Purpose: to prove the expediency of using training combinations to increase the level of knowledge of young athletes with basic skills in exercises with clubs. Material & Methods: study was attended by nine athletes of 10–11 years old who train at the Children's and Youth Sports School of Rhythmic Gymnastics in the training group of the 2nd year of study. Using the method of expert evaluation and video analysis, the level of technical preparedness of athletes in the exercises with clubs and discounts for the technique of the subject in competitions was determined. Results: training combinations with clubs were developed, which consisted of exercises involving the combination of various technical work with the subject and body work with difficulty, as well as elements and connections from competitive programs. Conclusion: as a result of the introduction of training combinations, the discounts on the components of the equipment used by the object at competitions decreased: for performing "mills" – from 1,7 to 1,0 points; when making small throws and catching clubs – from 3,8 points to 2,7 points; in non-fundamental (non-specific) work – from 2,5 points to 1,7 points.

Purpose: justification of the research methodology of the politico-economic parameters of the optimization of the fitness industry as self-organized and socio-natural systems. Material & Methods: in the course of the study, the following methods were used: theoretical analysis and synthesis of data from scientific and methodological sources was used to determine the problematic field of functioning of the fitness industry and the state of its scientific and methodological processing. To create a theoretical basis for the concept of optimizing the industry of fitness, the methods of induction, deduction, analysis (structural-functional analysis), synthesis, synthesis, comparison, abstraction, analogy are applied. The expediency of using the method of mathematical modeling in the process of forecasting the development of the fitness industry has been substantiated. Results: use of the basic principles of the theory of functioning and development of self-organizing systems make it possible to determine the parameters of the fitness field as a socio-natural system with the aim of its optimization, effective management, forecasting. Conclusion: the necessary requirements for optimizing management in the field of fitness in a holistic state management system are the following parameters: continuous synchronization in each other's relationship with the needs and the need to satisfy them; compliance with the required level of monitoring the development of the industry; sufficient controllability of the industry; ensuring sustainability and reliability of its operation. The actual lack of state regulation of the performance and development of the industry leads to inconsistency in the interaction of its elements as an integrated system. This process can lead to oversaturation of production and the growth of crisis, destruction and economic damage.

Purpose: to develop and experimentally substantiate the method of choosing the game role of the central defenders on the basis of the analysis of the indicators of the structure of the special preparedness of qualified female water polo players. Material & Methods: analysis and generalization of literary sources, pedagogical observation, anthropometric and physiological measurements, testing, analysis of the game activities of water polo players using test game protocols, methods of mathematical statistics. The contingent of the surveyed were members of the team of the Kharkiv region on the female water floor. Results: the authors determined the features of the structure of special preparedness of qualified female water polo players who perform functions as central defenders, investigated the relationship between physical development indicators, technical and special swimming training of representatives of this role, developed model characteristics of the most significant parameters of the structure of special preparedness of qualified female water polo players to determine the playing role of the central defenders. Conclusion: the definition of playing roles in women's water polo should be based on a comprehensive analysis of indicators that reflect all aspects of preparedness of qualified female athletes.

Purpose: determining changes in physical development and functional state of women 20–35 years old, engaged in swimming. Material & Methods: 20 women aged 20–35 years old took part in the study, which consisted of two groups: the main group (MG) and the control group (CG). The OG included women swimming in the fitness and fitness groups of the author's swimming school of Yu. V. Bliznyuk and Pioneer pool (water sports school named after Yana Klochkova); in the CG – women who lead active lifestyles, but in health groups are not engaged, swimming only on weekends. The tested people had the same swimming preparedness. Applied: survey, testing, instrumental methods for studying the cardiovascular system. Lung capacity and dynamometry were determined. To study the functional reserves of the respiratory and cardiovascular systems, the Skibinsky index was used. The obtained quantitative data were processed by the methods of mathematical statistics. Results: the study suggests that in women of 20–35 years old swimming lessons cause changes in physical development and functional state. According to the parameters of the physical development of women of MG and CG swimming during the year has a positive effect on the body. First of all, swimming helps to improve the state of the cardio-respiratory system and the strength abilities of women. Conclusions: the positive effect of swimming on the physical development and functional status of women aged 20–35 years engaged in recreational swimming is substantiated and proved.

