Introduction: One of the ways of increasing the noise stability rail circuit is the use more informative waveform of control signal. Use in rail circuit modulated signals gives several informative selective traits in relatively narrow spectrum. The study of features of various modulation and demodulation methods with considering operating conditions of rail circuits is urgent. Purpose: the search for more informative forms of rail line control signal, the search for improved methods of signal processing of control current. Methods: For carrying out researches the method of signals decomposition in Fourier series and the simulation with the method of statistical tests have been sed. Results: Spectrum of frequency shift signal is wider than the spectrum of amplitude shift and phase shift signals by an amount equal to twice the frequency deviation. The research of correlation coherent and incoherent reception methods of rail line control signal has been carried out. In this case, we used the following models of interferences: white Gaussian noise, random pulse sequence and sinusoidal interference. It has been found that the transition from amplitude to frequency shift keying reduces signal/noise ratio by 2...4 dB, depending from the signal level and the type of noise. Losing amplitude shift keying receiver compared with the phase shift keying receiver is 5...6 dB. Conclusions: The use of more advanced methods of modulation and demodulation improves noise stability of rail circuit. When using correlation methods reception phase shift keying provides the best noise stability, and amplitude – the worst.

Introduction: With the introduction of high-speed traffic there is an increased consumption of traction current by new types of rolling stock. This issue is important, as high levels of traction currents can have not only prevents, but also a dangerous impact on the equipment of railway automation devices. It is necessary to investigate the propagation of traction currents and potentials along the rails. Objective: Investigate the propagation of traction currents and potentials along the rails, the determination of critical currents, which not executed tone track circuits modes. Methods: In order to investigate the mathematical model, and the method of calculation tone track circuits modes was used. Results: By means of mathematical model, which includes being several rolling-stocks at the feeder zone, different rail resistance and isolation, the diagrams of currents and potentials propagations for DC and AC electric traction have been obtained. A comparative analysis of the experimental data and the results of the investigation has been realized. Based on received levels of reverse traction current their influence on track circuit modes has been investigated. Conclusions: The reverse traction current level near the substation and rolling-stock can be more than 600A. Great reverse traction current levels have an influence on tonal track circuit functioning, namely normal and shunt modes. When the traction current arrives 200 A there is a reduction criteria of tonal track circuits.

Introduction: The implementation of measures for the prevention and spill of dangerous goods is an important aspect of sustainable development of railway transport. oil spills accident are the most dangerous. They are accompanied by significant pollution of all environmental objects. Studying and development of oil localization and clean-up technologies of such accidents is an important problem of environmental protection to modern conditions of railway transport development. The purpose: to improve the effectiveness of traditional methods of oil spill elimination and the development of new clean-up technologies adapted to the real conditions of the railway transport of Ukraine. Methods: To achieve the research purposes was used analysis of material flows, typical for places emergence and localization of the oil spill on the railways. Results: Analysis of standard technological scheme for the oil spills eliminations has shown that the most difficult task of effective clean-up surfaces is the timely delivery of oil sorbents and special equipment to the area spill containment. The general effectiveness of the elimination activities specifies the time from the beginning contact of dangerous goods with environmental objects to the absorption it into the structure of sorbent . Us was developed the technological scheme of oil spill elimination. This scheme provide a permanent and fast access to the sorbents into the oil spill localization area. It was proposed to device that allows you to transport the sorbent into sorption booms directly on the tank for transportation of petroleum products. Conclusions: Preventative accumulation of sorbents to the oil spill elimination into the localization area provides the organizational and operational simplicity of all stages of clean-up technology. Technical and economic assessment shows that the proposed technology is effective, technologically feasible and economically competitive.

In this paper we analyze existing methods for producing layered metal compositions. It is shown that the majority of the methods presented focus on the production of industrial products, billets. The use of layered metal compositions must be technically and economically justified, since they receive complicates the manufacturing (repair) process. Therefore, among the presented methods were identified, those which are most suitable for the production of railway maintenance, and shows the mechanical properties of layered materials.

Introduction. A ground for optimization of vehicular work on direction Znamyanka–Odessa is related to distributing the transportation process over parallel courses and introducing the energy saving technology. Analysis of dynamics of changes in flows of goods and trains directed to ports of the Odessa region: Analysis of basic toplevel loads which leave ports of the Odessa region for export. Organization of car traffic volumes in freight trains determined by the level of load of transport technical means, distributing the sorting and marshalling work among the station and points of departure. Organization of passing the car traffic volumes is characterized by uneven correlation of run of empty cars to the general freight run. Analysis of density of car traffic volumes. Analysis of railway infrastructure on direction with parallel courses Znamyanka–Odessa: Infrastructure of railway direction Znamya–Odessa allows organizing the traffic of trains jointly on the track section Znamyanka–Pomoshnaya with the subsequent dividing into two parallel directions: Pomoshnaya–Kolosovka–Odessa-sorting and Pomoshnaya–Kotovsk–Razdelnaya–Odessa-Zastava-1. The analysis of traffic amounts of passenger and freight trains is conducted on parallel courses of direction for period 2000–2011. Conclusion: The necessity of redistribution of train traffic volumes from the basic direction to auxiliary one is grounded that will allow selecting the reserve of carrying capacity for organization of motion of high-speed passenger trains.

