On the basis of theory of physical and chemical hydrodynamics of porous environments the mathematical model of migratory processes is offered in underwaters, adjoining to the pond of territories. On the first stage of researches a hydrodynamic net is built. The planned task by quantitative prognosis estimation of contamination of underwaters as a result of lauter losses of pond decides the system of unidimensional equalizations on the ribbons of current. The cascade method of reconstruction of pond is offered, fully eliminating contamination of aquiferous horizons. Key words: hydrodynamic net, contamination, aquiferous horizon, migratory process.

Reviewed and analyzed the geological and hydrogeological conditions and negative geo-ecological processes occurring in the zone of influence of the North Tailings Mining and Processing Plant. Based on predictive calculations carried out analysis of the impact on the eco-tailing hydrogeological conditions of neighborhoods and proposed environmental protection measures hydrogeological directions. In the ponds-accumulate Western Donbass considered and analyzed the physical-chemical processes in aquifers, the which accompany migration of contaminants in groundwater. On the basis of processing the results of chemical anlysis of water in ponds and wells on adjacent territories assessed the effect of sorption properties of rocks on the ability of the aquifer to selt-cleaning. Підземні газифікація (ПГВ) і підземне спалювання вугілля (ПСВ), які поєднують розробку корисних копалин з їх одночасною підземною переробкою в єдиному технологічному процесі, здатні вирішити ці проблеми.Одним із способів вдосконалення розробки може бути використання як проміжного теплоносія підземних вод.

The new data about Hannivsky occurrence, ones of molybdenum prospects in Ukraine, are given. The results of researched confirmed a complex, multistage character of ore formation in occurrence, which by availability of some pyrite and magnetite generations, and in the spatial dissociation of molybdenite from others sulfides is expressed.
