The paper presents floristical data on three wildlife preserves (Atleka Reserve, Verkhne-Andomskiy Reserve, Soydozerskiy Reserve) and their outskirts, located in the Vologda Region part of Andomskaya Height. There fore the height presents flora atypical for the rest of the Vologda Region. From 1997 to 2012 a total amount of 488 species were found on Andomskaya Height, 77 of which are listed in the Red Data Book of the Vologda Region including 7 species listed in the Red Data Book of the Russian Federation: Isoetes echinospora, I. lacustris, Lobelia dortmanna, Cypri-pedium calceolus, Dactylorhiza baltica, D. traunsteineri s.l., Epipogium aphyllum. Flora of Andomskaya Height has specific features such as presence of relict species belonging to paludal, water, forest border and ruderal complexes. Minor representa-tion of apophytes and segetal weeds was revealed as for a long time there had been no agricultural load on surrounding meadows and forests. A few mires have aapa mire features. Dendrochronological analyses revealed that particular intact pineries were of the age of more than 350 years.