Purpose: to substantiate the defining provisions of the optimization of organizational and methodological activities in the process of preparing volunteers in the system of sports competitions and managing this process. Material & Methods: in the conducted research were used: the analysis of literary sources and regulatory documents relating to the problem under consideration; expert assessments; modeling of organizational processes; method of chronological observations; methods of subjective diagnosis of behavior motivation, mathematical modeling in the processing of empirical data. Results: the meaningful meaning of the basic concepts used in the volunteer movement in question was established, the mechanism for forming volunteering as a phenomenon in the structure of interdependent social relations was established, methods for classifying the qualitative characteristics of volunteer activity and the quantitative expression of their manifestation were developed. Conclusions: the problem of forming the theoretical foundations of the development of the volunteer movement in sports reaches its solvability due to the developed methods of geometric expression of the semantic content of the terms and triads used, which are the basis of the construction of special semantic spaces.

The article describes the factors of a healthy lifestyle, which adhere to students of different ages. Purpose: to explore the age-related features of the formation of the factors of a healthy lifestyle as components of individual physical education of schoolchildren of 11–17 years old. Material & Methods: 628 people took part in the study (282 young men; 346 women). In order to solve the research problems, a survey was conducted of respondents “Determining the motives and interests of schoolchildren in the field of physical culture and sports”. Results: it has been determined that motor activity, as one of the main factors of a healthy lifestyle in boys and girls aged 14–17, remains in the last place, except for sports class students. It is proved that only 34,1% of graduates, 48,9% of students in the 9th grade and 33,3% of ten students do not use alcoholic beverages. The highest percentage among smokers is in the 7th and 8th grades (33,3% and 22,7% respectively). Young men graduates are more likely to have a healthy lifestyle, and the percentage of those who smoke is reduced to 14,6%. Among the girls, it was found that 23,3% of ninth-graders smoke. Conclusion: it is proved that in the age aspect there are quite significant differences between the boys and girls in choosing the priority factors of a healthy lifestyle, which they adhere to during the week. Attitudes towards bad habits are also different and ambiguous. That is, with age, the priorities of the value orientations of young people change, and the gender factor influences the formation of young men and women’s views on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Purpose: to conduct a comprehensive study of the functional status of athletes (boys) of various age groups specializing in rowing, for the possible subsequent determination of prospects in this sport. Material & Methods: athletes of various age groups (11–12 years old, 13–14 years old, 15–16 years old, 17–18 years old) and sports qualifications were surveyed, in total 95 people, according to our method of measuring the effect of a training action, and also visual-motor hearing and motor reactions, the level of musculo-articular sensitivity and coordination of movements, the power of forced inhalation and exhalation. Results: studies have allowed us to study the functional state of athletes. The optimal structure of sports activities contributes to the improvement of all its components, which in the early stages and due to the age characteristics of athletes, as well as the patterns of development of motor skills do not significantly affect the level of results, but have a great impact on the appearance of the corresponding functional basis, especially in the early age periods realization of individual capabilities. Features of the reaction of the body of athletes are a manifestation of effective individual adaptation to intense and complex stimuli of training and competitive activity. The functional state of athletes is determined by the level of development of various physical qualities, coordination abilities, properties of the nervous system, the optimal combination of which is characteristic of each particular sport and allows you to specifically choose sports specialization. Conclusion: the proposed tests for measuring the effect of the training action, electromyoreflexometry, pneumotachometry and reverse dynamometry are sufficiently informative in sports practice and allow us to determine and evaluate the individual prerequisites for sporting achievements. The obtained parameters of the functional state allow you to identify the individual characteristics of the athlete's body, the possibility of their correction and management of the training process. Conducted comprehensive examinations of the psycho-physiological and functional characteristics of the body of athletes rowers allow you to create methods for assessing the prospects of athletes in their chosen sport.

