Context: ozone therapy is a very effective therapeutic complement that can contribute to the symptoms of Cervicitis associated with the Human Papillomavirus. The general objective of this research is to assess the effects of intraperitoneal ozone therapy in the symptomatic and morphological picture of patients with Cervicitis associated with the Human Papillomavirus in Quito, Ecuador. Methods: is a Quasi-experimental research, whose methods are: hypothetical-deductive, systematization and clinical case study. Results: after 9 days of applying intraperitoneal ozone therapy, the patient showed absence of dysmenorrhea; and, at 22 days, favorable changes in the morphology of the cervix were evidenced, appreciating in Pet Scam inflammation of the cervix, reduction of inflammatory vascular congestion and reduction of "Schiller positive" lesion. It was determined that there is a correlation between the procedure of application of intraperitoneal ozone therapy with favorable symptomatic and morphological changes in patients with Cervicitis associated with the Human Papillomavirus, improving their quality of health. Conclusions: It was found that intraperitoneal ozone therapy applied to patients with Cervicitis associated with Human Papillomavirus improved the symptomatic and morphological picture of the patient.

The main objective of this research is to analyse how the level of experience and age influence the relationship between social factors and consumer behaviour in mixed shopping canters. The approach used in this research is quantitative at a descriptive, correlational level whose sample was 300 individuals. The exploratory study at KMO= 0.70. The results revealed a positive and significant moderating impact of experience levels on the relationship between the factors (b=0.27, t=-4.61, p˂.001), which supports H1. Regarding H2, the results reveal a non-significant positive moderating impact of experience levels (b=0.01, t=-0.03, p=0.896), not being enough to support H2. Analyses showed that the effect was stronger at low levels of experience, fading as experience increased, on the other hand, as age level increased the strength of the relationship between social factor and consumer behaviour.

Currently, biodiesel has become an alternative for the partial replacement of conventional diesel, due to the low cost of its raw material and low emission of polluting gases. The objective of this research was to obtain biodiesel from the soybean oil transesterification process. The method used served as the basis for its characterization to determine if the parameters were within the range established by international legislation regarding the production of biodiesel ASTMD6751 and EN14214. Three times were used in 30, 45 and 60 minutes, the last one being the one that provided the best results with respect to the following parameters: a density of 875 kg/m3, viscosity of 3.18 mm2/s, humidity percentage 0.029 % and an acidity index of 0.26 mgKOH/g, reaching the highest yield in this time of 69.01%. In conclusion, it can establish that both the oil and biodiesel obtained comply with international standards and above all that it could be used to obtain biofuels using vegetable oils, which opens the possibility of using it in mechanical internal combustion equipment.

The legal article developed allowed a detailed analysis of the current theories and practices of constitutional interpretation in Ecuador, analyzing the different existing positions and their impact on the application of the Constitution. Through the critical review of the theories and practices of normative interpretation in Ecuador, a descriptive methodology under a qualitative approach, of a basic-documentary nature, and the use of Analytical-Synthetic methods, the exegetics of constitutional norms and the method comparative, highlighted the relevance of constitutional interpretation to maintain the coherence and unity of the legal system. It was established that this task varies from one country to another and is based on the doctrine of originality, that is, maintaining the essence of the writers of the Magna Carta. Likewise, by investigating specifically in the Ecuadorian context, the methods and techniques used in this matter were identified, which are based on national legislative rules. These complement each other and must be used appropriately to achieve a comprehensive and systematic interpretation of constitutional norms. Therefore, constitutional interpretation in Ecuador is considered a fundamental tool of the constitutional legal system, since it provides the Constitutional Court with a wide capacity to select the appropriate methods of interpretation, which may vary over time depending on the doctrine. and related case law. In addition, this tool enables the investigation of the law established in the constitutional laws and explores all the facets that cover its legal and social content, promoting the use of techniques and approaches that guarantee the rights of Ecuadorian citizens.
