Öz Günümüzde yüzey desenleme, temasta olan iki cisim arası temas kuvvetlerinin düzenlenmesinde önemli bir yöntem haline gelmiştir. Yüzey desenleme işlemi genellikle elastik silindirik kirişler kullanılarak yapılır. Bu çalışmada, elastik kiriş dizininin konstrüksiyonel parametrelerinin; kiriş dizininin düz, pürüzsüz ve rijit bir cisim ile arasındaki sürtünme kuvvet genliğine etkisi sonlu-elemanlar metodu ile incelenmiştir. Bunun için, elastik silindirik kiriş dizinlerinin sürtünmeli hareketi sonlu-elemanlar tabanlı mühendislik programında oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan modelin doğrulanması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu modelde elastik kiriş dizinindeki destek katman kalınlığı, iki kiriş arası uzaklık ve kiriş sayısı değiştirilmiştir. Düz ve rijit bir cisim ile temasta olan kirişlerin tam-kaymalı sürtünmeli hareketindeki normal ve sürtünme kuvvet genlikleri hesaplanmıştır. İki kiriş arası uzaklık ya da kiriş destek katman kalınlığı arttırıldığında sürtünme kuvvet genliğinde azalma meydana gelmekte olup; kiriş sayısının tek bir kiriş başına düşen sürtünme kuvvet genliğine etkisi ihmal edilebilir seviyededir. Abstract Nowadays, surface texturing becomes a significant method in the regulation of contact forces between two bodies in contact. Surface texturing is generally carried out by using elastic cylindrical beams. In this study, the effect of elastic beam array structural parameters on friction force amplitude of beams in contact with a flat, smooth and rigid body are investigated by finite-element method. For this, the frictional motion of the elastic cylindrical beam array is modeled in a finite-element based engineering software. Validation of the established model is performed. In the model, backing layer thickness, spacing distance between two beams, and number of beams are changed in elastic beam array. Normal force and friction force amplitudes in the full-sliding frictional motion of beams in contact with a smooth and rigid body are calculated. When the spacing distance between the two beams or the beam backing layer thickness is increased, the friction force amplitude decreases; and the effect of the number of beams on the friction force amplitude per single beam is negligible.

Öz Araçlar park halinde iken yoğun iş temposu, gerginlik ve yorgunluk gibi sebeplerden dolayı bebekler, çocuklar veya evcil hayvanlar araç içerisinde unutulmakta ve hatta havasızlık veya sıcaktan ölebilmektedir. Okul servislerinde dahi çocuk unutulabilmekte ve şoförler tarafından fark edilmeden araç içerisinde kilitli bırakılabilmektedir. Bu sebeple çalışmamızda araçlarda unutulan canlıların havasızlık ve sıcaklıktan kaynaklı zarar görmelerini engellemek için, araç camlarını kontrol edebilen yeni bir sensör tasarımı ve prototip üretimi yapılmıştır. Üretilen sensör park halindeki araçta yaşam ibaresi olup olmadığını kontrol etmekte, eğer varsa canlının yaşamsal faaliyetlerine zarar gelmemesi için ortam koşullarını denetlemektedir. Ortam koşulları olumsuz olduğunda camların kendi kendine açılmasını sağlayıp uyarı amacı ile alarm çalmaktadır. Üretilen sensör için çalışma sistematiği kurgulanıp, efektif çalışıp çalışmadığı prototip olarak üretilen kontrol hacminde planlı şekilde denemeler yapılarak test edilmiştir. Çalışma sistematiğine göre kodlanmış mikrodenetleyici; irtibatta olduğu diğer elektronik devre elemanları ile ortam kontrolünü sağlamış olup, yaşamsal faaliyetleri etkileyen kritik parametrelere ulaşıldığında alarm çalarak pencerelerin otonom olarak kontrolünü gerçekleştirmiştir. Üretilen sensör özellikle binek araçlar ve okul servislerinde kullanıma uygun ve gelecek vadeden yenilikçi bir üründür. Anahtar kelimeler: Araçlar, Araç camı, Sensör, Yaşam güvenliği. Abstract When the vehicles are parked, the babies, the kids or the pets may be forgotten in the vehicle due to intense work tempo, stress and tiredness. Thus, they may die from asphyxiation or overtemperature. Even in school services, the kids may be forgotten and left locked in the vehicle via unnoticed by the drivers. For this reason, a new sensor, which can control the glasses of vehicles, was designed and manufactured prototype to secure life-beings that are forgotten in the vehicles from asphyxiation and overtemperature. The produced sensor can check whether the parked vehicle has a life-being inside or not, and if the vehicle has a life-being, the sensor can monitor the ambient conditions in the vehicle in order not to be damaged the living activities of the life-being. When the ambient conditions are harmful to the life-being, the sensor can open the glasses of the vehicle and ring an alarm to warn. A work systematic was designed for the sensor, and it was tested in the control volume produced as a prototype to observe whether it can work effectively or not. A Microcontroller was coded according to working systematically; it monitored the ambient conditions by connecting with electronic circuit elements. When the critical parameters affecting vital activities were reached, it controlled the glasses and rang the alarm autonomously. The sensor is an innovative and promising product for especially cars and school services.

