Purpose: to analyze the system of organizing and running competitions for a variety of continuous triathlon in Ukraine for compliance with the rules of the International Federation of Triathlon. Material & Methods: based on the study of the specialized literature, the regulatory framework of the triathlon federation, a comparative analysis of the organization and conduct of competitions between the duathletes in the world and in Ukraine carried out. Results: it’s revealed a discrepancy between the length of the segments of the greater part of the combined distances at which classification competitions are held in Ukraine, the official formats of international duathlon competitions in Europe and the world. Conclusion: recommendation on elimination of discrepancies of the Ukrainian formats of the distances influencing efficiency of the competitive process in duathlon are proposed.

Purpose: to prove the effectiveness of using the game method for speed and power capability development of trampoline athletes at the initial training stage. Material & Methods: in the article the materials of the research that was carried out with the help of pedagogical testing of trampoliners of 7–8 years on the basis of the Children and Youth Sports School No. 7, Trampoline Department of Kharkov. Results: conducted pedagogical experiment showed the effectiveness of the developed methodology for the development of speed-strength abilities of trampoline athletes at the initial training stage using the game method. Conclusion: results of the experiment confirm the importance of the use of the game method for the development of speed-strength abilities in the initial training of young trampolines, which further affects the level of their technical preparedness and the effectiveness of competition activities.

Purpose: to develop an optimized program for physical education with a strengthened course in professional and applied physical training (PAPT) for students of railway universities. Material & Methods: analysis and generalization of scientific sources and program-normative documentation on physical education of the higher educational institution of railway transport, survey. Results: the results of the survey of railroad specialists are given. Pilot studies have determined the nature and conditions of professional activity of electrical engineers of railway transport. The experimental program on physical education with the strengthened course of the PAPT of students of railway universities was developed and theoretically justified. Conclusion: structure of the experimental program on physical education with the strengthened course of the PAPT included a theoretical section (8 hours), methodical and practical exercises (6 hours), a practical section (114 hours) and a control section (12 hours). The program focuses on improving professionally important physical and psycho-physiological qualities and functions, psychomotor skills and physical performance. The basis of the practical section was the physical exercises from different sections of the current basic curriculum.

Purpose: make a comparative analysis of the target accuracy of ten-year tennis players in performing test exercises with balls with a pressure of 75% of the standard and balls with standard pressure. Material & Methods: in the study participated 8 tennis players of ten years of age, the group 5 years of training. In the course of the research, the following methods were used: analysis and generalization of literature sources, analysis of documentary materials, testing, method of expert evaluations. Results: replacing balls with a pressure of 75% of the standard for standard leads to a deterioration in the target accuracy of ten-year tennis players, which is a consequence of distortion of the technical characteristics of movements. Conclusion: results of the study indicate the need for correction of the technique of players of this age in the transition from balls with a pressure of 75% from the standard to standard.

Purpose: to investigate mechanical impulse transfer mechanisms in the "athlete – sports equipment" system when performing moving actions in sports. Material & Methods: theoretical analysis and compilation of scientific and methodical literature and our own research results. Results: mechanism of interaction of individual body biolink's in the performance of physical exercises is studied, the basis of which is the coordination of accelerations and decelerations of the body's biolink's movement and the sequence of their incorporation into the work, which is crucial for achieving the necessary speed of the working biolink of the athlete's body when exposed to the equipment. Conclusion: mechanism of successive acceleration and successive braking of the body's biolink's in the final phase of motion ensures the transfer of the linear and rotational momentum from segment to segment, from the lower part of the body to the top and from the top to the shell, thereby informing him of the maximum speed.

Purpose: substantiation of the methodology of the training process of qualified female athletes engaged in bodybuilding in the general preparatory stage of the preparatory period, taking into account the biological cycle. Material & Methods: in the study participated 18 qualified female athletes engaged in bodybuilding, included in the Kharkov region team of bodybuilding. Results: comparative characteristic of the most frequently used methodology of the training process in bodybuilding are shows. An optimal methodology for qualified female athletes engaged in bodybuilding has been developed and justified, depending on the initial form of the athlete at the beginning of the general preparatory stage of the training. The dependence of the change in the body weight of female athletes from the training process is shows. Conclusion: on the basis of the study, the author suggests an optimal training methodology depending on the mesocycle of training in the preparatory period in the general preparatory stage.

