This study aims to design a management competency model for Iranian industrial and manufacturing organizations. This study uses a descriptive-survey method in which 256 managers of Iranian industrial and manufacturing organizations were sampled by purposive sampling and then studied in 2012 and 2013. Data collection was carried out by a research-made questionnaire. The instrument validity was assessed and verified based on the comments of university professors who were dealing with the subject of this study, while taking advantage of principal component analysis method and latent variables measurement fit using confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability was measured by Cronbach’s alpha which revealed a reliability of (R=90%), and as it can be claimed that the instrument enjoys a good reliability. To test the hypotheses of this research, structural equation modeling was used. The results verify all leading and alternative hypotheses of this study and reveal the existence of relationship between the competencies of management competency model for Iranian industrial and manufacturing organizations. The variable of business management enjoys the highest level of effectiveness. In other words, it enjoys the most significant relationship with management competency and then come the variables of managing others and managing self, respectively.

This study analyzes a barrier of developing Exchange named lack of information related to performance of organization. This paper proposes a combined approach to decision making that Examine companies financial performance and offers an optimal way to solve the problem of ranking and efficiency survey. FAHP-TOPSIS approach is used to rating companies and FAHP-DEA approach is used for efficiency survey of companies. These approaches were used for efficiency measurement and rating of the companies in the two industries including automobile and petrochemical industry in 6-year period from 1385 to 1390. Based on the results, Maroon Co., Persian Gulf, and Kharg and in automobile industry Saze Pooyesh CO, Bahman group and Iran Auto Parts gained the best place in the ranking of corporate financial performance. Also, in terms of efficiency, in petrochemical industry Maroon Co., Persian Gulf, Jahrom and Kharg and in automobile industry Saze Pooyesh CO, Iran Auto Parts, Nasir Machin and Saipa Dizel are efficient.

Generally talking people remember the political sociology as legal gaps by discriminating borders between social powers for the main principal and goals of legal systems which can make social and political and legal groups. This social-legal phenomenon which is mainly being analyzed in legal-based research studies has been in contemporary history of Iran. So that, one can say main legal gaps in conditional era is a gap which can be called necessity or unnecessity of law government, and in First Pahlavi Era, this gap, the clash between government meaning and the rule has been in the meaning of policy and law. At the time of Mohammad Reza Shah being in office, the main gap was the gap between the believers of constitutional law with two conservative and reformist approaches and the opponents of constitutional law, after Islamic revolution the gap between Islamists andmystics turned to a legal gap. It has been created also a similar gap to that of Phlavi’s in recent years in the subject of constitutional law.

This study examines the factors that affect the rate of inflation in Iran. The data used in this study were collected from the period of 1965 to 2012. Using Augmented Dickey Fuller (ADF) test for ascertaining the presence of unit root and stationarity of the series and Johansen co-integration test is used to explore the presence of long-run relationship among the series. An Error Correction Model is also used to capture the convergence of the inflation determining factors to achieving long run equilibrium. Findings show there exist a long run relationship between variables of money supply, gross domestic product, oil export revenue and Inflation. Error correction model shows short-run equilibrium takes place to equalize the model in long-run.
