This work seeks to answer the question of whether the Internet is epistemically secure. The problem is approached from a double path (i) analytical (a priori, logical-philosophical) and (ii) empirical. For the first, the treatment is based on the logic of justification; while the second, in a survey in which respondents answer on the use and assessment of the information offered by the internet. The argument presented is as follows: If epistemic security requires the exercise or implementation of epistemic virtues and those practices by the user are weak, then the Internet is not epistemically secure. Based on the established results, it is concluded that the internet is not epistemic safe and some risks that this entails are discussed.

This paper aims to propose ideas about the resignification of current education based on the analysis of three ideological transformations involved in our classrooms: the economy as a suprasocial sphere, competitiveness as part of daily life and the acceptance that absence of alternatives could modify the social reality. The educator, the learners and our institutions face this ideological panorama, whose roles are being transformed, both in their name and in their essence. Alternatives and strategies are proposed for the different moments of the teaching learning process, looking for the creation of hybrid learning environments, collaborative and in dialectical parity among its main actors.

This article analyzes the implementation of the Outsourcing business model and its relationship with the organizational development of companies in Panama City, and identifies the concepts of the study variables. The methodology is framed within the positivist and quantitative research paradigm. The type of research is descriptive, correlational, with a non-experimental, transactional and field design. The universe was 1,600 companies affiliated to the Panama Chamber of Commerce. Seventy-eight organizations that implement the Outsourcing model were selected as population. Of these firms, 48 were chosen through random sampling and one manager was selected to represent each organization. The observation technique was used by means of a survey and its instrument was the questionnaire, which was tested for content validity and reliability through a pilot test, obtaining a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient of .848. The results showed that there is a significant statistical correlation between the variables Outsourcing implementation and organizational development. In conclusion, it is affirmed that outsourcing is presented as an alternative for strengthening business structures in companies in Panama City.

The objective is to evidence that during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic in Mexico, international actions multiplied and voluntary withdrawal from the presidency prevailed. It is analyzed Mexico's relationship with the United States and multilateral actions during 2019 and the start of the pandemic with official documents. Negotiation between power groups for Mexican foreign policy decisions is discussed. The main conclusion is that foreign policy moved from presidential withdrawal to activism, forced by the pandemic, in both cases highlighting the role of the Mexican Chancellor who was responsible for the actions.