Purpose: to reveal quantitative and qualitative indicators of transferring the ball by Leicester City players in the matches of the 2015–2016 Premier League season. Material & Methods: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, registration of technical and tactical actions (transfer of the ball), methods of mathematical statistics. It carried out a study of competitive activity command "Leicester City" – the champion of Premier League season 2015–2016. Results: quantitative and qualitative indicators of transferring the ball by Leicester City players in the matches of the 2015–2016 Premier League season are presented. Conclusion: as a result of the research of the Leicester City team transferring the ball in games that ended in victory, draw and defeat of significant differences were not revealed. Differences in some quantitative and qualitative indicators of transferring the ball in home and away games, in games of the first and second round of the championship.

Purpose: to determine the dynamics of development of coordination abilities of 7–8 years old acrobatic rock-and-roll athletes. Results: results of a pedagogical study of the development of the coordination abilities of 7–8 years old acrobatic rock-and-roll athletes indicate a significant increase in the indicators of coordination abilities, which confirm that the use of special exercises is an effective approach in the training process. Conclusion: comparison of the dynamics of statistical indicators of final testing of acrobatic rock'n'roll athletes showed an increase in all tested indicators.

Purpose: to determine kinematic characteristics of backstroke swimming technique of athletes with spastic cerebral palsy (CP). Material & Methods: 12 swimmers with consequences of cerebral palsy were involved in the experiment (level of sports qualification – master of sports and candidate of master of sports); Video shooting and computer video analysis of their technique of backstroke swimming; The obtained data were analyzed and generalized using the methods of mathematical statistics. Results: kinematic characteristics of the technique of backstroke swimming of disabled athletes with spastic diplegia and a hemiparetic form of CP, such as the body position of swimmer in water (angle of attack, angle of rotation of the trunk around the longitudinal axis), position and work the hands and feet of the swimmer (the angles of flexion the main joints and their movement), integral characteristics (cycle time, step, rate and ratio of these characteristics at a constant swimmer speed). Conclusions: determined biomechanical characteristics motions skilled swimmers with spastic CP forms, which indicate the specificity of their technique of backstroke swimming, so we recommend that you take into account the findings in the search for effective means and methods of sports training.

Purpose: to investigate the influence of the experimental program of physical education with increased rate of professionally-applied physical training on the dynamics of psychophysical and psycho-physiological qualities of students of railway professions). Purpose: based of the characteristics of neurodynamic and sensorimotor properties, to develop a technology for the selection of football players of high qualification. Material & Methods: neurodynamic properties of the higher sections of the central nervous system of football players-professionals were studied using a computer device called "Diagnost-1M". The functional mobility, strength and balance of nerve processes (FRNP, SNP, and UNP), as well as latent periods of simple and complex sensorimotor reactions (PSMR, PB2-3). Results: according to the indices of neurodynamic properties and sensorimotor reactions of football players of high skill level, differences. Football players who had the best indicators of neural neurodynamic properties, characterized by high efficiency expert assessments game activity. Conclusion: developed and substantiated estimates of the scale of neural properties and defined criteria for assessing the suitability of highly skilled players for selection in the club and national teams.

Purpose: to investigate the influence of indicators of morpho-functional development of highly trained swimmers on the result of overcoming different length distances by means of the butterfly stroke. Contingent surveyed accounted for athletes who specialize in the distances of 50, 100 and 200 meters by means of the butterfly stroke and had a level of sports qualification: master of sports, international class master of sports. Results: the authors determined the relationship between the degree of correlation of morphological and functional performance highly trained swimmers and sports results at distances of 50, 100 and 200 meters by means butterfly stroke; investigated the significance of morpho-functional indicators, depending on the length of the competitive distance. Conclusion: significance of the indicators of anthropometric development and the functional state of athletes who specialize in swimming by means butterfly stroke differs depending on the length of the competitive distance. The definition of distance specialization of athletes by means butterfly stroke should be carried out taking into account the indicators of morpho-functional development, which most significantly affect the result of overcoming the distances of 50, 100 and 200 meters.

