The chemical, fractional composition of barite of Too–Moyunsky deposit of Osh region of the Kyrgyz Republic is investigated. Based on the results obtained, it is concluded that barite found in the rock dumps of the Too–Moyun deposit can be used as a filler to produce a composite material for protection from radiation. A comparative analysis of the obtained data for particles of barite (50–1500 μm) filler with a mass concentration of 10%, 20%, 30%, 40% , 50% and 60% showed that the experimental results of attenuation of beta and gamma radiation with increasing barite composite thickness its radiation protection ability modified by microscopic excipients barite, increased, which is explained by an increase in the number of scattering centers. The maximum value of the increase in the beta radiation attenuation multiplication in the course of the experiment on the thickness of the protective layer of the composite 2,0 cm was approximately 2 times, and in the case of a composite thickness of 5 cm, the attenuation of the beta radiation was a maximum value, that is 100%. At the same time, gamma radiation at a composite thickness of 2 cm is absorbed 1,3 times, and at a composite thickness of 5 cm, the radiation is completely absorbed.

Intra–bone pressure is measured in 72 patients with different forms of acute hematogenic osteomyelitis. The results are showing that at 69.4% patients IBP is 120.0±8.41 mm w. p. at 23.7% is above according to normal, at 6.9% IBP was not managing to measure. Increasing IBP indicates of acute hematogenic osteomyelitis. Results of osteomedullograhy investigation show that at 70.4% of patients contrast substance is delaying at centre’s 40–60 minutes. Studies based on a multifactor analysis of anamnestic data for 300 children with hydrocephalus treated in the neurosurgery department of the National Center of Maternity and Child Health are presented. The data were collected according to a specially developed questionnaire, including the medical, social and clinical sections. 267 children were examined. The formulation of clinical diagnoses was carried out in accordance with ICD-10. In conclusion, we can conclude that among the children with GDC was a high percentage of premature births (28.0%), with complications (69.7%), rapid and prolonged births were 26.0% and 22.3%, respectively, along anhydrous period and weak labor activity was detected in 16.7% also 15.7% of cases, respectively.

The article the issue of diabetes (type 2) on preventive use of vegetal hypoglycemic agents is discussed. It represents the method of adoption of a natural hypoglycemic food supplement that provides high Bioavailability in the hypoglycemic substances used by the used plant nutrition (F. Myrtle, C. Phaseoli, R. Araliu, H. Eqisett, Fr. Rose, H. Hiperrici Fl. Chamomilla). The used products of diabetic purpose are described with the usage of this hypoglycemic supplement. In the supplementation the high bioavailability of substances of hypoglycemic activity is achieved by the extraction of water–borne substances, adding obtained extract on the active wheat bran and their lyophilic drying. The results of the prophylactic efficacy analysis of the supplement are presented on the example of laboratory animals (white rats). The advantage of hypoglycemic supplementation, which is developed by the proposed method is proved in comparison with the usage of dry vegetable powders. Four groups of trial animals participated in the research. I — control, II, III and IV, which were artificially diseased with diabetes — with 0,1% of an alcoholic solution of Dithizone. The II group was fed with a product containing a new additive, the III one with the same product without the additions, and the IV — with the same product plus the addition of the dry powder of the vegetable set.

The scientific article contains experimental material devoted to the study of the peculiarities of growing cherry rootstocks vegetatively by using a special structure with a regulated microclimate inside. The researchers revealed high efficiency of cultivation of rootstocks of cherry Lyubskaya variety from green annual shoots. The best conditions for the rhizogenesis of the root and aboveground rootstock systems are created when the cuttings are placed in an artificial substrate under the 15×15 cm scheme. Under these conditions, the total volume of the root system reaches 548 cm3 at the end of the vegetation, with a height of 72 cm and an area of formed leaves up to 1332 cm2.

The results of an assessment of the humus state of eroded soils formed in mountain conditions are considered. The article deals with the humus condition of the main types of soils of vertical belts. In general, our studies show that these ratios of Сga: Сfa correlate with soil susceptibility to erosion processes, depend on slope exposure and slope elements. The expansion of Сga: Сfa is accompanied by an increase in the optical density of humic acids. Differences in resistance to coagulation between humates of different soils, to varying degrees of susceptibility to erosion and anthropogenic factors, correspond to differences between them according to their optical properties.

Mastitis is the most common disease in dairy farming, in clinical and subclinical form it is diagnosed in more than 50% of cows. Currently, various drugs and methods are used to treat mastitis. The article presents data on the effectiveness of the use of the preparation Ceftonit and preparation on the basis of cefquinome sulfate in the treatment of various forms of clinical mastitis during lactation. For the treatment of mastitis, the cows used the preparation Ceftonit®, Nita–Farm Russia, containing in its composition 50 mg/ml of ceftiofur, which is used in comparison with imported drug containing in its composition 25 mg/ml cefquinome sulfate. As a result of researches, it is established that the drug Ceftonit in the treatment of clinical mastitis in cows is not found in the milk of BRT by the AIM test and shows 100% therapeutic efficacy with an average recovery time of animals 5.5 days. Disease recurrence in the form of subclinical mastitis in the treatment with the drug Ceftonit was from 25 to 33%, and in the treatment with the drug based on cefkinom sulfate the number of relapses was greater and amounted to 44.44%. The use of the drug Ceftonit® for the treatment of mastitis does not lead to the culling of milk due to the presence of antibiotics, in contrast to the drug based on cefkinom sulfate, which has a restriction on milk, as confirmed by our studies.

