The main study of this research deals with the problem of planning the production process in a job scheduling operations. The problem that arises is how to determine the appropriate time allocation of available resources that affect the production mechanism. This problem is more focused on the management of time allocation on a set of machines to complete the production work efficiently. In this study using a genetic algorithm approach to solve the problems of the working plan (time schedule), namely the identification based on the results of the measurement inputs, then operated to obtain an optimal operation scheduling model. The method was developed based on the method of search of a set of points in a population, which is a process of finding a production schedule that has the minimum time span, so the results are useful to determine the solutions work planning optimal operation. The technique was developed to identify the operating system of production using genetic algorithms is to find the optimum solution is done by considering many points that emerged simultaneously subsequent operations are performed through the workings of which follow an evolutionary mechanism to obtain an objective function or desired fitness function. Opportunities obtained from the genetic algorithm to find the candidate of an optimum model, determined by the extent of population size and maximum generation as input data. Further observational data obtained at random will be operated by using three crossover operators as a measure of comparison for reviewing and detect the extent to which variations are related scheduling production operations. The comparison of the three crossover genetic algorithm in building the structure of the most minimum scheduling model is the end result in determining the best type of operator.