Abstract In this study, the polyurethane (PU) nanofibers mat produced by electrospinning method was used as filler in the polymer composites; fiberglass (FG) and carbon fiber (CF) were employed as reinforcement materials. Moreover, their mechanical properties were compared to sepiolite and SiO2 powder reinforced composites. The mechanical properties of composites were evaluated using tensile and flexural tests. Moreover, the morphology of composite was assessed by microscopy techniques. The findings show that the nanofiber-doped FG and CF composite had at least 30% higher tensile strength compared to unreinforced and rival composites; the tensile strength was 135 MPa for FG-Nanofibers and 134 MPa for CF-Nanofibers. On the other hand, the flexural analysis showed that the powders filler had poor flexural stress against untreated composite. However, the flexural strength of FG-Nanofibers and CF-Nanofibers reached 197 MPa and 553 MPa, respectively. The better mechanical properties of nanofiber doped composites were due principally to the random distribution of nanofibers which support all loads from different directions. The cross-section analysis of composites demonstrated that the powders were distributed heterogeneously and some agglomeration was observed at some locations. Generally speaking, it can be concluded that the addition of PU nanofibers increased the mechanical properties of composites, and the tensile strength was at least 3 times higher for CF composites compared to untreated composite. Öz Bu çalışmada, elektrospinning yöntemi ile üretilen poliüretan (PU) nanofiber mat, fiberglas (FG) ve karbon fiber (CF) polimer kompozitlerde matrise ilave dolgu maddesi olarak kullanıldı. Ayrıca mekanik özellikleri sepiolit ve SiO2 toz takviyeli kompozitlerle karşılaştırılmıştır. Kompozitlerin mekanik özellikleri çekme ve eğilme testleri kullanılarak değerlendirildi. Bunun yanında, kompozitin morfolojisi mikroskopi teknikleriyle değerlendirildi. Bulgular, nanofiber katkılı FG ve CF kompozitin, takviyesiz ve rakip kompozitlere kıyasla en az %30 kadar daha yüksek çekme mukavemetine sahip olduğunu göstermektedir; gerilme mukavemeti, FG-Nanofiberler için 135 MPa ve CF-Nanofiberler için 134 MPa bulundu. Öte yandan, eğme analizi, toz dolgu maddesinin işlenmemiş kompozite karşı en az 2.5 kat daha zayıf eğilme gerilimine sahip olduğunu gösterdi. Bununla birlikte, FG-Nanofiberler ve CF-Nanofiberler sırasıyla 197 MPa ve 553 MPa eğme mukavemetine ulaştı. Nanofiber katkılı kompozitlerin daha iyi mekanik özellikleri göstermesi, farklı yönlerden tüm yükleri destekleyen nanoliflerin rastgele dağılımından kaynaklanmaktadır. Kompozitlerin enine kesit analizi sonucunda, tozların heterojen olarak dağıldığını ve bazı yerlerde bir miktar aglomerasyon gözlemlendiğini gösterdi. Genel olarak, PU nanoliflerin eklenmesinin kompozitlerin mekanik özelliklerini arttırdığı ve CF kompozitleri için çekme mukavemetini katkısız kompozite göre en az 3 katı artırtığı bulunmuştur. Abstract Al7075 alloy is commonly used in the automotive industry, components of military vehicles and aircraft, rubber and plastic moulds. Also, similar Al alloys are frequently used for mechanical parts in space exploration. Therefore, investigation of the wear properties under a vacuum environment is as indispensable as wear properties under an atmosphere. However, the wear performance of this alloy cannot meet the expectations. This paper reports the investigation of the obtained wear properties of Al7075-T6 alloy after plasma nitriding in ambient air and vacuum environments. The surface characterization and phase analysis of