Purpose: to investigate the development of the physical qualities of athletes 12–15 years old, involved in kettlebell lifting, under the influence of practicing kettlebell lifting during the one-year macrocycle. Material & Methods: studies were conducted in Complex Youth Sports School No. 16 and Public Institution Complex Youth Sports School No. 8 of Kharkiv with athletes 12–15 years old engaged in kettlebell lifting during the one-year macrocycle in the amount of 30 people. The following research methods were used: analysis of literary sources and testing of the level of motor qualities in certain age categories. Results: pedagogical testing is presented to determine the level of motor capabilities of young athletes 12–15 years old engaged in kettlebell lifting. Exercises were identified that are advisable to use at these stages of preparation: running at 60 meters; at 1500 m; number of jumps in 30 seconds, standing long jump; flexion and extension of the arms in the support lying on the floor; raising legs hanging on the wall bars. Conclusion: as a result of the testing of motor skills using non-specific exercises for kettlebell lifting, it was found that the performance improves every year in all exercises (p>0,05), especially in 60 m running, which significantly increased in the age range from 13 to 14 years and in the race for 1500 m, from 14 to 15 years. The speed-strength abilities of young athletes aged 12–15 years who are involved in kettlebell lifting were more pronounced in the age range from 13 to 14 years.

Purpose: to determine the model characteristics of the technical and tactical readiness of the team that participated in the Ukrainian championship of the first league in order to further improve and correct the training process. Material & Methods: the data were obtained using the method of expert evaluation, the calculation was carried out using the methods of mathematical statistics. Results: analyzed the average values of the registered values for 19 games. Analyzed various technical and tactical actions and their differences in the first and second halves, as well as individual indicators of the game players and the team "Helios" (Kharkiv). Conclusion: quantitative and qualitative (rejection rate) indicators were obtained both for team technical and tactical actions, and separately for each technical and tactical method for each game period.

Purpose: establish the dependence of the result of 400 m hurdles on the morphofunctional, physical and hypoxic preparedness of athletes. Material & Methods: the study involved 18 athletes aged 16–18 years who had the level of preparedness of the first sports category and the candidate master of sports in the 400 m hurdles. To establish the role of hypoxic training in increasing anaerobic performance, multiple regression analysis was used, which determines the role of each factor in the adaptation mechanism, as well as in the performance of test tasks. Results: determined the importance of training physical qualities, morphofunctional abilities, hypoxic stability for the successful manifestation of technical skill in competitive conditions. Conclusions: the inclusion in the training process of interval hypoxic training contributed to a more significant increase in the anaerobic performance of 400 m hurdles runners.

Purpose: to determine the impact of fitness classes with the priority use of roller skating on the morphofunctional state and physical fitness of schoolchildren in grades 5–6. Material & Methods: 194 children of 10–12 years old took part in the experiment, 90 of them were boys and 104 girls. The study was conducted on the basis of school number 269, Kiev with in-depth study of the French language. In the process of research, the following methods were applied: pedagogical (pedagogical experiment and observation); anthropometric; physiological (pulsometry, spirometry, functional tests) methods of mathematical statistics. Results: study shows that among pupils in grades 5–6, physical culture and fitness classes with priority use of roller skating means cause positive changes in the morphofunctional state and physical fitness. Significant improvements were found after 9 months of regular classes. Conclusion: fitness classes with the priority use of roller skating means have a positive effect on the morphofunctional state and physical fitness of students in grades 5–6. It was revealed that the indicators of the functional state (in particular, the cardiovascular and respiratory systems), physical fitness of students compared with the initial data are significantly higher (P(t)<0,01; P(t)<0,001).

Purpose: to investigate the dynamics of the types of reaction of the cardiovascular system to the dosed physical load using the Martine-Kushelevsky test and determine the functional state of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) using the Kerdo index of young women suffering from alimentary obesity under the influence of the developed comprehensive physical therapy program. Material & Methods: study was based on the clinical and functional examination of 50 women aged from 18 to 30 years old, patients with alimentary obesity I–II degree. Results: conducted and analyzed the state of the cardiovascular system on the dosed exercise with the help of the Martine-Kushelevsky and vegetative nervous system tests according to the Kerdo index. Conclusion: use of a physical therapy program, which includes a low-calorie diet, massage, therapeutic gymnastics with elements of sports-oriented aerobics, dosed walking in combination with breathing exercises taking into account the activity of the ANS, helps to normalize the functional state of the cardiovascular and autonomic nervous system.

