The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between assertiveness and social anxiety with happiness in the second class of high school girls of Bojnourd. The main research method is descriptive and correlational type. The population consists of girls students of high school of Bojnourd (4540 persons) that 400 persons of them selected by multi- stage random sampling and based on Morgan`s table. The Assertiveness Inventory (Gambrills & Richey, 1975), Oxford Happiness Questionnaire (Hills & Argyle, 2002) and Social Phobia Inventory (Connor et al, 2000) were used in order to gathering of data. Pearson correlation, multiple regressions with stepwise method and variance analysis of univariate was used to test the hypothesis. Results showed that assertiveness and social anxiety is relate with happiness and predicts it. Found that there is a significant positive relationship between assertiveness and happiness at the level of less than 0.01. In addition, there is a negative and meaningful relationship between social anxiety and its dimensions with happiness at the level of less than 0.01. There is a significant negative and meaningful relationship between assertiveness and dimensions and total score of social anxiety at the level of less than 0.01. In addition, there is a significant difference between Assertiveness and happiness of students of different academic disciplines. The absence of negative emotions such as anxiety, embarrassment and low zinc, depression, anger, positive emotions and mood, activity, and more extensive social relations were related to the happiness.

This paper examines relationship between Sensation seeking and quality of life with hope of life in Tehran high school teachers. Sample consists of 300 students which have chosen by multi-cluster random sampling. Quality of life questionnaire, life hopes questionnaire and sensation seeking questionnaire were employed to collect data. Data analysis involved both descriptive and inferential statistics including mean, standard deviation, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multi stage regression analysis and sequential equational modeling. Finding reveals that Sensation seeking, hope of life and life quality can significantly predict quality of life. Among 7 sub variables of sensation seeking 3 sub variables (total sensation seeking variety seeking and get redness) and hope of life and motivation in hope of life variable have significant effect on quality of life. Finally all factor load predicted latent variables significantly. Positive sensation seeking helps teacher to increase their hope of life.

The aim of this study is to expose the relation between group emotional intelligence and the organizational health. The method of research is descriptive and correlative. The statistical community of this research includes the all primary and high school teachers in Esfarayen city at North Khorasan Province in Iran. According to Morgan table Selected 313 teachers who answered the questionnaires. Research tools are two questionnaires including Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (Bradberry & Greaves, 2005) and Organizational Health Inventory (Hoy et al., 1991). The results showed that the relationship between group emotional intelligence and organizational health is meaningful. Also there is relationship between self-awareness of groups with organizational health and also there is relationship between self-management of groups with organizational health. There is relationship between relationship-management and social awareness of groups with organizational health. There is a significant positive relationship between group emotional intelligence with organizational health.

Abstract Introduction: The aim of present study was examines the role of job self � efficacy and work task motivation in predicting burnout in Iranian primary school`s teachers. Materials and Method: In descriptive- correlational design a total of 181 teachers participated in this study. Data were collected with three questionnaires include: Teacher Self-Efficacy Scale (TSES), Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) and Work Tasks Motivation Scale for Teachers (WTMST). The data collected was analyzed through stepwise regression. Results: The results obtained revealed that external regulation in teaching tasks was negatively predicted emotional exhaustion. Interjected regulation in teaching tasks, external regulation in administrative tasks and teacher`s self-efficacy were negatively predicted depersonalization. Finally, Amotivation in teaching tasks and external regulation in class preparation tasks were negatively and teacher`s self-efficacy was positively predicted personal accomplishment. Conclusion: Results of this study indicated that teacher`s selfefficacy and work tasks motivation plays a role in explaining Iranian primary school teachers� burnout. Abstract Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of cognitive-skills training to enhance self-directed skills in first grade female students of secondary high school of Shirvan city. Materials and method: By employing a quasi-experimental method, a total of 40 students were randomly selected and divided in two control and experimental group (20 each group). Fisher�s self-directed questionnaire (2001) was employed for the assessment of self-directed skills. After pretest cognitive skill training was performed for 16 sessions for experimental group. Results: The results of ANCOVA revealed that cognitive skill training can increase self-directed skills of experimental group and make a significant difference between two groups I holding selfdirected skills. Conclusion: cognitive skill training enhance students' interest in academic study and help them learn the academic skills perfectly and appropriately employee self-directed skills in academic setting. Abstract Intellectual capital is a valuable intangible asset that can have a significant impact on the success of the company. Although these intangible assets are not recognized in the accounts and the amounts of money it cannot be easily measured; however, it should be noted that these assets exist and can affect decisions. The