Mandibular condylar hyperplasia (CH) is a rare disease ? rst described in 1836 as an overgrowth of the mandibular condyle, unilaterally or
bilaterally, leading to facial asymmetry, mandibular deviation, malocclusion and articular dysfunction. A through clinical and radiographic
examination of the changes in mandible with the help of photographs, cephalograms, and 3D CT aids in optimal results in restoring the functional
integrity of the joints and esthetics of the face. Here we report an interesting and illustrative case of facial asymmetry with unilateral condylar
hyperplasia