Today, discussions are continuing on the effect of regular exercise in childhood in preventing bone loss in postmenopausal women, as well as the positive effect of physical exercise (PE) in the prevention of osteoporotic fractures in older age groups. Purpose: to assess risk factors associated with the level of physical activity (PA) in childhood and at the time of the examination in postmenopausal women with osteoporotic and vertebral body fractures. Material & Methods: in a one-time study examined 115 postmenopausal women aged 50–89 years. For analysis, the patients were divided into two groups: I (control) group – persons without any osteoporotic fractures in history (n=84), II (main) group – patients with vertebral body fractures at the level of the thoracic and lumbar spine (n=31). With the help of a specially developed questionnaire, the authors evaluated the characteristics of the PA of patients at different age periods of life and at the time of the survey. Results: no significant differences were found in the frequency and types of sports in childhood between groups, depending on the presence of vertebral body fractures. The majority of patients with vertebral fractures (85,7%) began regular exercises of PA in childhood with the age of 10 years (41,7% in the control group, p=0,04), and in 57,1% of individuals the duration of these exercises was 1–4 years and did not differ from the control group. The frequency, type and duration of physical activity classes and the duration of physical therapy procedures, as well as the level of daily physical activity, did not significantly differ in women depending on the presence of vertebral body fractures, although the proportion of people who worked on a regular basis in sections was significantly higher among patients with vertebral fractures (41,9%) compared with individuals without fractures (10,7%, p=0,0002). In addition, the proportion of women in the control group who were physically active 6 or more hours per day was significantly higher (14,3%) compared with the corresponding indicator of the main group (3,2%, р=0,04). Conclusion: women with vertebral fractures were more often practiced regularly in sections and less physically active than those without fractures. The duration, regularity and age of starting sports in childhood can affect the risk of vertebral fractures in postmenopausal women, requires further study.

Purpose: to establish the most significant indicators affecting the athletic performance of highly skilled swimmers during the overcoming of acyclic sections at 50, 100 and 200 meters in freestyle swimming. Material & Methods: theoretical analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical observation, video filming, timekeeping, methods of mathematical statistics. The surveyed group (n=24) consisted of highly qualified swimmers (MS, MSIG, HMS), take on at a distance of 50, 100 and 200 meters freestyle. Results: the peculiarities of overcoming starting and turning sections at distances of 50, 100 and 200 meters of freestyle were studied. The level of significance of the underwater phase after performing starts and turns relative to the 15 m mark is established. The degree of correlation relationship between time, speed and distance for the underwater phase for the speed of passage of various segments of distance is revealed. Conclusion: improvement of starting and turning techniques, due to the increase in speed and distance of the underwater phase, is one of the reserves for the further growth of the skill of swimmers who specialize in freestyle.

Purpose: develop model characteristics of special physical readiness of Juvenile category athletes in acrobatic rock'n'roll. Material & Methods: theoretical analysis and synthesis of data of special scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical observation, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 40 athletes (20 sports pairs of the category Juvenile). Results: model characteristics and evaluation standards of the level of special physical readiness of athletes of the Juvenal category from acrobatic rock'n'roll are determined. Conclusion: a system for assessing the level of special physical readiness of athletes can be used to optimize the training process in acrobatic rock'n'roll.

Purpose: to determine the effectiveness of using Bobat-therapy in the program of physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. Material & Methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of literary and documentary sources; the use of diagnostic scales "Test cards of motor abilities of children", "Munich Functional Diagnostics", "The Gross Motor Function Classification System" and the method of mathematical data processing. Results: despite the presence of a large number of methods of physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy, the problem of choosing the most effective one arose. As a result of modern scientific research of scientists from different countries, Bobat-therapy is found to be an effective method in the physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy. However, there is a problem with the definition of criteria for differentiating the use of Bobat-therapy products, and also with the creation of an algorithm for their use, have not previously been investigated. Conclusion: according to the results of our scientific research, the program of physical rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy using the Bobat-therapy method, taking into account the developed algorithm of differentiated use of Bobat-therapy, is effective, as evidenced by the data obtained. For example, the children of the OG noted the improvement of motor functions in the "The Gross Motor Function Classification System" system, the motor capabilities behind the "Test Card for Children's Motor Capabilities" and the normalization of the psychophysical state behind the "Munich Functional Diagnostics".