study of the relationship between profitability and disclosure of intellectual capital and intellectual capital components in the Companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange is evaluated. In this regard, four hypotheses were developed from multiple linear regression was used to test them. For the operationalization of disclosure of intellectual capital and its components, the checklist Li et al (2012) and Return on Assets ratio were used for profit. Results of 77 firms (231 firm-years) during the period 2010- 2013 indicates that at 95 percent, positive and significant relationship between profitability and disclosure of intellectual capital there. So that the, by increasing and improving profitability, companies have an incentive to voluntarily disclose information on intellectual capital. The other variables were observed, significant and positive relationship between firm size and disclosure of intellectual capital, human capital, customer capital there. Also positive and significant relationship found between growth opportunities and disclosure intellectual capital. In addition, human capital and structural capital were positively related. A positive relationship was seen between financial leverage and disclosure customer capital there .Accordingly, consistent with the theoretical bases, it could be argued that profitability of the company led to voluntarily disclosure information on intellectual capital, and firms are better profitability of the greater incentive to the disclosure of intellectual capital. Abstract Introduction: Happiness is a multifaceted construct that has recently been the subject of growing attention in the field of positive psychology and researchers have strived to identify its underlying factors. The search for happiness can be said to underlie all human behaviors. So, the aim of the present study is to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy, academic achievement and happiness of students and to examine the moderating role of gender in the relationship of the study variables. Materials and method: self-efficacy and happiness scale was distributed among 200 university students of Bojnourd (100 female and 100 male students) who had been selected randomly. The average score of the last academic year of the students was considered as the measure of their academic achievement score. The reliability and validity of the scale were evaluated respectively through test-retest coefficient and factor analysis and correlation of the total score with the subscales. Results: The results established the psychometric properties of the scale. For data analysis, the Pearson correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used. Only happiness was able to predict self-efficacy. Also, the moderating role of gender was approved, and only in the group of male student both efficacy variables (positive and significant) and academic achievement (negative and significant) were able to predict happiness. Conclusion: The results showed that the self-efficacy could predict happiness in both male and female students, whereas happiness was a predictor of academic achievement only in male students. Abstract Introduction: Spirituality in Organizations is among the novel variables which emerge in management and working literature. So the aim of the current study is determining the relationship between Organizational spirituality and sport cooperation in teachers of 6 zone of educational system of Tehran. Materials and method: By employing descriptive method 274 teachers were selected by using multisampling method and completed Organizational spirituality and sport cooperation questionnaire. Results: Correlation results showed that there is a positive relationship between Sport cooperation and Organizational spirituality. Also, regression showed that there is a significant effect of the Organizational spirituality and Sport cooperation. Conclusion: This study shows that there is a positive relationship between Organizational spirituality and sport cooperation of teachers. Abstract Introduction: The aim of the Present research was to study the relationship between the transformational Leadership Styles of the elementary school's managers for male and the motivation to establish specialized sport schools by them in Tehran. Materials and method: 186 among360 managers were randomly selected from nineteen educational districts in Tehran using the multistage sampling. For data collection, MLQ for transformational Leadership Styles and the researcher made questionnaire for the motivation of starting the specialized sport's schools were employed. Results: Styles can predict motivation to establish specialized sport schools. Multi regression analyses method showed that there is a significant relationship between the change transformational Leadership Styles with the motivation to start specialized sport schools in Tehran and also transformational Leadership. Conclusion: Finding also reveals that transformational Leadership Styles of managers create sense of confidence and self-reliance because they admire values and believes, furthermore they encourage the sense of prospective aspects, realization of the objectives; stimulate the sense of cooperation and attaining modern methods in performing the assignments and stimulation of motivation. Abstract Introduction: The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effects of ICT on Zahedan's secondary-school students. Materials and method: The method of doing the descriptive research was surveying and the statistical community was all Zahedan's secondary-school students with 8000 population. In the academic year of 2012; the statistical sample is 367 students who have been selected by clustering sampling method. In this research we have used two vehicles inducing method and researcher date has been analyzed in two levels: Descriptive level (by using the frequency distribution tables, frequency percentage and drawing charts) and deductive (the T- Test, variance analyzing, Chi Square). Results: The main findings are that using of ICT on increasing determination, resolving ability, curiousness, and educational success and totally on learning of