Purpose: to conduct review methodological approaches to physical rehabilitation after Achilles tendon ruptures. Material & Methods: analysis and synthesis of the foreign and domestic special scientific and methodical literature on physical rehabilitation after surgical treatment of Achilles tendon rupture. Results: restore function lower limb and gait parameters is a long, complex and difficult process. Qualitative rehabilitation process should be accompanied by adequate motor mode and its extension, axial load and special exercise. The most significant differences are observed in the approach concerning types of immobilization, its term and necessity at all, timing axial load. Among the options of immobilization allocated gypsuming, a variety of cast, orthosis, splints and braces. In the later stages of rehabilitation recommendations are somewhat different of terms of basic loads such as the rise of the fingers, walking without assistive devices. Conclusion: problem of design protocol of physical rehabilitation after achilles tendon ruptures is not completely solved.

Material & Methods: theoretical scientific works of domestic and foreign scientists on the development of volunteer activities regarding their participation in the Olympic Games are analyzed, considered the main legal documents relating to the Olympic sport. Results: Statistical indicators of participation of volunteers in the Winter and Summer Olympics Games are analyzed and presented. The role and significance of volunteers' activity in the organization and holding of the Olympic Games are revealed. Conclusion: evolution of the volunteer movement, with reference to the Olympic Games, originates from the first games that took place in 1896 in Athens. To date, volunteers are an integral part of the organization and holding of the Olympic Games, their activities help to solve a number of organizational issues, the creation of a corresponding atmosphere and image at a sporting event, largely determine the success of games.

Purpose: to conduct a comparative analysis of the dynamics and structure of morbidity technical college students. Material & Methods: analysis of scientific and methodical literature, the study of statistical reports of the city's 20th student polyclinic in Kharkov. Results: it found that students major morbidity factors for noncommunicable diseases are low locomotors activity in combination with a high traffic load, deterioration of socio-economic conditions, and the growth of chronic fatigue, which leads to a reduction of compensatory-adaptation reactions of the organism. It was revealed that the highest level of prevalence have diseases of the respiratory system, vision and diseases of the nervous system. Conclusion: these data suggest about the maximum growth rate of circulatory diseases, endocrine and urogenital systems, infectious and parasitic diseases in the last 10 years. This problem requires the development and implementation of various activities aimed at counteracting the risk factors of diseases among technical college students.

Purpose: to determine the basic conditions for minimizing the cost of effort to accelerate the movement speed of the common center of athlete's body mass in the specified direction of his movement. Material & Methods: the study used video footage for short distances of the world's leading sprinters and athletes of various qualifications. To solve the problems, we used: a method for estimating the angles between biosigns and storyboard video, method of analogies, method of the theory of similarity and dimension, the method of computer modeling, statistical analysis, estimation of physical stress and strength impulse using the method of estimating the interdependence of the developed effort on the angle of expansion between the corresponding biokinematic links. Results: it sets the basic position kinematics movement common center of the athlete's body mass (CCM), which improves the efficiency of performance crouch start. The results of the dynamics of the movement of a common force vector are presented, which determines the direction of movement of the body's CCM in three-dimensional space, ensuring its movement along the center line of the run are presented. On the basis of the observed dynamics of the change in the direction of the resultant force vector, when a crouch start is performed, it is established that the trajectory of its movement is a helicoid. Conclusion: movement of the common center of body mass is carried out along the helicoid with subsequent reduction of its radius. Changes in the length of the helix forming the radius are systematic and reflect the energy efficiency of the running costs. The dynamics of the helicoidal movement of the generating vector is observed in each supporting phase of the running step, which makes it possible to assess the stability of the dynamic stereotype manifestation of the running step, and to judge by these indicators about the degree of athlete fatigue at the distance.