In this article the change and determination of the chemical composition of the metal–thermal reaction is considered. For the increasing the duration of combustion and reduction the spud of metal–thermal reaction a bauxite (alumina), a coal (a mixture of alumina with silicon) and a natural mixture are added. A number of heat secretion reactions is reduced, and the heat dissipation ability is optimized. The aim of this article is a management by metallothermic processes speed and by burning duration with the help of heating value optimization of the prepared mixture from natural home raw material resources (bauxite, caoline) and aluminum oxide. The obtained mixtures have significantly higher characteristics compared to each of the original components. The novelty of the topic is the use of natural fossil resources (bauxite and caoline) in alternation of ingredients. From the obtained results it is sun that bauxite and caoline are more useful for metal–thermal reactions and it makes 6% of composition. It is found that the metallothermic composite solid fuel combustion occurs independently by releasing a large amount of heat. For this reason, there is the problem of controlling thermal processes and optimizing the heating value of bauxite, ammonium nitrate, potassium permanganate and glycerin composite mixture. The conducted researches show that the following should be observed for effective carrying out of oxides metallothermic reduction: the amount of heating temperature released during thermal processes should be greater than the melting temperature of the recoverable metal, as well as the product formed. Thus, it is possible to create a fuel composite with these thermal properties by optimizing the metallothermic composite fuel composition, and this king of composite solid fuels can be used in small–scale power generation and for household use.

This work is devoted to the study of conversion of anisole, as one of the lignin monomers, in the presence of catalysts synthesized by the hydrothermal method. Platinum and palladium catalyst deposited on the polymer matrix of hypercrosslinked polystyrene allowed achieving about 90% of anisole conversion. It was shown that during the conversion of anisole, cyclohexane, methylcyclohexane and phenol are the main products. The highest selectivity (approx. 88%) with respect to cyclohexane was shown by a platinum catalyst supported on hypercrosslinked polystyrene. The palladium catalyst showed lower selectivity for cyclohexane (approx., 68%), however, analysis of the reaction mixture revealed an increase in the content of methylcyclohexane. Thus, the use of catalysts synthesized by the hydrothermal method in the processing of biomass components is a promising direction for the development of biofuel production technologies.

This article presents an analysis of the various processes of thermal utilization of carbon fiber reinforced composites. Incineration technologies in specialized installations and in cement production kilns allow to get rid of the significant amounts of a wide variety of wastes, including polymer composites, with useful energy potential, therefore, it is a popular way to solve the problem of such materials in a place where their disposal is prohibited. However, in this case, valuable resources, like carbon fiber, which production is very energy–consuming, are lost. Therefore, the priority is technologies that allow recycled carbon fiber recovery. One of the most widely used methods that meet most requirements is pyrolysis; therefore, investigation of optimal conditions for this process is an urgent task for research.

In the work, the measurement of the solubility of synthesis gas was carried out in the temperature range of 100–300 °C and pressure range of 1.0–5.0 MPa. n–dodecane was used as a solvent, as it is one of the most frequently used solvents in the liquid–phase Fischer–Tropsch synthesis. Based on the results obtained in the work, thermodynamic parameters of absorption were calculated, such as the Henry constant, absorption enthalpy and apparent activation energy of absorption. The phase equilibrium was calculated using the Soave–Redlich–Kwong cubic equation of state. This work is devoted to the process of cellobiose (4-O–beta–D–glucopyranosyl–D–glucose) hydrogenation to D–sorbitol, which is valuable raw material for food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. The data on the regularities of the catalytic hydrogenation of cellobiose to D–sorbitol are presented in this work. Cellobiose hydrogenation was performed in a batch reactor. The catalytic system presented by 3 wt. % ruthenium supported on the hypercrosslinked polystyrene (HPS) was used as a catalyst for cellobiose hydrogenation. The catalyst was produced by the impregnation of HPS (amino–functionalized MN 100) by the solution of the ruthenium salt in a complex solvent — tetrahydrofuran–methanol–water by the ratio 4:1:1. Before the experiments, the catalyst was reduced in hydrogen flow at the atmospheric pressure and temperature of 573 K. the analysis of the samples of the reaction mixture was performed by the thin–layer chromatography using Sorbfil 100×200 mm chromatographic plate and Sorbfil visualizer.

The preservation of the genetic diversity of a species is possible only if the gene pool of its populations is preserved. Particularly important are studies of patterns of distribution of genetic variability for species that occupy vast areas and are of economic importance, such as species of the genus Larix Mill. The purpose of this study is to analyze the genetic diversity and structure of some populations of L. sibirica of Ural based on intermicrosatellite polymorphism. Using the ISSR markers, the genetic diversity and structure of 6 natural populations of Siberian larch L. sibirica in the Urals were analyzed. The analysis revealed 120 ISSR markers, of which 116 were polymorphic (P95=0.967). The main parameters of the genetic diversity of populations were determined and it was shown that the Ural populations of Siberian larch are characterized by a higher genetic diversity. At the same time, the highest rates of genetic diversity were found in the VSN population (P95=0.923; HE=0.236; ne=1.388), while the ISH population was the least diverse in all indicators (P95=0.826; HE=0.191; ne=1.321). The studied populations of L. sibirica of the Urals are largely differentiated, most of the entire observed genetic diversity is concentrated within populations. The structure of populations is generally close but does not fully reflect the geographical location of the studied populations. The findings suggest the existence of genetically differentiated populations and their groups in L. sibirica in the study region and will be important for the development of an effective strategy for the conservation and reproduction of valuable tree species of plants.

