Örgütsel adalet, yönetim yazınında birçok çalışmaya konu olmuştur. Bu çalışmada Örgütsel Adalet Ölçeği kullanılarak (N=466) örgütsel adaletin medeni duruma göre ilişkisi incelenmiştir. Analizler sonucunda bekârların örgütsel adalet algısının evlilere göre daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. There are many different researches on the subject of organizational justice in management literature. In this specific research, with the usage of Organizational Justice Scale (N=466) the perception of organization justice according to marital status is surveyed. At the end of the study, it is proved that bachelors have a higher perception on organizational justice compared to married people.

Bu çalışmada, işletmelerin hedeflerine ulaşmadaki en büyük unsurlardan biri olan motivasyon kavramı ve liderlik türlerinin motivasyonla ilişkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. 1960 ve 70 ler de popüler olan Karizmatik liderliğin farklı evrelerde farklı biçimlerde tanımlanması ve çalışanlar üzerindeki etkileri ve yüksek performans için bir unsur olduğu literatür çalışmaları ile desteklenmektedir. Liderlik davranışlarının takipçiler üzerindeki etkisi toplumdan topluma farklılıklar gösterse de Karizmatik liderlerin takipçilerini hangi yöntemlerle etkiledikleri ve hedefleri nasıl belirledikleri, vizyon kavramı ve Karizmatik liderlerin vizyonlarını belirlerlerken izledikleri yapısal çerçeve bu araştırmanın diğer konusudur. Karizmatik liderlerin güç kaynakları ve niteliksel güçleriyle örgüt motivasyonunu nasıl güçlendirdikleri 3 başlık halinde incelenmiştir. Üye ihtiyaçlarını dikkate alma, kriz durumlarında kontrolü sağlama, sıra dışılık, risk alabilme, statükoya karşı durmaları gibi özellikleri ile karizmatik liderlik yaklaşımları ve örgüt motivasyonu ilişkisi üzerinde durulmuştur. In this study, the concept of motivation, which is one of the biggest elements in achieving the objectives of organizations and the relationship of motivation with the types of leadership is emphasized. The literature on leadership supports the fact that charismatic leadership, which was popular in 1960’s and 70’s, has been defined differently at different stages, its effects on workers and its being an element for high performance. Even though the impact of the leadership behavior on the followers changes from the society to society, the methods by which charismatic leaders affect their followers and how they determine their objectives, the concept of vision and the structural framework within which charismatic leaders pursue when they determine their visions. The power supply of the charismatic leaders and how they strengthen the motivation of the organization by qualitative powers are investigated in three titles. The relationship between the characteristics such as the consideration of the needs of members, establishing control on crisis situations, being extraordinary, ability of taking risks, standing against status quo and charismatic leadership approach and organizational motivation is emphasized.
