewing an article one must decidedly analyse single persons and personalities to understand the artwork. Despite Sehî Bey, who lived in the XVI. century has been mainly remembered with his biography called Heşt Bihişt he owns a Divan which proves that he has been remarkably affected from Necati Bey. Irrespective of the fact that not the entire poets in the master price Divan has have been written with the Islamic mysticism style, he has been considerably benefited from the mysticism. Relying on this fact, he has placed mystic character types in most of his poems and based the governing idea on them. In this study it will be investigated that how Sehî Bey examined individuals and roles put on them.

Bir ders kitabı olma gayesiyle yazılan bu eser, son iki asırda ortaya çıkan İslamî oluşum ve hareketleri kapsayıcı bir şekilde ele almasından dolayı son derece önemli bir yere sahiptir. Herhangi bir akımın sınırlarının belirlenmesi ve belli bir tasnif sisteminin içine yerleştirilmesi esasen oldukça zordur. Çünkü bir akım bazı özellikleriyle başka bir akıma benzerken, diğer özellikleriyle de daha başka akımlara benzeyebilmektedir. Ancak yazar, bu güçlüğün üstesinden gelebilmek için bazı kriterler belirleyerek bir akımın temel özellikleri en çok hangi akıma uyuyorsa, o akımla irtibatlandırma yoluna gitmiştir. Güncel konularda birçok kitap ve makalesi bulunan yazar, oldukça karmaşık bir görünüm arz eden bu oluşum ve hareketleri genel itibariyle sistematik bir şekilde tasnif etmiştir. Bu eser, alandaki yayın boşluğunu doldurmaya aday olmakla birlikte, daha kapsamlı kitaplara ihtiyaç olduğu da ayrıca belirtilmelidir.

Özet Bu çalışmada Ebu’l-Hasan el-Harakānî’nin gerçek âşıkların özelliklerini anlatan sözleri değerlendirilmiş, bu konuda talebelerine verdiği mesajlar üzerinde durulmuş ve Allah sevgisine dayalı hayat tarzı hakkında bilgi sahibi olunması hedeflenmiştir. Büyük bir Türk-İslâm âlim ve mutasavvıfı olan el-Harakānî, Kur’ân ve sünnet’in ilkelerini kendine rehber edinen, Yüce Allah’a sevgiyle bağlanan, O’nun rızasını kazanmayı gaye edinen ve bunda da başarılı olan bir Hak âşığıdır. el-Harakānî, Yüce Allah’ın sevgisini ve hoşnutluğunu kazanmak amacıyla ömrü boyunca kulluğunu eksiksiz yapmaya gayret eden ve Hz. Peygamber’i kendisine örnek alarak bu sevgide samimi olduğunu gösteren bir gönül sultanıdır. el-Harakānî, hakikî âşığı Yüce Allah’ı gönülden seven, bu sevgide samimi olan, sürekli O’nu zikreden, O’nun rızasını önceleyen, O’nun karşısında aczini bilen, ilâhî aşkı derinleştirmek için çaba sarf eden, yüksek hedeflere odaklanan ve fenâ makamına erişmek için mücâhedede bulunan biri olarak tanımlamıştır. el-Harakānî’ye göre gerçek âşık, sürekli Yüce Allah’ı tefekkür eder; O’ndan geldiğine ve yine O’na döneceğine inanır; dünyaya ve içindekilere değer vermez; amellerine güvenmez ve böyle bir Hak âşığı sürekli ilâhî lütuflara nail olmaya devam eder. Abstract In this study, el-Kharakani’s words that describe the characteristics of real lover were evaluated and the messages he gave to his students were focused and to have knowledge about the life style based on Allah love was maintained. el-Kharakani who is a great Turkish-Islamic scholar and mystic is a Allah lover, he ensured the principles of the Quran and Sunnah and connected with a large love to Almighty Allah and aimed to gain His contentment and successful. He has strived to complete servitude/ religious practice during the lifetime in order to win the love and pleasure of Almighty Allah and the Prophet and he has proved to take the example of the Prophet to be sincere in this love. el-Kharakani has identifed a genuine lover of Almighty Allah as someone sincerely loving Allah and being sincere in love and he constantly does dhikr Allah, giving His contentment priority and knowing the weakness in the face of Him and striving to deepen the divine love and concentrating/ focusing on high goals and fighting to reach the supreme condition. According to him, a true lover constantly contemplates Allah and knows that he comes from the God and knows it again return to Him and does not value the world and contents and does not rely on worldly practices and continues to be take permanent, divine grace such a genuine lover.