The article presents the literature data on the systematics and botanical nomenclature of various representatives of plants of the genus Elaeagnus, morphological and diagnostic features and ecological features of the growth of these plant species in arid areas. The fruit pulp contains about 40% carbohydrates, half of which is fructose. In the agro–industrial complex, the fruits of the sucker are feed for poultry. In addition, the literature review provides information on the establishment of physiological, biological and pharmacological activity of various representatives of the genus Elaeagnus. The chemical composition of plant extracts of this genus and the phytochemical characteristics of individual species are described in detail. It is shown that plant extracts of the genus Elaeagnus have antimicrobial, insecticidal, antiviral, antioxidant, wound healing, anti–inflammatory, antimutagenic, anti-tumor and other effects. Means obtained on the basis of raw materials of different species of plants of the genus Elaeagnus are used in diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, upper respiratory tract, urinary and cardiovascular systems and is used as a tonic and multivitamin. The chemical composition of extracts of the majority of representatives of the genus Elaeagnus containing various biologically active components, including β–carbolic alkaloids, polysaccharides, esters, Flavon glycosides, phenols, phenolic acids, ketones, pyrimidine and phenyl esters, steroids and terpenes, interchangeable and essential amino acids and nutraceuticals, vitamins and fatty acids is described. The article is devoted to the evaluation of the work of the neonatal pathology departments in the Northwestern Federal District. To achieve this goal, we analyzed the mortality rates of newborns weighing 1000 grams or more and weighing 500–999 grams, as well as the survival rates of children with extremely low birth weight. In the course of the study, official statistical reports and publications of the Rosstat and the Central Scientific Research Institute for the Organization and Informatization of Health Care of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation for 2010–2016 were studied. Today, NAFTLD is considered an integral part of the metabolic syndrome. The pathogenesis of steatosis and metabolic steatohepatitis is poorly studied and there are very contradictory data in the literature, which served as the basis for the creation of this review. The authors consider in detail the historical aspect of the formation of the NAFTLD as an independent nosological unit. A number of etiological aspects of the formation of NAFTLD, but to a large extent, the review is devoted to the mechanisms and pathogenesis of the formation of NAFTLD. The study was aimed to define the correlation between rill forms with different length parameters in the key-site area located nearby Zabala. The aim of the study is the selection and analysis of the most relevant fertilizers–meliorants, assessment of their application in the reclamation of irrigated agricultural land. The research was based on experimental and theoretical methods of analysis, generalization, comparison of data. The carried-out characteristic of the fertilizers–meliorants used for reclamation of agricultural lands allowed to allocate, complex fertilizers–meliorants which include industrial waste and natural sorbent–meliorants. Non-traditional fertilizers–meliorants created on the basis of sewage sludge with the addition of natural sorbent–meliorants are analyzed. The formulas for determining the optimal doses of fertilizers–meliorants on the agricultural landscape with different intensity of degradation processes, which allow minimizing the technological processes with greater economic efficiency, are obtained. In areas with low intensity of degradation processes, 100 g/m2 (or 1 t/ha) should be applied, for the average — 350 g/m2 (or 3.5 t/ha), for high intensity of degradation processes, 850 g/m2 (or 8.5 t/ha) should be applied. Application of fertilizers–meliorants in reclamation of irrigated agricultural landscapes is necessary, first of all, in the restoration of soil–forming factors.

The article is devoted to a resonant, but unfortunately, relevant topic in the legal space of many states — the abolition of adoption. The article analyzes this institution not only from the point of view of the legal regulation of the consideration of cases concerning the cancellation of adoption by courts of general jurisdiction, but also the psychological aspect of resolving such disputes. The authors unequivocally conclude that the success of the judicial procedure in these categories of cases depends not so much on correct, timely actions performed by the court itself, but rather on the presence in the process of persons with the necessary knowledge and skills (psychologists) who are able to provide the court with the true information about the psychological state of the child in respect of which the question of the abolition of adoption. Also, the authors have repeatedly argued in the article about the necessity of imposing a mandatory pre-trial procedure on mediation whenever possible, and ideally an extrajudicial procedure for resolving cases, on cases of cancellation of adoption. Where in this procedure the leading role would be assigned to a psychologist–a mediator who, in the process of working with the parties, corrected their behaviour and possibly led to the most favourable outcome for the adopted child. The need to use mediation and other conciliation procedures in relation to adoptive parents and adopted children is stated. The authors also in the article consider the international experience (by example) of Japan, which allows concluding that the legislation of the Russian Federation is more perfect, but still requires further refinement. The need to improve legislation is stated and specific solutions to the existing gaps are provided.

