The follow-up after surgery was from 1 to 3 years. All patients were divided into 2 groups subject to the surgical method: scleroplasty (30 patients) or vitreoretinal surgery (22 patients). 18.4% of patients of the lstgroup and 28% ones of the 2ndgroup had a recurrent retinal detachment,which werecausedby progressive PVR. That said, it do not depend onaetiology of retinal detachment. The timely diagnostics and extrascleral surgery allowsto avoid a difficult vitreoretinal surgery.

The incidence of acute intestinal infections tends to decrease throughout Kazakhstan. Etiologically decrypted intestinal infections account for one third of all cases. Annual outbreaks of dysentery and salmonellosis are caused by infection with pathogenic microbes located in ready-to-eat food. There is high incidence of intestinal infections among children. On average, one fifth of the convalescents receive digestive chronic diseases, nervous and cardiovascular systems, and become acute or chronic bacteria carriers.

This investigation was based on the analysis of 197 series with traumatic intracranial hematomas after surgical and conservative management. The duration of the investigation from 1 to 22 years after suffered brain trauma and surgery, the average katamnesis was 7,0 ± 3,0 years, patients age from 20 to 75 years, the median age - 43,0 ± 4,0 years, male - 167 and female 30 cases.

The authors in 505 patients with spinal cord injury to assess bone mineral density were used ultrasound osteometriya and X-ray densitomeriya. Patients were divided into three groups: the first were 175 victims who underwent X-ray densitomeriya, a second - 280, which made the ultrasound osteometriya and the third - 50 patients, they performed ultrasound osteometriya and X-ray densitomeriya. The results of comparison of data in the three groups showed a coincidence state data BMD obtained by ultrasound osteometriya and X-ray densitomeriya. Ultrasound osteometriya can be used to assess bone mineral density in patients with spinal cord injuries.

Due to the fact that the predominant number of Astana patients were young people (from 21 to 50 years), dizziness affected the quality of their lives the least that is associated with higher compensatory abilities of young organism. Therefore, patients in Astana have much lower indicators of emotional, functional and physical spheres of lifecompared to the cities of Karaganda and Almaty.The results of screening indicate better diagnosis, treatment and prevention of cardiovascular disease in Almaty.

The purpose of this study was to present the results of acoustic neuroma surgery using the most modern techniques and equipment, using standardized grading systems.All patients underwent acoustic neuroma surgery and had preoperative audiograms and MRI with contrast. In addition, all patients had preoperative and postoperative facial function graded by the House/Brackmann scale and intraoperative facial nerve monitoring. Hearing preservation was attempted in patients with tumours of any size.

Small sized hematomas - 20-50 cm3 have been revealed in 12%, 50-100 cm3 - in 54%, more than 100 cm3 - in 25% series.

In our article we figured common neurologic syndromes in stroke. We analyzed patients groups through type of stroke, gender and age. Patients with aphasia need some non - verbal preparations before starting rehabilitation process. Thus the methodology, offered by the aphasiologist, resulted in 46% patients with improvements in speech in period of 2010-2012.

In patients with psoriasis living in the Crimea, the content of vitamin D during the autumn and winter periods (October-February) has been studied. It has been established that morbidity of vitamin D insufficiency/deficiency in patients with psoriasis of the Crimea during the autumn and winter periods is up to 62 %. The increased morbidity of skin damage in patients with psoriasis is associated with reliable increase of vitamin D insufficiency/ deficiency according to the content of both 25(OH)D3 and 1.25(OH)2D3.

The article presents the results of treatment of patients with diabetes mellitus type 1 and 2 diabetic polyneuropathy of the lower extremities. Assessment of the intensity of neuropathic subjective symptoms and vibration sensitivity showed that comprehensive drug treatment Espa - lipon combined with physiotherapy treatments vakumed in patients of group 1 (20) gave a more pronounced positive results compared with group 2 (10). Thus the positive effect of treatment in Group 1 patients was observed on the fifth day of treatment, and in group 2 - only on the tenth day.