Purpose: to analyze the system of the organization and conducting of competitions among paratriathletes concerning compliance with specifics of this sport – the consecutive overcoming of the combined distance by means of different types of physical activity. Material & Methods: the analysis of conditions of the organization and conducting of competitions of paratriathletes in six competitive categories was made on the basis of studying of articles of the UNO Convention on the Rights of physically disabled people, the regulatory base of the international federations of triathlon and Federation of triathlon of Ukraine. Results: the compliance of the organization and conducting of paratriathlon competitions concerning specifics of continuous triathlon with certain modifications of passing of stages of the combined distance by sportsmen with limited physical capacities is revealed. Conclusions: competition rules on paratriathlon, which allow conducting the fair competitive competition in the spirit of fair, competitive and safe rivalry to athletes with different physical deviations, are developed for more active attraction to sports activities, and also for the purpose of removal of discrimination barriers from physically disabled people.

Conclusions: methodical opportunities of application of the modified by us techniques of the Arab (as east) ethnic bathing procedure in comprehensive programs of physical and psychological rehabilitation are confirmed by results of the analysis of literature, test procedures and number of expert estimates.

Purpose: to define model characteristics of technical-tactical preparedness of the team, that participated in the championship of Ukraine of the first league for the purpose of the further improvement and correction of the educational-training process. Material & Methods: the researches were carried out by means of the method of expert estimates. Results: average values of the registered sizes for 16 games are analyzed. Various technical-tactical actions and their differences for the first and second times, and also separate indicators of a game of players and the team “Gelios” of Kharkov are analyzed. Conclusions: quantitative and qualitative indicators (defect coefficient) as on team technical-tactical actions, and separately on each technical-tactical technique for every period of a game are received.

Purpose: to make the analysis of modern competitive group compositions in sports aerobics. Material & Methods: pedagogical, sociological and methods of mathematical statistics were used. 10 coaches took part in the experimental part; analysis of protocols and video records of competitions of the aged category of children of 9–11 years old, who perform in the nomination of triplets and quintuples (group exercises), is carried out. Results: the content of competitive compositions and the allocated indicators are studied which defined it. Conclusions: the basic structural elements, which characterize competitive compositions, are allocated. Their components, quantity and time of performance are defined. It is established that variety of aerobic contents, spaces, and means of registration, musical compliance and logicality of creation of the whole competitive composition at high quality of performance characterizes teams – winners.

Purpose: to accomplish the analysis of influence of the training loadings on the indices of the functional state and physical qualities in different age periods of sportsmen-veterans. Material & Methods: researches were conducted with the sportsmen-veterans (football players) of the different age groups (35–40; 41–45; 46–55) who continued to employ and participate in competitions after finishing of active performances in professional commands. The methods of determination of level of motive qualities and indices of the functional state of footballers-veterans were used. Results were calculated by the methods of mathematical statistics. Results: the results of long-term researches of determination of dynamics of changes of motive qualities level and functional state indices during age period 35–55-years of football players are presented. Conclusions: it is determined that during the research period the most changes of level of physical qualities and indices of functional state are received in the period of 35–40 years, that is caused by plummet of the training and competitive loadings after active employments in professional soccer commands.

Purpose: to investigate the level of communicative competence of sport volunteers. Material & Methods: students of Kharkov state academy of physical culture (2–4 courses) who are engaged in sports volunteering. The theoretic-methodological analysis of problem is carried out; the technique "Need for communication and achievements", "Self-checking assessment in communication", "Machiavellianism level" is used for studying of indicators of self-assessment. Results: the high level of communicative competence on three indicators is revealed at sport volunteers: need for communication (60,71%), communicative control (57%), Machiavellianism (91%) that gives them the chance to come into contacts with people around quickly, to correlate the reactions to behavior of surrounding people and to operate the emotions, at the same time they are inclined to manipulations and demonstration of the strengths at communication with people. Conclusions: the purposeful psychology and pedagogical preparation, which program has to include the communicative block and the block of personal development, is necessary for sport volunteers.