the formed AlN layers are determined by scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer, 3D optical profilometer and X-ray diffractometer. The hardness of the nitride layer is established using Vickers micro-hardness tester. The wear performance of the untreated and nitride sample is investigated under 1N constant load at ambient air and vacuum environment. As a result of wear tests, the best wear performance of both conditions has been obtained from nitrided samples. The AlN layer (0.19) is observed to notably reduced the coefficient of friction of the substrate (0.60) under ambient air. Besides, it is observed that the nitride layer is better in ambient air (0.00010 mm3/Nm) than in vacuum environment (0.00087 mm3/Nm) in term of wear rate. In fact, the wear track on the nitrided sample is very thin under ambient air, and nearly imperceptible. Öz Al7075 alaşımları, otomotiv endüstrisinde, askeri araçların ve uçakların bileşenlerinde, kauçuk ve plastik kalıplarda yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Ayrıca, benzer Al alaşımları, uzay araştırmalarında mekanik parçalar için sıklıkla kullanılmaktadır. Bu nedenle, vakum altında aşınma özelliklerinin incelenmesi, atmosfer ortamındaki aşınma özellikleri kadar vazgeçilmezdir. Ancak söz konusu alaşımların aşınma performansı beklentileri karşılayamamaktadır. Bu bağlamda, bu çalışmada nitrürlenmiş Al7075-T6'nın atmosfer ve vakum ortamlarında aşınma özelliklerinin belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Oluşturulan AlN tabakasının yüzey karakterizasyonu ve faz analizi, taramalı elektron mikroskobu, enerji dağıtıcı X-ışını spektrometresi, 3D optik profilometre ve X-ışını difraktometresi ile belirlenmiştir. Numunelerin sertliği, Vickers mikro sertlik test cihazı kullanılarak belirlenmiştir. Numunelerin aşınma performansı, bilye disk esaslı aşınma test cihazı kullanılarak atmosfer ve vakum ortamlarında incelenmiştir. Her iki koşul için de en iyi aşınma performansı nitrürlenmiş numunelerden elde edilmiştir. AlN tabakasının (0,19), ortam havası altında alt tabakanın (0,60) sürtünme katsayısını önemli ölçüde azalttığı gözlemlenmiştir. Nitrür tabakası sayesinde, alaşımın atmosfer ortamındaki aşınma direnci dikkate değer bir şekilde iyileştirilmiştir. Ayrıca aşınma oranı açısından nitrür tabakasının aşınma performansı, ortam havasında (0.00010 mm3/Nm) vakum ortamına (0.00087 mm3/Nm) göre daha iyi olduğu gözlemlenmiştir. Öz Bu çalışmada, karbon nano tüp (CNT) katkılı cam fiber/epoksi (GFRP) ve karbon fiber/epoksi (CFRP) kompozit borusal yapıların ezilme ve enerji emilimi davranışları incelenmiştir. Çalışma iki ana kısımdan oluşmaktadır. Birinci kısım, deneysel çalışmalardan oluşmaktadır. Bu aşamada fonksiyonelleştirilmiş çok duvarlı CNT katkılı (ağırlıkça %0.1; 0.2; 0.3; 0.5; 1; 2 oranlarında) ve katkısız cam fiber/epoksi kompozit plakalar, el yatırması yöntemi ile üretilmiş ve çekme, basma ve kayma deneyleri gerçekleştirilerek kompozit malzemelerin mekanik özellikleri belirlenmiştir. Bu incelemeler sonucunda çeki, bası ve kayma mukavemeti açılarından kompozit numune için %0.5 CNT oranının en uygun olduğu görülmüştür. İkinci kısım ise, sayısal çalışmalardan oluşmaktadır. Bu aşamada belirlenen mekanik özellikler kullanılarak, sonlu elemanlar tabanlı bir paket programı (ABAQUS) yardımıyla kare ve dairesel kesitli cam elyaf/epoksi ve karbon elyaf/epoksi kompozit boruların yarı statik ezilme ve enerji emilimi davranışları sayısal olarak incelenmiştir. Karbon fiber/epoksi kompozit malzemeye ait malzeme özellikleri literatürden elde edilmiştir. Sayısal analizler sonucunda karbon fiber takviyeli dairesel