The category of case that has an important position in the morphological system of the Azerbaijani language has gone through a special development path both in our literary language and in our dialects and accents. In this historical development process, the category of a case has gained some innovative features. A number of interesting facts about this category have been preserved in modern dialects and languages of our language. Nominative case in dialects, also in literary language does not have any morphological features. In the cases of genitive and accusative, the symptoms of dialectic became more self–evident. These cases are handled differently in from the literary language, and on the other hand, they can replace a number of other cases. The suffixes of these cases had preserved archaic deaf (very) h consonant in some accents. Dative, Instrumentation, Prepositive cases attract attention with multifarious morphological features, inclining to closed vowels, and functional diversity. In our literary language, there are meeting two forms of the four-variant suffixes, and the four forms of two-variant suffixes. The postpositive case that doesn’t exist in modern literary language is also examined in dialects and accents.

Climate change, combined with exposure to air pollutants, can adversely affect the quality of life of patients with pollinosis. Meteorological factors such as temperature and precipitation can correct the aeropalynological prognosis in different years. With this in mind, the purpose of this article was to study the influence of meteorological factors and pollutants on the dynamics of the pollen content of plants in the air and its modifications associated with climate change. It was established that the temperature increase in the spring in Bishkek favored intensive pollinating of trees and shrubs, and in the fall — of weeds. Precipitation and relative humidity dramatically negatively affected the pollen content, due to fragmentation, the disintegration of native pollen into smaller fragments. Air pollutants influenced both positively (dust, benz–a–pyrene) on the dynamics of the pollen content, and negatively (SO2, NO2, CO). The number of polymorphic, teratomorphic, deformed and fragmented pollen grains, especially of grass and weeds, has increased in the aeropatinological spectrum, which in the future will contribute to the weighting of pollinosis and the development of symptoms of pollen asthma. The obtained results serve as the basis for creating a regional pollen monitoring service, its inclusion in the global network and taking into account the allergenic properties of trees and shrubs when greening cities in the republic.

This article presents the results of the assessment of the biological availability of radionuclides in the soil. The object of this work is to identify the forms of cesium-137 in the soil and to establishing their quantitative ratio 30 years after the disaster at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. We were determined the mobility of radiocaesium in the soil, a sequential extraction method was used. Research methods: Research revealed significant differences in the concentration of radiocaesium in the solvents used. The content of radiocaesium in the aqueous extract varied from 0.4 Bq to 5.5 Bq, ammonium acetate varied from 0.3 Bq to 2.8 Bq. The most significant radiocaesium transitions were observed using hydrochloric acid. When we were using 1M hydrochloric acid, radiocaesium content was (0.4–4.2) Bq, at a concentration of 6M (2–88) Bq. Analysis of the dynamics of the content of radiocaesium in the aqueous extract indicates a decrease in the size of the radionuclide transition overall soils. Average rates for sandy loam were 2,3% and 1.8%, sandy soil 4.3% and 2.2%, and peat bog 0.8% and 0.3% for 2017–2018 years. For the ammonium acetate extract on sandy loops, there was an increase in the transition from 1.3% to 2.5%. On sand and peat, there was a decrease in availability, respectively (7.6–4.5)% and (1.8–0.7)%. The radionuclide transition decreased from 2.9% to 2.2%, when extracting with hydrochloric acid (1M concentration) on sandy loam. On the sand revealed an increase in availability from 4.4% to 5.2%. Accessibility changes have occurred minimal, on the moor. Soil treatment with 6M hydrochloric acid increased the radionuclide transfer to sandy loam and peatlands. An increase in the amount of radiocaesium in 6=M acid means the further fixation of the radionuclide by the soil absorbing complex.

The paper presents the results of the investigation of the soils on the slopes with the exposure to the south and north in the valley of the Guayllabamba river, South America, Equatorial Andes. The analysis proved that the soils on the slope with the exposure to the north are characterized by the small amount of organic matter (0.10–0.21%). The organic matter content in the soils of the slope with the exposure to the south varies from 0.44 to 1.92%. Inherited variability of plants is associated with mutations. They lead to changes in the structure of genes, their number, the sequence of location, the structure of chromosomes, their number and number of haploid sets. This, in turn, leads to the variability of biological, morphological, biochemical and other traits of plants and other organisms. Spontaneous mutations tend to occur at a low frequency. Therefore, researchers use induced mutagenesis, which significantly increases the frequency of mutations. Comparison of spontaneous and induced mutants shows that in induced mutagenesis there is a severe impact of mutagenic factors on the genotype, which leads to a significant imbalance of the genome and its long-term genetic variability. The applied γ– irradiation of tomato seeds made it possible to detect up to 3% of plants with useful traits, but they could not be fixed in the progeny. Despite numerous attempts to create varieties by the method of induced mutagenesis, their number is very small, and productive breeders, as a rule, do not use the method of inducing hereditary changes, which can be observed from the publications of the last 10–15 conferences and meetings on vegetable and melon growing (2000–2016). In connection with the above, a great theoretical and practical interest is the study of the spontaneous forming process in tomato against the background of natural viral infectivity. In this case, we should expect the likelihood of the emergence and selection of valuable donors. The article presents the facts of spontaneous mutagenesis of the shape and size of the fetus. As a result of studying the arising spontaneous mutations of characters and their reversions in the progeny, mutant plants and lines with valuable economic qualities were selected. The authors believe that almost all the diversity of tomato in shape, weight and colour of the fruit is mainly due to mutations.