Özet Klâsik edebiyatta sevgiliye ait unsurlar doğrudan ifade edilmeleri yanında çeşitli benzetmelerle de eserlere konu olurlar. Dîvân şiirinde görülen mâşuka ait unsurlar ve bunlara dair benzetmeler esasen birer remiz olup arkalarında dinî veya dünyevî anlamlar gizlidir. 15. yüzyılın önemli şâirlerinden olan Dede Ömer-i Rûşenî (ö.892/1487) mutasavvıf bir şâir olmakla birlikte tasavvuf yoluna intisab etmeden önce yazdığı âşıkâne gazallerle de kendisini devrinin edebiyat âlemine kabul ettirmiş bir isimdir. Dolayısıyla onun şiirlerini yorumlarken dinî ve tasavvufî olduğu doğrudan belli olanlar dışında dinî ve dünyevî anlamları birlikte düşünmek yararlı olacaktır. Bu çalışmada, yukarıda zikredilen hususlara dikkat edilerek sevgilinin güzellik unsurlarından biri olan “boy”un Dede Ömer-i Rûşenî Dîvân’ında kullanılışına dâir örnekler sunulmuş, bilhassa bunların tasavvufî çağrışımlarına işaret edilerek bazı değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Abstract Factors of related with beloved are described with the direct expression and also the various metaphors in classic literature. Substantially, seen in the Dīwān poetry factors of related with beloved and metaphors about them are sign and religious and secular meanings are hidden behind them. Dede Ömer-i Rūşenī who important poets in 15th century is sūfī poet, before joining the sūfī order wrote non-religiouse poems. With that poems he has been accepted to world of literature. When interpreting his poems, other than known to be sufistic poems, would be useful to think together religious and secular meanings. In this study, about the stature that one of the beauty elements of beloved have been explained with examples from Dede Ömer-i Rūşeni’s Dīwān and some assessments have been made especially with reference to their sufistic connotations.

Özet Türkler, Anadolu’ya yerleşmeleriyle birlikte, kendi kültür, sanat ve birikimlerini, yerli geleneklerle birleştirerek pek çok alanda çeşitli eserler vermişlerdir. Selçuklular Anadolu’ya geldiklerinde karşılaştıkları taş malzemeyi kullanarak, Orta Asya’da uyguladıkları tezyini geleneği burada taşa uygulamışlardır. Anadolu Selçuklu dönemi mimari kompozisyonlarda genel olarak müstakil ya da birbirinin devamı şeklinde olan tezyinat unsurları kullanılmıştır. Çalışmanın özünü oluşturan mimari yüzeylere işlenen süsleme şeritleri tezyinatı, Anadolu Selçuklu kültür ve sanatının günümüze ulaşmış somut örneklerindendir. Süsleme şeritlerinde erken dönemde geometrik desenler kullanılmaya yerli geleneklerin etkisiyle de devam edilmiştir. Geometrik ağırlıklı bu desenler, genellikle sade bir şekilde yüzeysel oyma tekniğiyle işlenmiştir. Çoğunlukla geometrik desenlerin kullanıldığı süsleme şeritlerinin yanı sıra, bitkisel bezemenin kullanıldığı süsleme şeritleri de bulunmaktadır. Abstract: Turks with setting to Anatolia, presented many works according to their culture and art in many fields. When Seljukians arrived to Anatolia, to apply the traditional embellishments motives used on Middle Asia on the stones. Decoration elements, detachedor continuation of each other, were generally used in architectural composition of Anatolion Seljuk period. The curbs embellishments on architectural surfaces which are the core subjectmatter of this study represent the surviving concrete examples of the Anatolian Seljuk culture and art. The early period of curbs, the geometric motives with local traditional features have been seen. These geometric figures often referred the simply us were created by surface carving. the border is located where it is used in floral decorations , as well as simple geometric patterns are used mostly where the border.

Elimizde olan ve tanıtımını yaptığımız 2001 tarihli ikinci baskıda yer alan bu ilavelerin en önemlisi ise İbnü’l-Fakîh’in “Kitâbu’l-Buldân”ı (s. 193-196) olmuştur