Problem statement. By means of mathematical modelling it is investigated longitudinal forces of non-uniform bulk trains at various ways of braking. Various schemes of formation of the bulk trains, consisting of four-axised and eight-axised tanks with various level of incomplete filling of transported liquid are considered. It is estimated the influence of level of filling of a copper of the tank by liquid on longitudinal forces of trains at braking. For the decision of the given problem the trains made from 30 four-axised and 30 eight-axised cars-tanks and one locomotive VL-8, located in the head of a train were considered. For the estimation of longitudinal forces emergency and full service braking at speeds of movement 30 km/h and 60 km/h on a horizontal site of a way were considered. At mathematical modelling it was supposed that tanks were filled by black oil in density ρ =0,99 t/m 3. Various variants of removal of the level free surface of liquid from the top internal surface of a copper of the tank were considered. The incomplete filling was accepted equal 0,4; 0,8; 1,2 metres. Scientific results. As a result of calculations diagrammes of distribution of the maximum longitudinal forces along the length of a train and brake ways for various schemes of formation and different level of incomplete filling of transported liquid have been received. Various braking of preliminary stretched and compressed trains are considered. Conclusions. The received results show that in need of driving the bulk non-uniform as cars-tanks (4- axised and 8- axised) trains their formation should be made with installation of eight-axised tanks in the first half of the structure.

The term “region” is defined. It is studied that in the conditions of modern market economy for an effective management of financial resources it is necessary providing the enterprise activities with optimal amount of these resources, their rational use, maximization of income and providing the appreciation of market enterprise value. In such conditions the issues of improvement of management of production processes, the effective use of financial, labor, and material resources become topical. The transition to the modern market economy caused the changes of all the economic system and, for the first, regional enterprises. The terms of managing the economy suffered transformations, which found an expression in the changes of ownership patterns, the terms of government control, and the tax system. The non-public sector of economy appeared as a result of reforms, modern banking system, markets of commodities, services, capital. It gives an opportunity for the reproduction on an expanded scale, the increase of enterprise profits, and the income of its proprietors. One is able to achieve this goal only under the optimal management of finances. In the modern conditions of managing the economy the control system is to be migrated to regions differing one to another in national, historical, geographical, economic and other peculiarities. A structural policy that must foresee the transition of state economy to a new resource-provided, hi-tech and economically safe model of operation is realized in Ukraine. Establishing in the country of free economic zones, where the favourable custom, currency-financial, tax and other conditions of economic activity are in force, is very promising. The territorial social-and-economic structure of Ukraine is based upon the principles of unity and integral state power, an appropriate balance of socio-economic development of separate territories taking into account historical and cultural traditions, demographic and ecological features. In a regional challenge, there is a task: what is the aid addressee – the depressive region or its population? If the former then investments are necessary, the latter – promoting the population migration to more solvent regions is better. But even the most backward region is a motherland of part of population and that is why it deserves to get this aid.

The article reviews the peculiarities of the financial resources of the home industries. The defining characteristic here is not quantitative but qualitative indicators that reflect the availability of financial resources of the business entities. To solve this problem, the relations between the main characteristics of the financial resources of the entity and its financial condition indicators as criteria for financial security were investigated. It was found that the value of financial resources and their structure do not have explicit dependence. Under the present circumstances, regardless of the existing capital structure, a business entity is unable to attract additional financial resources, despite their cost, and vice versa – opportunity to borrow on the capital market new resources at market value does not depend on the value of the shoulder leverage of the business unit. The limiting factors here are the imperfection of the home competitive environment and the psychological motives of the market participants. There is also a conflict situation when due to the reduction of the profitability, the business entities tend to borrow at higher interest rates. The reason for this is primarily in the needs of the production sector, namely the need for ongoing business proper funding, especially in the crisis situations that affects the financial and industrial status. Ensuring an adequate logistics of the business entity (the degree of amortization of the equipment) requires an appropriate level of funding, but does not affect its structure. Research of the resources of the business entities in Ukraine’s economy showed that their ability to attract cheap long-term financial resources for today is quite limited.