In the poorly man-caused polluted soils of the Absheron Peninsula, Azerbaijan (Kala settlement), field experiments were carried out with the help of Sorghum plants (Sorghum vulgare L.). In phytoremediation experiments, the Sorghum plant (Sorghum vulgare L.) occupies a special place in its physiological characteristics. For the planting and cultivation of Sorghum (Sorghum vulgare L.), 2 sites with dimensions of 5×5 m = 25 m2 were identified. The first site was intended for the control option. The soil of the second site was treated with a special biofertilizer with a calculation of 29–30 kg per 25 m2 of area. In addition, in the process of growing Sorghum plants (Sorghum vulgare L.) on the second site, it was exposed to spraying with biologically active liquid preparations Baktovit and Biomax with a calculation of 1 litre from each preparation for a site with a size of 25m2. The vegetative period of the Sorghum plant (Sorghum vulgare L.) lasted 140 days. The growth process was analyzed in the integral approximation, by the weight of the green mass of the plants taken from each 1 m2 of the site, which was chosen at random. The choice and weighing of the green mass were carried out 5 times, 30, 50, 70, 90, 120th days of the vegetation period of Sorghum plants (Sorghum vulgare L.). The growth of plants in the context of the integral approximation was analyzed within the framework of two substrate model of plant growth. It was revealed that, in the framework of this approximation, the growth of the Sorghum plant (Sorghum vulgare L.) is described with sufficient accuracy by an exponential function. Analysis of the obtained data allows the following conclusions. The growth process of Sorghum plants (Sorghum vulgare L.) has shown its stability against poorly technogenically polluted soils and can play an important role in the biological rehabilitation of such soils. The growth dynamics of Sorghum plants (Sorghum vulgare L.) during the growing season as part of the approximate weight of the green mass is satisfactorily described by the two-substrate model of plant growth, which demonstrates the ability of the plant to adapt to the shortages of nutrients in the soil environment.

The effect of the last cultivated crop on the species diversity and productivity of a short-term (three-year) deposit was studied when the intensive use of arable land was stopped. The studies were carried out on the basis of many years of field agricultural experience, some of the variants of which were left for natural overgrowing. It is established that the last crop rotation has a significant impact on the species composition of the emerging short-term deposit only in the first year of overgrowing. In the second and third year, the number and types of plants in the developing phytocenosis are determined by weeds and are represented by their most common species in a given territory. As costs forms, the share of perennial plant species in the composition of herbage in the short-term fallow and reduction of annual species increases. In the third year of overgrowing, typical plants occur on forest edges and in the forest, including tree-shrub vegetation, appear in the herbage. The productivity of green mass of herbaceous plants already in the second year of overgrowing is sharply reduced and already depends little on the initial crop of crop rotation.

The need for such refinement of dynamic estimates is caused by the growing processes of internationalization of the industrial sector to the level elements of socio-economic security of the industrial sector. At the same time, exogenous moments prevail over endogenous ones at the stage of industrial growth. However, at the stage of decline of the “catastrophic type”, as foreign experience has shown, the exogenous moment plays a significant role in increasing the value of socio-economic security of the industrial sector. However, the current practice shows the existence of sectors of the economy that are on their own production characteristics as export-oriented and import-dependent (i. e., “mixed type”). In this case, can be attributed to such segments, which, according to the above typology belong to the group of resource–intensive, capital–intensive, knowledge-intensive or innovative. One of the most effective tools for the development of small business in the article is justified lending. In the article, when considering the issues of lending to small businesses, the authors analyzed the line of credit products of Russian banks by major loan products: investment lending, negotiable lending, commercial mortgage for a small segment, as well as refinancing loans. It was revealed that for commercial banks, financing small businesses leads to a diversification of the banking clientele, expansion of the operations provided, attracting more customers to the bank and increasing profits. The analysis showed that in recent years there has been an increase in overdue loans for lending to small businesses, which entails an increase in the number of refusals to lend to small businesses. After analyzing the main reasons, the main problems of lending by the borrowers themselves are identified: high-interest rates on loans, complexity and duration of credit analysis, lack of collateral, the liquid property, as well as the unwillingness of the borrower to provide relevant information about the activity. The evaluation of health losses from working population is pointed out in this article as a necessary element in assessing the potential of economic modernization at the local level. It is shown that economic losses associated with morbidity with a temporal disability depend on the level of territory’s modernization, and can be used while prognosis the opportunities of outstripping socio-economic development of the cities. Cluster analysis using 18 statistical indicators of modernization in social, demographical and economic spheres was made on the example of 7 cities of Perm Krai; four types of territories with different levels of modernization were identified. Several indicators of morbidity with a temporal disability were analyzed for each type of territories (with the high or low level of modernization). The indicators were taken from the Federal Statistical Observation Form №16-VN (2015). It was recognized, that a number of indicators significant differ at the most and least modernized territories. It is shown that the structure of morbidity in the cities is similar, except the least modernized town (Kudymkar) which is characterized by high incidence rate in the class «Diseases of the nervous system» and the high proportion of sick women. The economic evaluation of health losses showed that the largest losses per worker are in the slightly modernized towns – Lysva and Kudymkar. The proposed approach is useful in assessing the resources and obstacles to the economic modernization at the cities and can be used to justify management decisions in a sphere of economic modernizing in Russia.

