In this paper we classify student’s proving level and design an interactive help system (IHS) corresponding with these levels in order to investigate the development of the proving process within a dynamic geometry environment. This help system was also used to provide tertiary students with a strategy for proving and to improve their proving levels. The open-ended questions and explorative tasks in the IHS make a contribution to support students’ learning of proving, especially during the processes of realizing invariants, formulating conjectures, producing arguments, and writing proofs. This research wants to react on the well-known students’ difficulties in writing a formal proof. The hypothesis of this work is that these difficulties are based on the lack of students’ understanding the relationship between argumentation and proof. Therefore, we used Toulmin model to analyze student’s argumentation structure and examine the role of abduction in writing a deductive proof. Furthermore, this paper also provides mathematics teachers with three basic conditions for understanding the development of the proving process and teaching strategies for assisting their students in constructing formal proofs.

World economic crisis of 2008-2009 slowed down a development of Russian innovative system. Dedicated federal target programs have been worked out in order to restore after-crisis situation in the country and speed up a transfer to an innovative development. These programs envisage a range of activities aimed at forming competences of innovative activity, improvement of forms and scale of personnel training and re-training programs in engineering and scientific specializations, enhancing a range of educational programs in innovative entrepreneurship and technological management. Results of the survey are presented in this report. The survey was aimed at determining 9th year students’ attitudes towards physical education (PE) and sports at selected primary schools in Central Slovak region. The research group consisted of 1110 respondents from 13 primary schools located in cities and 12 primary schools located in villages. As many as 57,39 % of respondents adopted indifferent attitude. Author found out that indifferent attitudes towards PE and sports prevailed with boys and girls. Both boys and girls adopted almost the same attitudes towards PE and sports. Village primary school students adopted more positive attitude towards PE and sports than students from city primary schools.

The hermeneutic analysis of the cultural context is the investigation of the interpretation of media texts, cultural and historical factors influencing the views of the media agency / author and the audience’s point of view. The hermeneutic analysis of media text comprehension involves a comparison of the cultural tradition and reality, insight into the logic of a media text, media text analysis through comparison of artistic images in historical and cultural contexts. Thus, the object of the analysis is the media system and its functioning in the society, the interaction with the person, the media language and its use. This article uses the film of Alexander Muratov and Nikolay Rasheev "The Little School Orchestra" (1968) as an example of the hermeneutic analysis of media texts in student audience.

The article, Basing on the example of ionic crystals shows that polarization of crystal framework by oppositely charged polarons (positronium atom (ps)) invokes the change of positronium binding energy and leads to the renormalization of electron and positron effective masses as well. Such interaction of electron and positronium atom of positron with optical phonons leads to additional repelling interaction, besides coulomb attractive. Furthermore, the existence of positronium atom with major and minor radius is possible in the atmosphere of crystal phonons.

The imitating approach to the technique and technology of soil cultivation excels the influence of natural factors of soil formation and leads to the anthropogenic biosphere degradation. The article fundamentally justifies the rotary soil cultivation in terms of genesis of soil. This method provides the formation of a new layer in the soil depth, which intensifies the geological and biological processes, influences the overlying soil layers, increases the biological productivity of the soil and stability of its mechanical system for a long term. Technical solutions of rotary devices for soil cultivation are considered and long-term results of their practical application are presented.
