Öz Bu çalışmada bir PV-T hava ve su ile soğutularak enerji ve ekserji analizi dört farklı çalışma şartları altında numerik olarak incelendi ve sonuçlar karşılaştırıldı. 1. Durum değişen güneş ışınımı şartları, 2. durum için gerçek günlük iklim koşulları, 3. durum için sabit güneş ışınımı ve 4. durum değişen soğutma kütlesi için analizler yapıldı. Analizler Mühendislik Denklem Çözücü (EES) kullanılarak yapıldı. Kullanılan PV-T 0.54 m2 alana sahiptir ve PV-T’yi soğutmak için kullanılan kütle akışı hem hava hem de su için m ̇=0.003 kg/s’dir ilk üç koçul için. Sonuç olarak, PV-T'nin en yüksek günlük enerji verimliliği su ve hava için sırasıyla %58.01 ve %38.74'e ulaşırken ekserji verimliliği ise en yüksek %17.23 ve %16.26'ya ulaştı. Güneş radyasyonun 100 W/m2’den 1000 W/m2’ye değiştiğinde PV-T’nin en yüksek enerji verimi su ve hava için sırasıyla %58.96 ve %41.76’ya ulaşırken en yüksek ekserji verimi ise %18.34 ve %16.20’ye ulaştı. Çevre sıcaklığı 0 ℃’den 30 ℃’ye arttırılarak sabit 500 W/m2 güneş radyasyonu için PV-T’nin en yüksek enerji verimi su ve hava için sırasıyla %59.64 ve %35.55’e ulaşırken en yüksek ekserji verimi ise %18.90 ve %16.09’a ulaştı. Ayrıca PV-T’nin günlük elektrik üretiminin su ile soğutulduğunda havaya göre %8.91 daha fazla olduğu bulundu. Ayrıca soğutma kütle debisi 0.001 kg/s’den 0.01 kg/s değiştiğinde su ile soğutulan PV-T’nin hava ile soğutulan PV-T’ye göre daha fazla elektrik ürettiği bulundu. Böylece, hemen hemen tüm şartlar altında PV-T su ile soğutulduğunda havaya göre daha iyi performans gösterdiği ve elektrik üretiminin de daha fazla olduğu bulundu. Abstract In this study, the energy and exergy analysis of a PV-T cooling with water and air were analyzed numerically under four different operating conditions and the results were compared. Analyzes were made to change solar radiation conditions for Case 1, real daily climatic conditions for Case 2, constant solar irradiance for Case 3, and the changing cooling mass flow rate for Case 4. Analyses of the system were performed using the Engineering Equation Solver (EES). The PV-T has an area of 0.54 m2 and the mass flow rate of the PV-T is 0.003 kg/s for both air and water under the first three conditions. As a result, PV-T's highest daily energy efficiencies reached 58.01% and 38.74% for water and air, while the highest exergy efficiencies reached 17.23% and 16.26%, respectively. When solar radiation changes from 100 W/m2 to 1000 W/m2, PV-T's highest energy efficiencies reached 58.96% and 41.76% for water and air, while the highest exergy efficiencies are 18.34% and 16.20%, respectively. By increasing the ambient temperature from 0 ℃ to 30 ℃ under 500 W/m2 of constant solar radiation, the highest energy efficiencies of PV-T reached 59.64% and 35.55% for water and air, while the highest exergy efficiencies are 18.90% and 16.09%, respectively. In addition, it was found that the daily electricity production of PV-T was 8.91% higher when cooled with water than with air. It was also found that when the cooling mass flow rate changes from 0.001 kg/s to 0.01 kg/s, the water-cooled PV-T produces more electricity than the air-cooled PV-T. Thus, PV-T is cooled by water, it performs better almost under all conditions than air and it produces more electricity.

