Albuquerque: journal of history is a biannual open access publication, which aims to disseminate the production in the fields of Humanities and Social Sciences, Languages and Arts, and also the meeting between different areas, in the form of articles, translations, reviews , essays, interviews. The journal is edited by the Postgraduate Program in Cultural Studies (PPGCult) of the Universidade Federal de Mato Grosso do Sul (UFMS/Campus of Aquidauana) and by the members of the Laboratory of Studies in Differences & Languages - LEDLin - UFMS.
The journal also limits the number of publications by researchers and professors from the institution itself. Contributions are accepted in portuguese, english and spanish.