The selection of some clones of the recombinant Yarrowia lipolytica yeast producing an encapsulated high-temperature phytase of Obesumbacterium proteus has been performed. The introduction of the pUV3-Op plasmid affected on neither growth parameters nor development of transformants. The maximum phytase activity was reached after 48 hours of cultivation and showed a wide optimal pH range (5.0–7.0). The growth of transformants in the poor medium using low-value plant raw materials (sunflower meal, wheat middling, crushed corn) as the sole source of phosphates has been studied. During the experiment, biomass accumulation, phytase activity and morphology of the Y. lipolytica transformants were tested. Growth in the sunflower meal containing medium was accompanied by a high level of phytase activity and biomass yield while the cultivation in crushed corn containing medium led to significantly lower level of biomass yield and phytase activity. In the cells of transformants grown using the plant phytate–containing substrates the 3–4 fold increase in inorganic phosphate content was observed compared to that in the initial Y. lipolityca yeast. This study let us conclude that the transformed Y. lipolityca Po1f (pUV3-Op) yeast tested is capable of synthesizing phytase when cultivated in phytate-containing media and can be used to produce fodder additives.

In order to assess the quality of medical care for children on an outpatient basis, an anonymous questionnaire was conducted on 100 parents of patients at the Children’s Polyclinic Department of the Novodevatkino Clinic, which showed that on average parents assess the quality of medical care by 4,1±0,08 points. When assessing the activity of the children’s polyclinic department, 65% of parents are satisfied with the quality of medical care, 29% of parents are not entirely satisfied with them and only 2% are not satisfied at all. A comparative description of the Absheron area with the use of previously collected material and data obtained from field studies was carried out. The article presents the results of studies on the rates of barley sowing on drained soils. The investigations were carried out in the experimental fields of the All-Russian Research Institute of Reclaimed Lands. It has been established that when barley is placed in a crop rotation after good predecessors and grown with the use of the basic elements of intensive technologies, the reduction of the barley sowing rates from 6.0 million/ ha of fresh grains to 4.0 6.0 million/ha does not lead to a decrease in yield. Analysis of the structure of the crop showed that a decrease in the barley seeding rate from 6.0 to 4.0 million ha of virgin grains leads to a 33.8% decrease in plant standstill (from 307 to 244 pieces per m2) and the number of stems with a spike of 13,8%. At the same time, due to the reduction in the number of plants and productive plants, with a decrease in the rate of sowing, crop losses were compensated for by more intensive plant growth and an increase in the mass of grain in the ear. The productive tillering of barley plants increased from 1.38 to 1.80 (by 30.4%), and the preservation of plants by 12.6% (from 78.8 to 91.4%). With a decrease in the sowing rate, the grain mass in the ear increased by 9.5% due to a larger number of grains (by 7.4%) and a weight of 1000 grains (by 1.5%). With a decrease in barley sowing rates from 5.0–6.0 to 4.0 million/ha of virgin grains, the consumption of seeds per 1 ton of grown grain is reduced by 18.8-30.3%, and the direct costs of cultivating barley in terms of 1 ha due to the savings of seeds are reduced by 600-1200 rubles.

The article presents the results of a study of perennial haymaking grass stands on the basis of Galega in the conditions of the Non-chernozem zone of the Russian Federation. The cultivars of eastern goat in mixture with cereal grasses (awnless bromegrass, reed canarygrass, timothy grass) are investigated. Varieties of Galega: Gale of selection of the Estonian Research Institute of Farming and Melioration, Yubilyar and Krivich — GNU Pskov NIISH. The studied varieties are drought-resistant and frost-resistant crops, poorly affected by diseases and pests, which ensure a high economic efficiency. The aim of the research is to study haymaking grass stands on the basis of new species and varieties of leguminous and cereal grasses in single-species and mixed crops, which make it possible to obtain the greatest efficiency when used. Using Galega mixed with grasses provides a balanced on protein quality hay, signage and silage. The dry matter yield over the years of experience was 4.0–11.7 t/ha. The more concentrated Galega is marked in pure crops. In mixed herbage, the cereal component predominates over the legume. With the increase in the age of haymaking grass stands, a gradual replacement of the cereal component occurs. The leaf formation of the bean component was at a high level. More competitive in grass mixtures, according to years of experience, is the Galega variety Krivich. It has been established that in mixture with Galega, awnless bromegrass, reed canarygrass, timothy grass, contribute to improving the quality of the prepared feed. The highest productivity of Galega is noted in the wet and warm year 2017. In pure crops, the yield varied 5.9–11.7 t/ha dry weight, and in mixture with cereals 5.8–9.6 t/ha. On average, over the years of experience, Galega variety Yubilyar is more productive.

The crop yield of each cotton variety depends on its biological properties and on external factors, such as water regime and the amount of mineral nutrition. In 2016, experiments were conducted with a promising cotton variety Bukhara-102 zoned on takyr soils located in the territory of the Kashkadarya experimental station in the Kashkadarya region of the Research Institute of breeding, seed and agricultural technology of cotton growinf. Three variants of sites with different degrees of salinization were determined: non-saline, low and medium saline. To activate the development process, various combinations of mineral nutrition and the time of their introduction were used. The best option among all studied was found to be mineral fertilizers with the standard N-160, P-100 and K-70 kg/ha. Received the highest economic efficiency.