secondary-school students has been effective in a high level and this effectiveness differs among males and females with different averages. Abstract Introduction: Addiction is a physical and mental disease, causes various societal problems, including decline in public Health, mortality, social and domestic traumas, loss of educational and occupational opportunities in all aspects of life. This study aimed at comparing relapse of addiction in the personality characteristics of addicted individuals. The present study aims to examine the relationship between personality sketches with addiction relapse in addicted people. Materials and method: The research sample included addicted and former addicted person with addiction and no addiction relapse who referring to Raha Kish clinical center, Iran. Participants were selected using random sampling. The instrument was the Minnesota Multiphase Personality Inventory (MMPI). The hypotheses were tested using multiple analyses of variance, step by step differential analysis and between subjects effect test. Results: Results showed that there is a meaningful difference between addicted person who relapse and those who do not relapse. Also all clinical scale could predict personality sketch but 3 in those addicted who do not have relapse. Conclusion: Addicted person who do not have relapse outperform in personality sketch in compare with those addicted who have relapse because of lower personality trait. Abstract Introduction: Strategic intelligence is a novel theory concerning organization issue for finding basic capabilities and competitive advantages in present unstable organizational environment. Intelligence process converts information and makes intelligence. This process is done through analysis, interpretation, composition and application of information in the future decision making of organizations so the purpose of the present study is Predicting the effectiveness of academic information system Based on the components of strategic intelligence in university of zabol. Materials and method: Strategic Intelligence questionnaire and standardized questionnaire for Effectiveness of Information Systems were employed for assessment. Results: Finding reveals that there is a significant correlation between variables and also effectiveness of management information system and its components can be predicted by strategic intelligence. Conclusion: Results indicated that high strategic intelligence leads to the effectiveness of academic information which give competitive advantage to the organization and also deliver a product or service that is at a lower cost. Abstract Introduction: The purpose of this study was to predict mental health and its components (somatic symptoms, anxiety and insomnia, social dysfunction and depression) based on social problem solving (SPS), and self-efficacy. SPS have 2 problem solving orientations: negative and positive orientation to problem solving (NPO and PPO), and 3 problem solving styles: rational problem solving style (RPS), avoidance style (AS), and impulsive/carelessness style. Materials and methods: The statistical population consisted of undergraduate students at Azad University- Rudehen branch in 2013. Participants (n= 387) were randomly selected via multistage method and completed general health questionnaire (GHQ-28), social problem solving scale-revised (SPSR) and self-efficacy scale (Sherer et al). For analyzing of data multiple regression test is applied. Results: The results showed that NPO and ICS can positively and self-efficacy can negatively predict total score of mental health difficulties. NPO and ICS have significantly positive relationship with somatic symptoms and anxiety. NPO and AS have significantly positive relationship with depression. Also NPO and AS have significantly positive relationship with social dysfunction, whereas RPS have significantly negative relationships with social dysfunction and self-efficacy negatively predicts depression. Conclusion: According to research findings, it is recommended that psychologists emphasize on teaching and improving social problem-solving skills and self-efficacy for preventing of mental health difficulties. Abstract Introduction: Based on the self-determination theory (SDT) the relationship between perceived parenting styles (involvement, autonomy-support, and warmth), academic motivation and academic achievement was investigated. Materials and methods: In correlational design, 412 Iranian sophomore high school students were selected randomly and completed 2 scales: Academic Motivation Scale (AMS) and Perceptions of Parents Scale (POPS). Path analysis was used to analyze the data. Results: Results indicated that perceived parenting styles had an effect on academic achievement through mediation of academic motivation. The parents autonomy-support perceived had an indirect and parents warmth perceived had a direct effect on academic achievement. Abstract Introduction: Social anxiety which refers to obvious and persistent fear of social situations, and rises from the individual's beliefs, affects millions of people each year. This study aimed to examine the effectiveness of teaching the problem solving skills on reducing students' social anxiety. Materials and method: This study was a quasi-experimental one. By employing multi-stage sampling, 200 female high school students of Tehran's public schools were selected and examined by Social Anxiety Scale. Then 40 students who had achieved the highest scores on the scale were randomly selected among them, and divided into two experimental and control group randomly. Based on D'zarilla & Goldfield�s problem solving model, the problem solving skills were taught to the experimental group during 12 two-hour sessions. Results: Results showed that Social anxiety among the students who received problem solving skills training was significantly lower than the students who didnt receive the teaching and also problem-solving skills had the appropriate stability over time. Conclusion: Teaching problem solving training is proposed as an effective method to get rid of anxiety among students and preventing psychological and physical trauma and behavioral problems.
