We are looking MGNREGA as an alternative development strategy. To remove poverty, the employment should be the right of the people. Sindhis are the linguistic minority of Indo-Aryan group in free India. Every minority study has dominant by political resonance. Sindhis too have this kind of concern; hence this research article is grounded on the past political aspects of Sindhi community. Sindhis are known as migrant community and labeled refugee after partition of India while this community belong to the oldest civilization of the world. One should ask why Sindhis left their motherland; settled in new places of free India and were called refugees? Present research paper unfolds the exclusive and resilience insights behind the platform constructed by political fundamentalists for Sindhis migration. This article also provides the new paradigm regarding active part taken by Sindhis in the struggle for independence of India and substantiated through several incidents. Finally, paper discusses some an answered question and other possible options behind the migration of Sindhis.

The attitude scale towards teaching profession has been constructed not only with the objective of finding the attitude of teachers towards teaching profession, but it is also hoped that the findings of this scale would enable the investigators to make suggestions towards improving the teachers’ perception towards their profession. The scale consists of 22 items with ten positive and 12 negative items. Reliability of the scale (.69) was established using split half method. Content validity and criterion related validity was also established. Concurrent validity was found to be (.84).

The philosophy of good governance has its origin dated back to the early days of human civilization. Today the term governance has come to occupy a central place in the development discourse. In recent years the word governance has became more fashionable term and is being used in a variety of ways and that covers a large number of organization both in public and private domains. Though, we are confining governance only to public domain. In modern time good governance and social justice are interrelated term that mean as the measure of all things has come to occupy the most important position in any concept of social justice in democracy, the individual is treated as an end in himself, and any concept of social justice must be based on this principal.
