Məqalədə müvafiq məlumatların statistik metodlarla təhlili əsasında, neft bumlarının sıçrayışlı artım templərini şərtləndirdiyi, hasilatın post-pik şəraitində isə iqtisadi artım templərinin karbohidrogen resursları hasilatının dinamikası, neft gəlirlərinin iqtisadi və sosial inkişaf məqsədləri üçün istifadəsi miqyasları ilə yanaşı, həm də yüksək ÜDM bazası effektinin təsiri ilə formalaşdığı aşkar olunur. Göstərilir ki, yüksək ÜDM bazası effektinin nəzərə alınması, hasilat bumunun pik nöqtəsindən sonra iqtisadi artım templərinin qisamüddətli dövrdə kəskin aşağı düşməsinin və yaxud da, bəzən uzunmüddətli dövrdə də, nisbətən aşağı artım templərinin müşahidə edilməsinin, bütün hallarda, “resusr lənəti”nin təzahürləri kimi qiymətləndirilməsinin düzgün olmadığını deməyə imkan verir. Digər tərəfdən, təbii resurslarla zəngin ölkələr kimi, neft iqtisadiyyatları üçün ümumiyyətlə, aşağı artım templərinin xas olması, araşdırılan dövr üzrə empirik təhlillərin nəticələri ilə sübutunu tapmır. Müvafiq amillərin təsirilə, iqtisadi artım templəri ayrı-ayrı ölkələrdə və konkret müddətlərdə nisbətən aşağı ola bilir. Azerbaijan as an emerging country with rich natural resources, has seen a dramatic growth thanks to its thriving oil and gas industries. Recently, the Azerbaijani government has made a great deal of efforts in the growth of non-oil industries including agriculture. Azerbaijan has quite good conditions for agricultural improvement, we should appreciate the all possible chances. Agriculture only accounts for 5% of GDP but is important to reduce poverty, rural-urban migration and national food insecurity as 37 % of the country labour force is employed in agriculture. In this regard, agritourism may help rural population to increase their income. The current situation of tourism in Azerbaijan is analysed and recommendations for development of agritourism put forward in this article. Azərbaycan Respublikasında kənd təsərrüfatı istehsalı üzrə sığorta sisteminin təkmilləşdirilməsi, kənd təsərrüfatında sığorta bazarının canlandırılması və genişlənməsi üçün zəruri addımların atılması aktuallıq daşıyır. Qeyd edək ki, 2014-cü ildə ölkədə əkin sahələrinin 1 faizindən də azı sığortaya cəlb olunub. Respublika üzrə yığılan sığorta haqlarının 0,57 faizi kənd təsərrüfatı bitkiləri məhsullarının və kənd təsərrüfatı heyvanlarının sığortasının payına düşür. Azərbaycanda aqrar sığortanın inkişaf potensialı var, lakin bunun üçün dövlət tərəfindən stimullaşdırıcı tədbirlər həyata keçirilməli və günün tələbinə uyğun olaraq qanunvericilik təkmilləşdirilməlidir. Bu məqalədə müəlliflər Azərbaycanda kənd təsərrüfatı istehsalının sığortalanmasının mövcud vəziyyətini araşdırır və kənd təsərrüfatında bazar prinsiplərinə əsaslanan sığortanın inkişafı ilə bağlı təkliflər verir. Quality of life is a concept that is changing its contents intensely in during the last century, depending on the angle of scientific disciplines and objectives of the society and man. Now we can say that they generally recognize the area and quality of life indicators, based on which one can determine the current level of quality of life (Arsovski, 2006). It is therefore of great importance it’s monitoring and study, It’s the only way this can may consider state of spirit and well-being of a nation. The quality of life of citizens of a state depends on the willingness of its government (or political elite) to respond to modern global processes in which comes with appreciation of generally accepted principles and rules, to come to the fore of national and individual specifics. The latest research whose purpose is subjective perception of well-being of individuals surveyed, contained in the within UNDP Human Development Report of 2010, based on degree of the overall satisfaction and specific aspects of the pleasures of the surveyed individuals, puts Serbia on 62 place in the world (out of 148 countries surveyed). With the right Vasović (2003) concludes that “mark life satisfaction in whole, raised material prosperity and personal good fortunes are classified in basic and central beliefs which every man over a lifetime builds. Except influence they have on the personal life of the new general life attitudes in large part defines and social behavior of people”. Agriculture is the traditional production field of Azerbaijan. Vine-growing silkworm-breeding and fruit-growing fields are widely spread here since ancient times. As the great part of the country territory has mountainous relief, cattle breeding has always played important role in the life of people living here. The agriculture and agricultural processing sector provide more than a half of non oil exportation.The volume of production in agriculture, including plant growing and animal husbandry, is increased in recent years. The current situation of sustainable agricultural production in Azerbaijan is analysed and recommendations for improvements put forward in this article. The major crops under this study are Wheat, Rice (Basmati and IRRI). These two crops are the basis requirements of every household. Price trends during different periods have been analyzed in this study. Different models have been applied to get the best fitted model and further it was used for forecasting purposes for the next five years i.e from 2013-2017. These models were linear trend model, quadratic trend model, exponential growth model and S – curve model. The minimum values of Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD) and Mean Squared Deviation (MSD) have been acquired and then the forecasting was made for the best fitted model with minimum of error. Five year average of the prices for the individual crop(s) was also calculated to observe the past trend. The study demonstrates that for Wheat and Rice (basmati & IRRI); S – Curve model was recommended model for forecasting price in next five years. The study presents an insight to national policy makers regarding the essential crops and provides them with a reference range of price in future. Исследовано формирование государственных продовольственных фондов, как составной части обеспечения продовольственной безопасности в республике и ее значительная роль в решении проблемы. Выявлено, что государственные продовольственные фонды созданы только для зерна и есть необходимость в увеличении их ассортимента. Опираясь на практику зарубежных стран, предложено создание государственных резервных фондов для основных пищевых продуктов, особенно для стран, находящихся в условиях войны. Проанализировано возможность использования имеющихся логистических центров, холодильных складов и камер хранения, для первичной организации продовольственных фондов и даны предложения в этом направлении. В статье также излагаются взгляды на объемы новых формирующихся государственных продовольственных фондов.