Öz Bu çalışmada, bir operatör tarafından direk olarak yönlendirilmeden görevlendirildikleri çalışma alanında özerk hareket ederek görevlerini yerine getiren sualtı araçları için parametre bozulmasının varlığı altında yatay düzlemde yörünge izleme problemi ele alınmıştır. Belirlenen bir yörüngenin takip edilmesi probleminde, literatürde sıkça kullanılan PD denetleyicinin yanı sıra geriadımlamalı denetleyici, kayan kipli denetleyici ve doğrusal karesel regülatör kullanımı önerilmiş olup, bu denetleyici yapılarının performansları sinüzaoidal bir yörünge üzerinde test edilmiştir. Önerilen denetleyicilerin literatürdeki denetleyicilere göre yüksek hassasiyete sahip, parazit önleme ve hızlı tepki vermesi sağlanarak performanslarını gerçekleştirmesi sağlanmıştır. Son olarak, geriadımlamalı ve kayan kipli denetleyicinin kararlılığını kanıtlamak için Lyapunov’un kararlılık ilkesi kullanılarak sistemin kararlı davranışı simülasyon üzerinde gösterilmiştir. Simülasyon ortamında tüm önerilen denetleyicilerin aynı bozucu etki altında istenilen yörüngeyi takip ettiği doğrulanmıştır. Ayrıca önerilen geriadımlamlı denetleyicisindeki keskin geçişler kayan kipli kontrolcü ile giderilmiş ve sistem üzerinde meydana gelebilecek olası arızaların önüne geçilmiştir. Abstract In this study, the horizontal trajectory tracking problem under the presence of parameter distortion is discussed for underwater vehicles that perform their duties autonomously in the work area where they are assigned without being directly guided by an operator. In the problem of following a determined trajectory, in addition to the PD controller, which is frequently used in the literature, the use of a backstepping controller, a sliding mode controller and a linear quadratic regulator has been proposed, and the performances of these controller structures have been tested on a sinusoidal trajectory. It has been ensured that the proposed controllers perform with high sensitivity, anti-interference and fast response compared to the controllers in the literature. Finally, the stable behavior of the system is demonstrated on simulation by using Lyapunov's stability principle to prove the stability of the backstepping and sliding mode controller. It has been verified that all proposed controllers follow the desired trajectory under the same disturbance effect in the simulation environment. In addition, the sharp transitions in the proposed backstop controller are eliminated with the sliding mode controller and possible malfunctions that may occur on the system are prevented.

Öz Abstract Bu çalışmada elektromanyetik ekranların ekranlama etkinliğini grafen plakayla kaplayarak artırmak amaçlanmıştır. Öncelikle tek katmanlı grafen nümerik olarak modellenmiş ve analitik bulgularla uyumlu olduğu görülmüştür. Sonra, bir alüminyum levhanın arka yüzeyine grafen plaka kaplanarak oluşturulan çift katmanlı ekranın yansıma kaybı analitik ve nümerik olarak analiz edilmiştir. Son olarak, iç yüzeyleri grafen plaka kaplı bir ekranlama kutusu modellenmiş olup, grafen plakanın kimyasal potansiyel ve sıcaklık değerlerine göre ekranlama kutusunun ekranlama etkinliğinin değişimi incelenmiştir. Sıcaklık parametresi sabit kalıp, grafen plakanın kimyasal potansiyeli artırıldığında, ekranlama kutusunun ekranlama etkinliğinin azaldığı elde edilmiştir. Kimyasal potansiyel sabit kalıp, grafen plakanın sıcaklık parametresi artırıldığında ise 300 K ve üzeri sıcaklıklarda ekranlama etkinliği değerleri birbirine yakın olarak elde edilmiştir. In this study, it is aimed to increase shielding effectiveness of electromagnetic shields by coating with graphene sheet. Firstly, graphene monolayer is modeled numerically and it is observed that it is in good agreement with the analytical findings. Then, the reflection loss of bilayer screen that is formed by coating the back surface of an aluminum plate with graphene sheet, is analyzed analytically and numerically. Finally, a shielding enclosure in which inner surfaces are coated with graphene sheet is modeled and the change of shielding effectiveness of the shielding enclosure with respect to the chemical potential and temperature values of graphene sheet is investigated. It is obtained that shielding effectiveness of shielding enclosure decays depending on the increase of chemical potential of graphene sheet while the temperature parameter remains fixed. Shielding effectiveness values are obtained close to each other at the temperature 300 K and above depending on the increase of temperature of graphene sheet while the chemical potential remains fixed. Öz Teknolojinin gelişmesi ile etkin bir depo yönetimi işletmelerin en önemli hedefleri arasına girmiştir. Bu hedeflerin gerçekleşmesi işletmelerin ellerinde olan veriyi kullanarak anlamlı bilgiler çıkarması ve bu bilgileri depo yönetiminde kullanması ile mümkün olacaktır. Depo yönetiminin ise en mühim fonksiyonlarından biri ürün yerleştirmedir. İdeal olmayan ürün yerleştirmeleri işletmeleri zaman ve maddi açıdan kayıplara yol açmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında; çıkış siparişleri baz alınarak dinamik bir ürün analizi modelinin geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın birinci aşamasında standart sapma tekniği kullanılarak ideal dönemler belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci aşamasında stokta tutma süresi tekniği ile ürünlerin bekleme süreleri hesaplanmıştır. Çalışmanın üçüncü aşamasında stok tutma süreleri sıralanarak depo içerisinde Pareto tabanlı Elmas, Altın ve Gümüş bölgelere bölünen lokasyonların ürünler ile eşlenmesi