kesitli kompozit boruların spesifik enerji emilimi kapasitesinin diğer borularla karşılaştırıldığında daha yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Abstract In this study, crushing and energy absorption behavior of carbon nanotube (CNT) reinforced glass fiber/epoxy (GFRP) and carbon fiber/epoxy (CFRP) composite tubular structures has been investigated. The study consists of two main parts. First part deals with the experimental studies. At this stage, functionalized multi-walled CNT added (at weight percentages of 0.1; 0.2; 0.3; 0.5; 1; 2%) and additive free GFRP composite plates were produced using hand lay-up method and tension, compression and shear tests were carried out to determine mechanical properties of the composite materials. As a result of these investigations, 0.5% CNT addition is determined to be most suitable rate for the composite in terms of tension, compression, and shear strength. The second part deals with the numerical studies. At this stage, quasi-static crushing and energy absorption characteristics of circular and square cross-section GFRP and CFRP tubes were investigated numerically using the determined mechanical properties in a commercial finite element based software (ABAQUS). The mechanical properties of CFRP tubes were taken from the existing literature. As a result of numerical studies, the specific energy absorption capacity of circular CFRP tubes was found to be most efficient compared to the other tubes.

Öz Şehir içi dağıtım faaliyetlerinin artan maliyetleri ve neden olduğu sorunlar (trafik, çevre kirliliği, gürültü, araç kazaları, vb.) hakkında artan kaygılar, bu alanda yenilikçi yaklaşımlara olan ihtiyacı giderek artırmaktadır. Ön plana çıkan söz konusu yaklaşımlardan birisi de Kitle destekli dağıtım (KDD) modelidir. Yolcu ve paket taşımacılığını bütünleştirerek atıl araç kapasitelerinin faydalı bir şekilde kullanılmasını amaçlayan bu modelde, kişilerin küçük ekonomik kazançlar sağlamak ve/veya dağıtım faaliyetlerinin çevreye verdiği zararları azaltılmasına katkı sunmak amacıyla kendi seyahatleri sırasında yolları üzerindeki servis noktaları arasında paket taşımacılığı yapması öngörülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, KDD faaliyetlerinin etkin bir şekilde yürütebilmesi için gerekli olan servis noktalarının/paket otomatlarının şehrin hangi noktalarına hangi kapasiteler ile kurulması gerektiğini belirlemek için çözülmesi gereken stratejik seviye “KDD servis ağı tasarımı” problemini literatüre tanıtıyoruz. İki seviyeli, senaryo tabanlı belirsiz bir tamsayılı program olarak modellediğimiz problemin çözümü için etkin bir Benders Ayrıştırma algoritması önermekteyiz. Gerçekleştirdiğimiz geniş kapsamlı hesapsal çalışmalar geliştirdiğimiz çözüm yönteminin etkinliğini ortaya koymakta, önemli yönetimsel çıkarımlar sunmaktadır. Elde ettiğimiz sonuçlar, hızlı paket taşımacılığı gibi oldukça zorlu ve maliyetli (ekonomik ve çevresel) bir dağıtım faaliyeti için iyi tasarlanmış bir KDD modelinin önemli kazanımlar sağlayabileceğini göstermektedir. Nispeten küçük sayıda (çalıştığımız problem örneklerinde en fazla 60 adet) servis noktaları ile dağıtımların önemli bir kısmının (çalıştığımız problem örneklerinde %56’ya kadar) “kitle” tarafından yapıldığı etkin bir KDD sisteminin teşkil edilebileceğini gösteren bu sonuçlar, önerilen yenilikçi yaklaşımın uygulanabilirliği konusunda önemli ipuçları vermektedir. Abstract With the rising concerns over the increasing costs and negative externalities of city logistics, the need for innovative approaches to come up with low-cost and environmentally friendly distribution systems is on