In the article aspects of the gender approach in physical education of schoolchildren are considered. Purpose: studying the influence of the psychological characteristics of the personality of schoolchildren of different age groups on the formation of the need to achievements. Materials & Methods: the study was conducted with a contingent of schoolchildren of grades 3–11. The total number of respondents was 628 people (young men – 282, girls – 346), of which 126 respondents (97 boys and 29 girls) are engaged in a certain sport. Standardized testing using S. Bem's method "Masculinity – Femininity" was used, a test and a questionnaire by Yu. M. Orlov "Need for Achievements", methods of mathematical statistics. Results: level of the need to achieve the success of schoolchildren of different age groups was studied, the gender type of the respondents' personality was determined. The relationship between the level of the need to achieve the success of schoolchildren and the features of their psychological sex was determined. Conclusion: differences in the levels of the need to achieve success for boys and girls of different age groups, who are engaged and do not go in for sports, are revealed. It is shown that it is necessary to consider the gender approach in education not from the point of view of a gender policy providing equal rights for men and women, but from the point of view of studying their psychosocial characteristics for creating adequate organizational and methodological conditions in the process of physical education.

Purpose: to develop quantitative criteria for assessing the physical quality of the speed and its constituent elements for modeling the training process in rowing on kayaks. Material & Methods: young men, specializing in rowing on kayaks, differing in age and sports qualification were examined. We have studied the tempo, time and speed of one motion, the frequency of movements, as well as sensorimotor responses to sound and light stimuli, according to the method of measuring the effect of the training action developed by us. The testing process simulates the typical conditions of training and competitive activity and evaluates performance of the task. Results: on the basis of complex studies of physical quality indicators of rapidity and constituent elements, criteria have been developed for their evaluation for young men of different ages in sports qualification who are engaged in rowing on kayaks. The proposed method of research and comparative analysis of mean values, as well as relative deviations of physical fitness indicators of surveyed athletes from model characteristics may indicate the functional preparedness of oarsmen. Conclusion: the conducted research made it possible to ascertain the sufficient effectiveness of the method developed by us for measuring the effect of a training action for determining the physical quality of the speed of athletes specializing in rowing on kayaks, which makes it possible to recommend it for practical use in training sessions.

Purpose: determine the degree of influence of health swimming lessons on changes in the physical development of women 18–25 years of age. Material & Methods: the study involved 30 women 18–25 years. Data collection was carried out in the physical culture groups of the Author's School of Swimming Yu. V. Bliznyuk and the Pioner pool (public educational institution sport school for water sports Yana Klochkova). Subjects had the same swimming readiness. Applied: interrogation, testing, instrumental methods of studying the cardiovascular system. The obtained quantitative data were processed by methods of mathematical statistics Results: the study suggests that in women 18–25 years of health swimming exercises cause positive changes in physical development. In both groups of studied events, significant changes in anthropometric indicators and indicators of the state of the cardiovascular system. Significant improvement in indicators The most characteristic is revealed after a year of regular studies. Conclusion: swimming exercises positively influenced the anthropometric indicators of women aged 18–25. It has been established that there have been significant improvements in the indices of the functional state of the cardiovascular system of women swimming. It was revealed that the anthropometric indices and indices of the functional state of the cardiovascular system after a year of occupations in comparison with the initial data were significantly high (P(t)<0,01; P(t)<0,001).

Purpose: to reveal the cultural and historical origins of the concept of "physical fitness". Material & Methods: an analysis of specialized literature covering various aspects of the development of the field of human activity associated with the use of physical exercises. Results: at the turn of the 20th century, the term "physical culture" was used as a generalising name for the three areas of people's activities related to the use of physical exercises: activities aimed at bringing the body in line (physical fitness) activities aimed at developing physical strength and body build (bodybuilding) activities aimed at improving through the use of physical exercises (therapeutic physical culture). Conclusion: In terms of the theory of physical culture of physical fitness is seen as a particular socio-cultural phenomenon, which is a historically conditioned human activity involving the use of physical exercise at their leisure, and individual and socially significant results of such activities.

Theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature was carried out, pedagogical methods of research, medical and biological methods of research, methods of mathematical statistics. Results: the complex of exercises of pedagogical control of physical prepareness of gymnasts at the stage of basic specialized training in aesthetic gymnastics is developed, theoretically and experimentally proved. Conclusions: advanced complex is a rational systematization of the means of pedagogical control in aesthetic gymnastics, which will allow gymnasts to progress and have high results in the sport of higher achievements.

