In this paper, a mathematical model of wave function reduction is built. The model is based on the ideas developed by Klimontovich and applied the method of stochastic quantization in the formulation of Prigogine. An equation that takes into account the uncertainty of the initial quantum state proposed. Analysis of the characteristics of natural and formal languages has shown that in terms of tasks of expert systems it’s useful to have a language for interaction of user and system, which consists of two levels. One level – limited natural language. Another – a formal language, which is an internal language of the system and which is used for logical processing of user requests.