the rise. One such innovative approach is crowd-shipping (CS). In this model, which aims to combine packet and passenger transfers to utilize redundant transportation capacity, the individuals who want to earn small compensations and/or help the environment are employed to carry out package transfers between service points on the paths of their already planned trips. In this study, we introduce the strategic level CS network design problem, which needs to be solved to determine the locations and the capacities of the service points in the urban area to establish an efficient CS delivery system. We propose a novel Benders Decomposition algorithm to solve this challenging problem that we model as a scenario-based two-stage stochastic integer program. The results of our comprehensive numerical experiments attest to the efficacy of the approach to solve practical size problem instances and provide significant managerial insights, showing that such a well-designed CS network can provide savings (in terms of both economic and environmental costs), even in the case of express package transfers with very stringent delivery lead time restrictions. In particular, our results show that by carefully choosing the locations and the capacities of the service points, it is possible to carry out a significant portion of express deliveries with the crowd provided delivery capacity (up to 56% in our experiments) without deploying a very large number of them (less than 60 in all our experiment) in the region, indicating the strong potential and applicability of the CS delivery systems in real world delivery operations.

Öz Yedek parça envanter yönetimi, özellikle madencilik gibi makine bazlı seri ve aralıksız üretim sağlamayı hedefleyen sektörler için, minimum maliyetle yüksek ekipman kullanılabilirliğini sürdürmek açısından hayati önem taşımaktadır. Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'nin büyük ölçekli üretim yapan bir madencilik şirketi için, toplam envanter bazlı masrafları en aza indirecek şekilde, optimum sipariş adet ve zamanlarının belirlenmesini sağlayan bir matematiksel modeli kullanılarak, envanter yönetimi probleminin çözümlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Yapılan çalışma içerisinde, maden şirketinin mevcut envanter sistemi incelenmiş ve elde edilen gerçek veriler ile seri ve sürekli üretim gerektiren mekanize sistemlerin verimliliğinde büyük öneme sahip olan endüstriyel yağlar için bir vaka çalışması yapılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonucu, şirketin mevcut endüstriyel yağ envanter politikasının, yıllık 18.566 ₺'ye kadar tasarruf sağlayarak finansal olarak iyileştirilebileceği gözlemlenmiştir. Abstract Spare parts inventory management is of vital importance in maintaining high equipment availability at minimum cost, especially for industries utilizing fully mechanized systems and aiming mass and continuous production such as mining. In this paper, it is intended to solve the spare parts inventory problem of a large-scale mining company operating in Turkey, by proposing a mathematical model to optimize the spare parts provisioning strategy in such a way that the total inventory related cost is minimized. Based on the current system analyzed and the real data provided by the company, a case study is conducted on inventory management problem of industrial lubricants, having a great importance in fully-mechanized systems to provide mass and continuous production. The optimization results show that the company's current lubricating oil inventory policy can be improved financially by yielding an annual saving up to ₺18,566.

