  • The American Journal of Experimental and Clinical Research (AJECR) [ISSN 2330-9237 (Print) and ISSN 2330-9245 (Online)] is a scholarly multidisciplinary peer reviewed open access journal which provides a forum for scientific information exchange in the field of basic and clinical medical, dental and biological science researches. The journal has an internationally oriented "Editorial Team" consisting of selected scientists and clinical experts in various basic and clinical medical science fields. The aim of the AJECR is timely dissemination of experimental and clinical research findings to improve human health care. The journal publishes Editorials, Original articles, Review articles, Short communications, Case reports, Methods/techniques and Letters to the editor/correspondences. Articles on laboratory and basic science research as well as clinical research in medicine are eligible for consideration. Reports on animal models and in vitro assays will also be considered. The journal has no article publication fees. After online submission, articles are peer-reviewed and, if accepted, are published instantly to allow rapid international exposure. Manuscripts submitted for publication must contain a statement indicating that all human studies have been reviewed by the appropriate ethics committee and therefore performed according to the ethical standards as in an appropriate version of the Declaration of Helsinki and the subsequent amendments. In addition, a statement as all persons gave informed consent prior to inclusion in the study must be included in the text. Reports on animal experiments must be according to the “Principles of Laboratory Animal Care” (NIH publication 82-23, revised in 1985 and further implemented in 1996).