The need of enterprises and organizations for new equipment and services is usually met by foreign suppliers, which increases the dependence of the national economy on imports. The formed import dependence of the national economy has created a basis for pressure on Russia from industrialized countries. The analysis shows that the reserves for sanctions pressure have not yet been exhausted and in the future, there will be an aggravation of the military-political situation and an increase in the intensity of anti-Russian sanctions. The economy, whose resources are concentrated and used to counter threats to the existence of the country as an integrated system, which is characteristic of the so-called mobilization economy, can resist the emerging negative processes. In order to preserve Russia’s institutional system under enormous external pressure, the paper proposes the principles of its correction, consisting in strengthening the role of the state in the management and control of enterprises involved in the implementation of strategic projects and programs. Partial nationalization of a number of strategic enterprises and financial organizations until the stabilization of the political and economic international situation is not ruled out. In the article, the authors consider the technical analysis of the price movement of an asset on the exchange. Some indicators of exchange trade, such as Ichimoku Cloud and Bill Williams’ Alligator are considered in detail. Ichimoku Cloud is a collection of time series with a unique building system, from which a special area of the chart is formed to predict the price. Bill Williams’ Alligator is a set of moving averages with a certain method of shift and correction. The convergence and divergence of the indicator lines are signals for the commencement of trade. The authors have announced a study of the synergy of the use of indicators Ichimoku and Williams. On the chart of movement of the price of the EUR/USD currency pair, the declared indicators are visually presented, and an analysis of their indications is made. On the weekly chart, the price was inside the Ichimoku Cloud, which indicates the absence of a pronounced trend. The signals of the indicators were similar, which proves the legitimacy of their joint application. Conclusions in the article can be useful to investors, beginners and professional traders, students, undergraduates and all those interested in forecasting the price on the exchange.

The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the parameters of Internet employment as a new phenomenon of the modern development of society. Internet employment is viewed as the social and labour activity of citizens with the aim of generating income to meet personal and sociocultural needs, through the use of virtual means of communication and interaction on the Internet. The mix–strategy, the methodology of mixed studies, which allows reflecting its multifacetedness, is productive for the study of the phenomenon. Internet employment is represented by a complex of indicator parameters, classified according to the content base in the format of the facet model. Three groups of basic parameters have been identified and substantiated: socio-cultural, psychological and economic. The statistical data on the development and dynamics of Internet employment in Russia and the world are given. The need for carrying out in-depth socio-psychological research of Internet employment is grounded. It is the strengthening of the psychological vector of domestic and foreign research that will make it possible to prevent the emergence, development and spread of violations of the mental status of Internet workers. Internet employment for many teleworkers acts as a risk factor, generating psycho-emotional problems, for example, panic attacks, stress, depression. This is determined by the specifics of e–employment, in particular, the autonomy of the performance of labor functions (socio-cultural isolation), the localization of professional activities (in the home), alexithymic manifestations (a sharp restriction of communication), lack of psycho-emotional support from close people, a background conflict between labor and household (daily) duties. The article seeks to study the statistical dependencies in sociological research. The vast majority of sociologists studying the cause and effect relations, offer, on the basis of their data, an interpretation of only linear relations and linear models. But the problem arises not only when sociologists, interpreting the linear dependencies, ignore, often failing to understand the essence of the issue, a large number of non-linear relations having a simple form (errors of type 1). In the last 20 to 25 years the psychology has been mainly concerned with the study of not such simple processes that might fit into linear models. So, the sociologists take a path (knowingly or not so) in which weak linear relations (few strong ones are detected, if at all) with reference to the hypothesis that the correlation coefficient is equal to zero (the saving stars of SPSS) started being presented as “meaningful” and latently understood as fairly strong correlations that are scientifically interesting for interpreting the cause and effect relations. Actually, quite a few such correlations have been discovered, which made it possible to write long articles creating an illusion of prolific results. However, a still graver error lies here (errors of type 2) when the simplest non-linear dependencies are not just missed (dependencies with maximum and minimum, increasing and decreasing dependencies, considerably dissimilar from linear ones) while instead of strong and formally simple non-linear dependencies between the parameters what is supplied are their linear approximations with a weak and even very weak correlation (0.2–0.3), which completely distorts the real image of the phenomenon or process under study. Thus, scientific knowledge is produced that does not correspond to the reality, which fosters the parallel development of the philosophic (qualitative) analysis of social processes based mainly on the intuitive understanding of social issues. In order to overcome further distancing of qualitative and quantitative analysis in sociology, it is necessary to start studying, in the framework of most studies involving the research on the cause and effect relations, both linear and simplest non-linear dependencies.