Öz Bir firmanın yeni bir şubesinin yer seçimi, firmanın karlılığı ve sürdürülebilirliği adına kritik bir karardır. Yer seçimi problemleri çok sayıda ve birbirleri ile çelişebilen kriterler altında alternatiflerin değerlendirmesini gerektirir. Bu çalışma, Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden AHP, ARAS ve bulanık TOPSIS yöntemlerini kullanarak denizcilik sektöründeki bir tedarikçi firmanın yeni bir şubesi için en uygun yerin belirlenmesini ve farklı yöntemlerden elde edilen sonuçların karşılaştırılmasını amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmada, maliyet, ulaşım, doğal faktörler, kalifiye iş gücü, tedarikçi bağlantıları, rakip firmaların varlığı ve liman potansiyeli kriterleri altında sekiz alternatif değerlendirilmiştir. Çalışma bulguları en önemli kriterin “maliyet” olduğunu ve firmanın yeni şubesi için en uygun lokasyonun İzmit olduğunu ortaya koymuştur. ÇKKV yöntemlerinden elde edilen sonuçlar karşılaştırıldığında ise en iyi alternatifin kullanılan üç yöntemle de aynı bulunduğu fakat kalan diğer alternatiflerin sıralamalarında farklı sonuçlar elde edildiği görülmüştür. Abstract Selecting the new branch location of a company is a critical decision for the profitability and sustainability of the company. Site selection problems require the evaluation of alternatives under multiple and conflicting criteria. This study aims to determine the most suitable location for a new branch of a supplier company in the maritime industry and compare the results obtained from different Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) methods using AHP, ARAS, and fuzzy TOPSIS. In the study, eight alternatives were evaluated under the criteria of cost, transportation, natural factors, qualified workforce, supplier connections, presence of competitors and port potential. The findings revealed that the most important criterion is "cost" and the most suitable location for the new branch of the company is Izmit. Having compared the results obtained from the MCDM methods, it was seen that the best alternative was the same with all three methods. Still, different results were obtained in the rankings of the remaining alternatives. This once again showed that MCDM methods should be used for decision support purposes.

Öz Mavi yaka personelin performansının değerlendirilmesi için kullanılacak ölçütler, beyaz yaka personelin performansının değerlendirilmesinde kullanılacak olanlara göre çok daha fazla çeşitlilik göstermektedir. Bu nedenle hangi ölçütlerin kullanılacağını belirlemek daha zordur. Performansın sağlıklı bir şekilde değerlendirilebilmesi için olabildiğince tüm ölçütlerin dikkate alınması gereklidir. Ancak tanımlanan her yeni ölçüt yeni bir veri grubunun toplanmasını ve değerlendirilmesini gerektirir. Oysa her çalışana ait toplanması gereken her yeni veri grubu, işletmeler için yeni bir iş yükü anlamına gelmektedir ve bu nedenle işletme yöneticileri mümkün olduğu kadar az ölçüt kullanarak personelinin performansını en sağlıklı şekilde değerlendirebilmek isterler. Klasik performans değerlendirme çalışmalarında kullanılacak ölçütler genellikle uzmanlar tarafından sadece performansın değerlendirmesine katkısı düşünülerek belirlenmektedir. Bu durumda veri toplama yükü çok fazla olabilmekte ve pratikte yöntemin kullanılabilmesini olanaksız hale getirebilmektedir. Bu çalışmada ise öncelikle işçi performansları uzmanlar tarafından belirlenmiş ölçütler kullanılarak Analitik Hiyerarşi Prosesi ile hesaplanmış daha sonra ise önerilen çok amaçlı matematiksel model kullanılarak tüm ölçütleri temsil edebilecek ve toplam veri toplama yükü enaz olan ölçütler belirlenmiştir. Performans değerlendirme belli periyotlar ile sürekli yapıldığından tüm ölçütleri temsil edebilecek daha az sayıdaki ölçüt ile çalışılması, veri toplama yükünün ciddi bir şekilde azalmasını ve böylece önerilen yöntemin pratik hayatta kullanılabilmesini sağlamaktadır. Önerilen yöntem bir plastik enjeksiyon fabrikasında uygulanmıştır. Sonuç olarak uzmanlar tarafından belirlenen toplam 40 ölçütten 30’u seçilmiş, tüm ölçütlerin seçildiği durumda elde edilen performans puanından sadece %4’lük bir sapma ile verilerin elde edilme zorluğu %26 azaltılmıştır. Abstract The criteria to be used for evaluating the performance of workers vary much more than those used to evaluate the performance of office personnel. Therefore, it is more difficult to determine which criteria to