Material & Methods: the analysis of references showed that researches are practically not conducted in student's sport of Ukraine. The competitive process with participation of 9 players of role – setter qualifications of the I adult category was investigated in the pedagogical observation, by mathematical processing of the obtained data efficiency of actions of the setters at the organization of the attacks of women's teams of Kharkiv Student's volleyball league was defined. Results: defining indicators of efficiency of technical-tactical actions of the setter in the organization of attacks of women's teams of Student's league of Kharkiv, the analysis of references on condition of problem of training of the setter was carried out, tactical models of game in attack, in which the setter and efficiency of game actions of the setter, takes part in the organization of the attacking actions of women's teams of Kharkiv Student's volleyball league are defined. Conclusions: the offered methodical approach based on the quantitative assessment of competitive activity will allow rationalizing structure and distribution of means of trainings and to increase efficiency of the whole educational-training process of training of the setters, will improve the game in attack of the teams of SVL of Kharkiv.

Results: statistically significant interrelations of psychological indicators with indicators of motor abilities of students, who took part in the research, are revealed by results of the research. Differences of results of the pedagogical testing of students of different specialties are found, practical recommendations which allow students of KhSAC, taking into account their desires, psychological and motor abilities, to choose the sports section corresponding to them, are developed. Conclusions: individual properties of students of KhSAC of different specialties are defined on the basis of results of assessment of psychophysiological and motor abilities. Practical recommendations for students of KhSAC are developed, concerning the choice of sports section taking into account the level of their psychophysiological and motor abilities.

Purpose: the definition of reasons and features of occurrence of excess body weight at students taking into account the gender differences, which are connected with irrational lifestyle, violation of food behavior, insufficient physical activity. Material & Methods: students of 1–4 courses of Odessa national medical university, 26 girls and 22 boys, with the excess body weight and obesity aged from 18 to 24 years for the research were selected. Results: reliable differences in adipopexis type, percent of visceral and subcutaneous fat, and also indexes “waist-hip” at the respondents, connected with the article, are found. Conclusions: modification of lifestyle, wrong food behavior, selection of physical activity, has to be carried out taking into account the type of adipopexis and sex of students.

Results: the groups of the pharmacological substances, which are forbidden to application in sport, are considered; the order of holding procedures anti-doping and sex-control, and also the sanction, which are used concerning triathletes in case of the positive result of doping test, are shown. Conclusions: Pharmacological substances are forbidden to use and entered in the special list by the World Anti-Doping Agency, which promote the improvement of sports results, at the same time the procedure of anti-doping control and the sanction, which are used concerning sportsmen at the confirmation of the fact of application to dope, are severely regulated by the Code, and also sex-control is carried out in addition in doubtful cases at absence of the certificate at triathletes.

Purpose: to determine and analyze the system resources of the physical rehabilitation in the musculoskeletal disorders. Material & Methods:: the resources of subsystems "specialist of physical rehabilitation" and "patient" were analyzed. Literature analysis and system analysis were applied. Results: the role of resources in the system functioning has been discovered. The distribution, types, contents and links of resources of the system of physical rehabilitation in musculoskeletal disorders have been analyzed. The role of the information resource in the rehabilitation process has been defined. The necessity of coordinating the activities of the attending physician and the specialist of physical rehabilitation in the allocation of resources has been justified. Criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of rehabilitation based on the expended resources have been proposed. Conclusions: the purpose of physical rehabilitation is achieved by all kinds of resources of specialist of physical rehabilitation and patient. The resource of direct action is information, that specialist of physical rehabilitation receives from the attending physician and/or collects independently when examining the patient.

Conclusions: the program and its activity including basic and variable components is the compound of the offered technology of physical rehabilitation for children with BD in the conditions of hospitalization.