sağlanmıştır. Çalışmanın dördüncü aşamasında veri madenciliği modellerinden biri olan birliktelik analizinin literatürlerde en çok kabul görmüş olan Apriori algoritması tekniği ile verilerin birliktelik analizi gerçekleştirilmiş ve aynı bölgede sık giden ürünler yan yana konularak ürünlerin toplama gözü lokasyonları belirlenmiştir. Çalışmanın sonucunda depolama faaliyetlerinde bulunan işletmelere ve bu alanda çalışan araştırmacılara ürün yerleştirme süreçlerinde faydalanacakları bir modelin belirlenmesinde katkı sağlaması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışma ile ürün analizinin yapılmasında sadece literatürde sıklıkla rastlanılan ürün tonaj bilgileri veya ürün çıkış bilgileri baz alınmamış, o ürünün stok tutma süresi ve birlikte gitme özelliği baz alınmıştır. Abstract Effective warehouse management has become one of the most important goals of businesses with the development of technology. The realization of these goals will be possible by using the data in the hands of the businesses to extract meaningful information and to use this information in warehouse management. One of the most important functions of warehouse management is product placement. Improper product placements cause time and financial losses for businesses. Scope of work; it is aimed to develop a dynamic product analysis model based on output orders. In the first stage of the study, ideal periods were determined by using the standard deviation technique. In the second stage of the study, the waiting times of the products were calculated with the technique of holding time in stock. In the third stage of the study, the products were ranked according to their stock keeping times. Afterward, the locations divided into Pareto-based Diamond, Gold and Silver regions were matched with the products in the warehouse. In the fourth stage of the study, the Apriori algorithm technique, which is one of the data mining models, is the most accepted in the literature, was used. The association analysis of the data was carried out and the collection bin locations of the products were determined by placing the products that go frequently in the same region side by side. As a result of the study, it is aimed to contribute to the businesses engaged in storage activities and researchers working in this field in determining a model that they will benefit from in the product placement processes. In this study, product tonnage information or product output information, which is frequently encountered in the literature, is not taken as a basis for product analysis, and the stock keeping time and go-with feature of that product are taken as the basis. Thus, a new and effective perspective has been gained to the literature.

Öz Artırılmış Gerçeklik (AR), sanal içeriklerin gerçek dünya ile sorunsuz bir şekilde bütünleşmesine olanak tanıyan, akıllı telefon, tablet gibi el tipi görüntüleyiciler veya ön kameraya sahip VR başlıklar aracılığı ile görüntülenen bir teknolojidir. Bu teknolojinin en önemli özelliği soyut kavramları görselleştirmesidir. Birçok çalışma, TCP/IP ve OSI modellerinin, ayrıntılı soyut kavramlar ve protokoller içermesi nedeniyle veri iletişimlerinin son derece karmaşık olduğunu bildirmektedir. Farklı sistemleri birbirine bağlamak, iki uç nokta arasında veri akışı oluşturmak ve katmanlar arasında veri dönüşümleri yapmak bu karmaşıklıklardan sadece birkaçıdır. Bu çalışmada, TCP/IP ve OSI modelleri gibi öğrenilmesi zor olan soyut kavramların öğretiminde AR ortamların çözüm olup olmadığının belirlenmesine yönelik bir araştırma yürütülmüştür. Amaç, öğrencilerin TCP/IP ve OSI gibi kavramların temel bilgilerini öğrenebilecek ve ağ deneyimlerini iyileştirebilecek bir AR ağ tasarım ortamı geliştirmektir. Bu ortam, ağ düğümlerin zekice davrandığı ve IP adreslerin dinamik yönetildiği yeni bir oyun temelli mobil eğitim yöntemini temel almaktadır. Bu sayede kullanıcılar TCP/IP ve OSI modellerinin soyut kavramlarını mobil AR başlığı ile her yerde 3B, etkileşimli ve uygulamalı öğrenme fırsatı bulmuştur. Deneysel sonuçlar, somut arayüz etkileşimlerinin ve AR ortamların öğrenciler için faydalı bir öğretim aracı olduğunu göstermiştir. Abstract Augmented Reality (AR) is a technology that allows virtual content to be seamlessly integrated with the real world, viewed via handheld viewers such as smartphones, tablets, or VR headsets with a front camera. The most important feature of this technology is that it visualizes abstract concepts. Many studies report that data communications are extremely complex because TCP/IP and OSI models contain elaborate abstract concepts and protocols. Connecting disparate systems, creating data flows between two endpoints, and performing data transformations between layers are just a few of these complexities. In this study, a research is conducted to determine whether AR environments are the solution for teaching abstract concepts that are difficult to learn such as TCP/IP and OSI models. The aim is to develop an AR network design environment in which students can learn the basics of concepts such as TCP/IP and OSI and improve their network experience. This environment is based on a new game-based mobile training method in which network nodes behave intelligently and IP addresses are dynamically managed. In this way, users have the opportunity to learn the abstract concepts of TCP/IP and OSI models in 3D, interactive and hands-on with the mobile AR headset anywhere. Experimental results have shown that concrete interface interactions and AR environments are useful teaching tools for students.
