External respiratory function of practically healthy students of both sexes in the age interval from 18 to 21 years was studied. Reduction in major indices of external respiratory function in comparison with the proper values regardless of gender and smoking was revealed.

Brucellosis, which is caused by Brucella spp., infects domestic and wild animals worldwide, as well as humans who have contact with infected animals or contaminated dairy products. In present-day epidemiological situation in Mongolia is not quiet, especially, zoonoses such us brucellosis have been broadly spreaded. Recently, we developed agar gel immunodiffusion (AGID) test with polysaccharide (Poly-B) antigen and an indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (i-ELISA) using soluble antigen extracted from B. abortus 544 by n-lauroylsarcosine (sarcosine extracts) and these tests could be used to differentiate naturally infected animals from vaccinated and Y. enterocolitica O9-infected ones; this assay simply and specifically diagnoses brucellosis. To validate the method in the field and to test the effectiveness of the vaccination program in Mongolia, a serological survey of brucellosis in nomadic animal husbandry in Mongolia was performed in 2010 and 2011. In this study had been determined an animal brucellosis prevalence in Arkhangai and Khovd aimag. The result showed that 1.25% and 0.4% of cattle and 0.04 % and 0.01% of small ruminants were positive for brucellosis in Arkhangai and Khovd aimag respectively. These results showed that B.abortus 159 N5R can be used as an alternative vaccine against bovine brucellosis.

The article reviews the influence of «western» concepts of the information needs of management process provisions on forming and developing the up-to-date model of Internal Control. An attempt has been made to develop the approach to solve urgent management tasks by applying the ideas of controlling and management accounting via the traditional national approach to the content of control. The place of control in the enterprise management information system has also been reviewed.

The article studies Perfect in German, English and Old Russian. Perfect is a complicated past tense, which is formed by the auxiliary verb and Perfect. The comparative analysis showed that these three languages have much in common in Perfect forming and its meaning, although Perfect doesn’t exist in modern Russian.

This article analyzes the concept of ‘jukebox musical’, classification of this kind of musical theatre productions, as well as those features which are characteristic for time of creation of these shows. During the last five decades there formed a whole separate area in musical theatre – the jukebox-musical, species of which may include: a musical essay, a musical concert, a musical drama, and a musical anthology. The importance of these productions for the world of music history is essential: they not only perpetuate the memory of some famous composers, singers, musicians, librettists, and lyricists, but also carefully preserve musical and vocal styles in relation to a particular historical period.

This paper includes results on a study of montane forest ecosystems in the present-day climate change environment. We have worked out the principles and criteria for ecological monitoring of montane forest ecosystems. It is established that iconditions, the object of research, the basic requirements for ecological monitoring is a catchment. To assess the influence of forest vegetation (and, hence, forestry and recreation) on the slopes of the water balance and hydrological regime of streams it is proposed to use a tiered system of ranking watersheds. In order to obtain up-to-date information on the condition of montane forest ecosystems it is proposed to use GIS-technologies actively.