Purpose: to investigate the level of physical health of pupils of the 7th-8th classes. Material & Methods: pupils of the 7th-8th classes of the comprehensive school No. 150 of Kharkov participated in the research. The following methods were used: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific literature, method of express-assessment of physical health, mathematical statistics. Results: the comparative analysis of the obtained data in age aspect and on gender sign is carried out; the general assessment of the level of physical health of pupils of the 7th-8th classes is defined. Conclusions: the insignificant prevalence of indicators of the separate components of health of boys over the data of girls and, generally, the reliable improvement of indicators of pupils with age are established; the "average" level of physical health of pupils of the 7th classes and "below the average" level of pupils of the 8th classes are determined.

Purpose: to consider a question of formation of training process of female sportsmen. Material & Methods: methods of theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific information, systems analysis were used in the research. Results: modern approaches relatively to the features of formation of training process of young and skilled female sportsmen are presented; the structure of formation of basic mezocycle taking into account the phases of ovarian-menstrual cycle and its application in an annual macrocycle by skilled female sportsmen is given. Conclusions: it is determined that it is necessary to distribute physical exercises according to ovarian-menstrual cycle in the training process of young female sportsmen in an annual macrocycle. At the same time registration of loads in the trainings of skilled female sportsmen should be accomplished in basic mezocycles.

The results of the researches of influence of indicators of absolute force on parameters of technical preparedness of the qualified shot putters are presented. Purpose: to investigate influence of the level of development of absolute force on indicators of technical preparedness of the qualified shot putters. Material & Methods: analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical testing, video filming with the subsequent biomechanical analysis, methods of mathematical statistics. 12 qualified shot putters participated in the research. Results: the high correlation interrelation between the level of development of absolute force and separate indicators of technical preparedness of shot putters is revealed. Conclusions: technical preparedness of shot putters farthest depends on the level of development of absolute muscular strength of legs, chest and hands, in particular, triceps.

Purpose: to estimate quantitatively factors of somatic component of risk of the development of vegetative-vascular dysfunction at children of the average and advanced school age. Material & Methods: 569 children of 14–17 years old are examined in order to the existence of somatopathies, violation of posture, level and harmony of physical development, extent of development of adipopexis, functional indicators of health. Influence of somatic factors on risk of developing of vegetative-vascular dysfunction was revealed by means of the correlation analysis. Results: the system of assessment and the integrated indicator of action of somatic factors on risk of the development of vegetative-vascular dysfunction are offered. 6,57% of pupils with the low level of probability of risk of developing of vegetative-vascular dysfunction, 24,25% of pupils with the level below the average, 38,36% of children of 14–17 years old with the average level of probability of risk of developing of vegetative-vascular dysfunction, 24,25% of teenagers with the average level of probability, 6,57% of pupils with the high level of probability of risk of developing of vegetative-vascular dysfunction are revealed. The reliable communications between the low level of functionality on the test of Ruffier and the disharmonious physical development (p<0,001), low indicators of power and respiratory indexes (p<0,05) are established statistically. Conclusions: the children of the group of risk, who need the individual approach at lessons of physical culture, are defined.

Results: aspects of preparedness of a coach (pedagogical, medico-biological, organizational and material and technical), and also features of their importance during the work with sportsmen of different age and level of preparedness are presented in the work. Conclusions: the improvement of the differentiated preparation of coach staffs for the work with sportsmen of different age groups and qualification is the topical issue, which solution will allow increasing the efficiency of training of sportsmen at each stage of the long-term training process, taking into account the highest sports result.

Purpose: to carry out the analysis of renditions of national teams on wrestling on the World Cup of 2016. Material & Methods: the analysis of 328 fights of highly skilled wrestlers is carried out. Results: it is determined that the advantage of the strongest wrestlers consists in successful and stable use of technical-tactical actions near other factors during a duel meet and ability to impose to the rival the style of conducting a fight. Conclusions: it is established that the offensive actions prevail as a part of the competitive technique, the fight is conducted constantly at high speed, and the techniques are carried out after the previous preparation, and in case the sportsmen is sure that the technique will be executed.
