The need for automatic feature extraction and comparison has become one of the most important research topics in image based retrieval. That due to the rapid increases in images databases and the difficulties of indexing images based on textual description. CBIR (content based image retrieval) utilizes automatic feature extraction based on color, texture, and shape using image analysis and processing techniques. In this paper a novel two-leveled CBIR system is proposed. In the first level, spatial domain is considered with color features extraction and comparison. While, in the second level a hybrid feature based approach is deployed. In which edge detection and enhancement, morphological operator (Dilate), and 2D-DWT (wavelet transform) are used. WANG database of 1000 images form 10 categories is used to test the proposed system. Moreover, extensive comparisons with the most related systems are conducted and the result are better than the other compared systems.

A programming language is a formally constructed language designed to communicate instructions to a machine, particularly a computer. Programming languages can be used to create programs to control the behavior of a machine or to express algorithms. Most programs that are written by programmers are often compiled correctly with no syntax or semantic errors. However, some other errors appear after the execution of the program (logical error).Logical Errors (LE) are errors that remain after all syntax errors have been removed. Usually, the compiler does not detect LE, so the produced results are different from what the programmer is expecting. For this reason, discovering and fixing the logical error is very hard and proposes a good topic for research and practice.Some LE are resulted from the misuse of classes' objects, and in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), it is considered that the software with LE is low-quality software with high maintenance cost.In this paper, an object-oriented environment that allows the programmer to detect and discover LE to avoid it. This environment will be called Object Behavior Environment (OBEnvironment) will enforce the correct use of objects according to their predefined behaviors by using tools like Xceed Component (that appeal .Net windows form developers for building better applications), Alsing Component (that provides an area to programmer that allows writing correct syntax code by C# language) and, Mind Fusion Component (that provides an area to programmer that allows drawing State Diagrams to show object state).

Graph-logic models (GL-models) are models of fault-tolerant multiprocessor systems’ (FTMS) behavior in failure flow. Basis of the model is a graph which arcs are marked by some Boolean functions and the arguments of these functions are system processors states. GL-models are tools that allow efficiency increasing of reliability calculation of FTMS. The reliability calculation is based on the method of statistic experiments with GL-models.We propose the idea and method of creating GL-model, which answers the question if the multiprocessor complex object management system is technically (functionally) safe in the case when the failure of certain components in the system occurs. In other words, if there is a dangerous condition in the system, that is a state of the management system, in which at least one management function, that causes a dangerous condition, is not performed. The model can be used to conduct statistical experiments to determine the probability of transition to a dangerous state in case of system’s degradation.

Cloud computing structures allow businesses to save expenses by subcontracting computer related activities on-demand. However, customers of cloud computing facilities presently have no sources for authenticating privacy and reliability of their confidential data. Cloud servers are skillful of managing large quantities of shapeless data to support recognizing, improving and then making new planned business prospects. Company’s administrators recognize that appropriate and precise information can turn out to be enhanced business performance. These days’ cloud tools are dominant in enlightening the qualitative and quantitative worth of the confidential data presented to executives of the organizations. In this paper, we debate that apprehensions about the privacy and reliability of their data and other electronic material are a main restrictive factor for company’s desire to adapt cloud-computing facilities. The concept of passing over confidential information to a third party is troublesome, this ultimately means that the customers need to be attentive in accepting the threats of data breaks in this novel situation. The methodology of this paper is based on literature analysis. For results, researcher has studied published work on cloud computing security and how these issues leading companies having loss in business. Further, this research presents a thorough study of the cloud computing safety problems and experiments concentrating on the cloud computing categories and the service supply kinds. The research is helpful for those company managers, owners, policy makers and decision makers, which are mostly dependent on the cloud services while taking decisions.

The technology plays an essential role and help the organizations to work better and maximizing their operation achievements. The IT auditor plays an increasingly important role in helping organizations to manage and respond to risks. The aim of this paper is to gather some of the internal auditor’s skills to be available for other auditors in education institute and collect the experiences of the auditors to design a system and also help internal auditors to manage their tasks in a systematic way by automating the accounting files. The proposed system will help the internal auditor to take good, fast, and more accurate decisions and to provide an internal auditing system for education institute. The study used the object-oriented models to design the internal auditing system.