Purpose: to determine the adaptive capabilities of the functional state of the organism of young basketball players to physical loads during the training microcycle of the preparatory period. Material & Methods: in the study involved 10 basketball players of 14–15 years of training and training group of children's and youth sports school in Kharkov. The survey was conducted during the microcycle of the preparatory period and 12 months later in the preparatory period at the stage of special training. To assess the adaptive capabilities of the functional state of basketball players, a cyto-biophysical method for determining the bioelectrical properties of the nuclei of buccal epithelial cells. Results: the research of the functional state of the basketball players organism on the index of electronegativity (EN%) of the buccal epithelial cell nuclei after exposure to physical loads of various directions showed that the proposed physical loads during the training process proved to be quite effective for the development of athletes preparedness, as evidenced by the improvement in the adaptive capabilities of the basketball players' organism during the considered period of sports training. Conclusions: electronegativity index (EN%) of the buccal epithelial cell nuclei in basketball players after the action of physical loads at the end of the microcycle does not change reliably, but has only a tendency to decrease, which indicates a favorable course of the athlete's organism adaptation processes to physical loads and the rational construction of the microcycle training program.

Purpose: form a block of ergotherapy for children with cerebral palsy, supplement it with a program of physical rehabilitation and determine its utility in increasing the level of self-service. Material & Methods: analysis and generalization of foreign and domestic special scientific and methodological literature; pediatric assessment of activity limitations (PEDI). The contingent of subjects – 106 children 4–6 years old, 54 of them with spastic hemiplegia and 52 with spastic diplegia. Methods of physical therapy were included in the exercises with control groups. The main groups received a part of the modified standard procedures, and the key difference was the use in the main groups of ergotherapy, namely targeted therapy. Results: purpose of ergotherapeutic interventions was to achieve the maximum possible activity of the child. Purposeful therapy required a priority analysis of the task, the environment of performance and the capabilities of the child. Procedures for targeted therapy were built from occupations that included a specific task algorithm. According to the final results, the main groups had significantly better results in a number of items in the self-service section of PEDI. Conclusions: use of targeted therapy in conjunction with physical therapy has advantages in improving self-service level, compared with the standard protocol of physical therapy.

Purpose: to investigate the legal regime regarding sports volunteering in Ukraine. Material & Methods: disclosed the concept of "legal regime", "sports law". Regulatory and legislative documents on volunteer activity of various countries of the world and Ukraine are considered. Results: the current state of the regulatory and legal support for sports volunteerism in Ukraine is analyzed. Conclusions: analysis of normative and legal documents on volunteer activity has shown that for today there is no legislatively fixed term "sports volunteering" and the main provisions for increasing the social significance of sports volunteering, removing obstacles to the use of volunteer assistance in organizing and conducting mass sports and health events and sports competitions of the state values. It is not determined who can be the founder of sports volunteer organizations, what is the procedure for registering these organizations and the principles for exercising state control over their activities.

Purpose: to establish the features of the manifestation of sensorimotor reactions by students of various specializations of KSAPC. Material & Methods: analysis of scientific and methodological information, generalization of best practical experience, psychophysiological methods of research, methods of mathematical statistics. 72 first-year students of the KSAPC, engaged in various sports, aged from 17 to 19, took part in the research. Participants were divided into 4 groups of 18 people: 1 – cyclical sports (track and field, cycling, tourism); 2 – complex coordination sports (sports and artistic gymnastics, acrobatics, sports dances); 3 – sports games (football, basketball, volleyball, handball); 4 – martial artists (freestyle and Greco-Roman wrestling, judo, boxing). Athletes were qualified from the 2nd category to the candidate for master of sports. Results: in the course of the study it was determined that the best indicators of sensorimotor reactions were observed among students of martial artists, and then - in representatives of sports games, complex coordination and cyclic sports. The greatest differences from the results of the assessment of the level of sensorimotor reactions of martial artists were marked with cyclical sports (from 6% to 12%), followed by complex coordination sports (from 3% to 6%) and sports games (from 1% to 5%). Conclusions: conducted research confirmed the importance of psychophysiological characteristics of athletes of various sports as success factors.