use. All criteria, as much as possible, should be taken into account to evaluate the performance healthily way. However, each new criterion defined requires the collection and evaluation of a new data set. However, each new data group that needs to be collected for each employee means a new workload for businesses, and therefore business managers want to be able to evaluate the performance of their workers in the healthiest way, using as few criteria as possible. In this study, a mathematical model was proposed to determine which criteria to be used in evaluating worker performance with AHP, and the proposed approach is applied using data from a sample business and the obtained results are discussed. The criteria to be used in classical performance evaluation studies are generally determined by experts only considering their contribution to performance evaluation. In this case, the data collection workload can be too high and it may make it impossible to use the method in practice. In this study, firstly, workers' performances were calculated with Analytic Hierarchy Process using the criteria determined by the experts, and then, using the proposed multi-objective mathematical model, the criteria that could represent all the criteria with the minimum total data collection workload were determined. Since performance evaluation is carried out continuously in certain periods, working with fewer criteria that can represent all criteria ensures that the data collection workload is drastically reduced and thus the proposed method can be used in practical life. The proposed method has been applied in a plastic injection factory. As a result, 30 out of a total of 40 criteria determined by the experts were selected, with a deviation of only 4% from the performance score obtained when all criteria were selected, the workload of obtaining data was reduced by 26%.

Abstract VIKOR method being one of the frequently used Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, is based on the distances of alternatives to positive and negative ideal solutions, and presents compromising solutions. AHP is another MCDM method dividing the big problem into small and manageable problems through pairwise comparisons of criteria and alternatives. In these methods, linguistic assessments are generally preferred since exact numerical assignments of criteria values are really difficult and experts can not reflect the thoughts in their minds with crisp numbers. The fuzzy set theory captures the vagueness and impreciseness in these linguistic assessments successfully thorough fuzzy numbers. Circular intuitionistic fuzzy sets (C-IFS) are the latest extension of ordinary fuzzy sets, which was introduced by Atanassov [1]. C-IFS help experts to define membership (belongingness) and non-membership (unbelongingness) degrees by incorporating the uncertainty of these degrees. In this paper, an integrated C-IF AHP & C-IF VIKOR methodology is developed and applied to a multi-expert supplier evaluation problem. The results obtained from the proposed methodology are compared with other methods, and a sensitivity analysis is performed as well. Öz Sık kullanılan Çok Ölçütlü Karar Verme (ÇÖKV) yöntemlerinden biri olan VIKOR yöntemi, alternatiflerin pozitif ve negatif ideal çözümlere olan uzaklıklarını temel alır ve uzlaşmacı çözümler sunar. AHP, ölçütlerin ve alternatiflerin ikili olarak karşılaştırılması yoluyla büyük bir problemi küçük ve yönetilebilir problemlere bölen bir başka ÇÖKV yöntemidir. Bu yöntemlerde, ölçüt değerlerinin kesin sayısal atamalarının gerçekten zor olması ve uzmanların düşüncelerini net rakamlarla yansıtamamaları gibi nedenlerle genellikle dilsel değerlendirmeler tercih edilmektedir. Bulanık küme teorisi, bu dilbilimsel değerlendirmelerdeki belirsizlik ve kesin olmama durumlarını bulanık sayıları kullanarak başarıyla ele alır. Dairesel sezgisel bulanık kümeler (D-SBK), Atanassov [1] tarafından tanıtılan sıradan bulanık kümelerin en son uzantısıdır. D-SBK, üyelik (aidiyet) ve üye olmama (aidiyetsizlik) derecelerindeki belirsizlikleri de göz önüne alarak uzmanların bu dereceleri tanımlamalarına yardımcı olur. Bu çalışmada, bütünleşik D-SB AHP ve D-SB VIKOR metodolojisi geliştirilmiş ve çok uzmanlı bir tedarikçi değerlendirme problemine uygulanmıştır. Önerilen metodolojiden elde edilen sonuçlar, diğer yöntemlerle karşılaştırılmakta ve duyarlılık analizi de yapılmaktadır.