In order to study the formation of the grammatical component of speech competence in children 6–6.5 years with a delay in the mental development of cerebral organic genesis, a technique has been developed. At present, the problems of diagnostics of the state of the grammatical component of the speech competence of this category of children are insufficiently studied. The authors consider the speech skills and abilities of preschool children with mental retardation. However, speech skills and speech competence are not synonymous concepts. In the structure of the grammatical component of preschool children's speech competence, the author identifies the inflexion, word formation and syntactic skills at the practical level. Methods of studying the grammatical component of speech competence of preschool children with mental retardation: interviews, testing and observation. We adapted, modified traditional and developed new tasks (closed standardized observations of the state of the grammatical component of speech competence in communication with children and adults). The tasks, procedure, instructions, visual, speech material and evaluation criteria of the lexical component of speech competence of preschool children with mental retardation are described. The first stage of the study includes a preliminary interview and eight test tasks. The second stage is developed by us and includes four situations of observation of the state of the grammatical component of speech competence. The technique allows to study: the formation of verbs, nouns, adjectives, matching nouns with adjectives, numerals, the use of prepositional case constructions, the use of nouns of singular and plural indirect cases, the ability to build sentences, the use of grammatical skills in communication with peers and adults. The technique can be used by speech pathologists, educators and psychologists of special and General preschool institutions. Its substantial validity is defined.

In this article, the results of prophylaxis of thrombovenous complications in the fractures of the shin bones in the department of Traumatology of the Regional Clinical Hospital of the Republic of Moldova “RKB №4” in Saransk are considered. In the course of the study, an analysis of the medical history and clinical material in the Department of Traumatology of the Regional Clinical Hospital of the Republic of Moldova “RKB №4” in Saransk was carried out to retrospectively identify patients with a high risk of thrombovenous complications in fractures of long tubular bones. A retrospective analysis of the clinical material showed that the vast majority of patients - 52 (81.2%), who are supposed to perform osteosynthesis of the shin bones, belong to the groups of the medium and high risk of thromboembolic complications. The most significant risk factor for postoperative thrombovenous complications was the age of the patient - over 40 years old. Among the 64 patients with bone fractures observed in 16 cases, there was a clinical manifestation of thrombovenous complications, which amounted to 25%. Performing osteosynthesis of the leg bones with an isolated trauma on the first day after the trauma reduces the risk of thrombovenous complications by a factor of 3. Analysis of the timing of development of thrombovenous complications that the maximum number of patients with diagnosed thrombophlebitis 56.3% (n = 9) falls on the 14th day after the trauma. The earliest time for the detection of thrombovenous complications in patients with fractures of the lower leg was 4 days after injury (n = 2, 12.4%).

A criterion for predicting the development of cardiovascular diseases in children is introduced, which contribute to improving the prognosis of the disease. The paper presents an analysis of the results of dynamic observation and the results of clinical, anamnestic, biochemical, immunological and instrumental research methods that were observed in 2015-2017. A total of 86 children with different forms of cardiomyopathy were examined: hypertrophic (HCMP), dilated (DCMP), restrictive (RCM) cardiomyopathy and arrhythmia hospitalized in cardio-rheumatological departments of RSNPMC of Pediatrics in Tashkent and RDMMC in Nukus, Republic of Karakalpakstan (RK). The age of the examined children ranged from 3 to 16 years. The children were distributed according to the place of residence: 1 group - 56 children (52.3%) living in Tashkent; Group 2 - 38 children (47.7%) living in the Republic of Karakalpakstan. The effectiveness of the proposed prognosis is confirmed by a decrease in the number of complications and deaths, helps to determine the most significant factors in the development of cardiovascular diseases in children, depending on the determinant of health.

The use of fertilizers and preparations based on humic substances is a promising way that allows solving many problems that arise in modern agriculture. Based on the field small-plot experiment, the effect of biofertilizer AgroVerm made on the basis of a vermicompost on the following indicators has been studied: growth acceleration, crop yield and quality of agricultural production of soft wheat Moskovskaya 39. It is shown that the biofertilizer AgroVerm accelerates the germination and germination ability of wheat seeds, stimulating the further growth and development of plants at all stages of vegetation. Invariants with the use of biofertilizer, the yield of grain (up to 96.4%) of high quality and the total biomass of plants is increased in comparison with the variants where only complete minerals were added. It is important to note that the biofertilizer AgroVerm has a positive complex effect on the physical properties of the soil and its structure. Creation of profile handbooks teaching reading foreign language literature in the direction of preparation is one of the important problems at the present stage of technological development of teaching foreign language in technical university. The article is devoted to the consideration of structural features of the handbook teaching reading foreign language texts of professional orientation. The main principles of creating and structuring handbooks are noted: careful selection and dosing of educational information, the correct sequence of its presentation and feedback organization. The variant of the material organization in class-topics is presented that gives the ability to place the texts in a more logical sequence; to reduce significantly the number of new terms in one lesson; to increase repeatability of these terms. The character of pretext and post text exercises is considered on the basis of the analysis of lexical and grammatical difficulties which students meet when working on texts on the direction of preparation. It is emphasized that exercises have to be directed: on an assimilation of terminological minimum and syntactic words; on overcoming the grammatical difficulties characteristic of scientific prose language; on the development of an ability to read and understand literature in the direction of preparation without the dictionary. Special attention should be paid to the exercises constructed on the material of schemes, drawings and pictures which are the integral feature of the technical text. Visibility can be one of the ways of the feedback organization because the student can easily find the answer to this or that question by means of the scheme, the drawing or the picture at enough well picked up illustrations.
