Therefore, this study as”The Study Of Effectine and Dissuasive elements successful implementation of management information systems in Sports and Youth Office of West Azarbaijan” was based on research methodology Description– surveybe assess the level of impact and ranking factors and obstacles affecting the implementation of Management information systems of the Department of sports and youth of West Azerbaijan province. this research tool is researcher made Questionnaire with optimum reliability and credit against 91.7% coefficient of cronbach's Alpha has to authenticate. The results of the investigation showed that impact of human and technical factors and obstacles in the implementation of the management information systems in Department of youth and sports in the West Azarbaijan province on average and higher than the average levels are located. of course, this is less than average about impact of the human Barriers. Statistical review showed Effect of systematic structure of the highest hurdle in the establishment of information management system, the second-order technology barrier and menaced by the process of teaching and learning is the latest hurdle in the establishment of information management system in the Department of sports and youth in the West Azerbaijan province. In between human barriers, preventing the Enterprise Center had the highest effect on establishment of information management system of personal managers ' level, the barrier in the second stage, the enterprise-level barriers, menaced by the managers as well as in third place and obstacles Last human obstacle in the personal level of the ITL in the establishment of information management system in the General Administration of sport and youth of the West Azerbaijan province. It seems, regular physical activity is as one of the most important ways for improvement of neuromuscular system function in elderly. According to the clearness of this issue, the aim of this study was The response of the neuromuscular system function passive and active elderly women in a morning exercise. Methodology: This was a reason- comparative (after the occurrence) research. 40 active elderly women (age 64 years, height 160 cm, weight 73kg) that regularly participated in morning exercise in previous year (5 days per week), and 8 sedentary elderly women (age 66 years, height 162cm, weight 77 kg) that have not experience of any regular physical activity, participated in this study. Timed Up & Go (TUG) and 5-Chair stand (5CS) tests, were used for evaluation of neuromuscular system function. Independent T-Test (P≤0.05) used for determination of differences of TUG and 5CS scores between groups. Results: Statically analyses showed that there was significant different in 5CS and TUG scores in elderly men that participated in morning exercise and sedentary elderly women. Conclusion: The results of this study showed that there was significant different in neuromuscular system function between older people that regularly participated in morning exercise and sedentary older people. According to the results of this study it seems regular participating in morning exercise causes improvement of neuromuscular system function in active older people comparison to sedentary older people. Possibility, this issue can prevents from many neuromuscular-related dysfunctions in older adults.

The main objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between information technology and knowledge management and the productivity of managers and employees of Youth and Sports Departments in East Azerbaijan province. The research population (n=178) included all managers and employees working in Youth and Sports Departments of East-Azerbaijan province. Out of which, 22 subjects were managers and 114 subjects were employees. According to the nature of study, the research method is based on correlation and is applied study concerning purpose, which was done in the field. To collect data, three types of questionnaires were used which were IT questionnaire of Fathi (2010) (consistingof 36 questions with 5-point Likert scale),knowledge management questionnaire of Askari (2012) (consisting of 42 questions with 5-point Likert scale) and the questionnaire of employees’ productivity. The obtained reliability for the questionnaires of IT, knowledge management and organizational performance (productivity) were 0.85 and 0.79, respectively. Cronbach’s Alpha was used for internal reliability of questions, which was calculated 0.87. To analyze data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used. The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between information technology (IT) and managers’ productivity, there is a significant relationship between the reinforcement of senior management support systems and employees’ productivity, there is a significant relationship between knowledge creation and managers’ productivity, there is a significant relationship between knowledge management and employees’ productivity, there is a significant relationship between network systems and employees’ productivity and there is a significant relationship between knowledge application and managers’ productivity.

Nowadays burnout is a common and serious problem which happens for those whose occupations are related with human service and office work. A successful manager has to have the leadership features to make employers welcome his presence. Objective: The aim of this research is to study The Relationship Between burnout with Leadership Styles in the Youth and Sport’s offices of Alborz province .Results: The results showed that there is a negative relationship between relation-oriented leadership style of the managers and job burnout among the staff and there is a positive relationship between task-oriented leadership style of the managers and job burnout among the staff Conclusion: the manager according to the conditions and requirements of their organizations, choose the appropriate style for leadership and decrease the job burnout and improving the level of efficiency in their employees.
